Casa grande de 8,000 pies cuadrados, recientemente renovada, con 8 habitaciones en uno de los vecindarios más buscados en Charlotte - Dilworth. Cerca de Uptown, se puede ir andando a bares y restaurantes locales y tiene fácil acceso a la autopista interestatal.

Muy rara casa de 8 habitaciones cerca de Uptown Charlotte. El plano de planta abierto con cocina, comedor y sala de estar, todos unidos en un gran espacio de estar, ideal para interactuar con tus amigos / familiares. Cocina y todos los electrodomésticos y muebles nuevos en toda la casa. Sótano recién terminado / sala de juegos con TV y medio baño. Gran terraza en la parte trasera de la casa con patio cerrado.

Se puede ir andando a bares y restaurantes y un amplio estacionamiento dedicado para quienes se quedan en la casa.

The entire family was impressed with the decor, cleanliness and layout of the home. We had enough room to congregate together but also had space to spend some time away. Great neighborhood which is located a short walk to Freedom Park and restaurants/shops. Loved it!

This home has a rugged exterior, but once you enter, oh my! My family was beyond pleased with the rooms, cleanliness, so spacious. The kitchen was humongous and well stocked. The host was always available and polite. I highly recommend to anyone with a large party to stay here. Definitely a 9/10 for me.

We came to Charlotte for a family reunion and I wanted my family all in one house. This house was perfect for just that reason. Lots of off street parking. Plenty of room and the bedrooms where great. For every two bedrooms you shared a bathroom. Big kitchen with lots of gadgets. Two refrigerators helped too. If ever going back again this would be the best place to stay!

Perfect location, close to everything, house was excellent for our large group.

Plenty of room for all our family to spend time together and still have a bit privacy. Everything was taken care of, we just walked in. Had a family wedding, was 100 times better than separate hotel rooms! Host was wonderful.

Perfect for large group!

This home was exactly what we needed for a big group of friends in town for a wedding celebration! It was close to great food, coffee, and breweries. Also has plenty of space to hang out together at home. We never felt cramped while getting ready for the party. Would stay again!

The Last Hooray

We are group of over 50 folks who met through a Facebook group 5 years and this was our last meet & greet. We had a wonderful time and the home was great! We missed not having a grill, but we made do. I wish we had more time in the house but some of us still had jobs to return to. The host was quick to respond to our inquires. .

Perfect spot!

This listing was great for my group. The house is a very quick drive to lots of great food and bar areas in Charlotte, it had TONS of room and was exactly like the listing posted. Patrick responded to messages quickly. I would recommend staying here.

Stay was wonderful

The house was perfect for our large party in town for a wedding. Plenty of room inside and outside. Close to several grocery stores and restaurants. 15 minutes to uptown Charlotte. House was well stocked with linens and towels. Recommend this house for large groups.

This was a great room set up for our family get together with ample parking. The location was central as well. I would recommend this place. Figuring out what switch worked what light was a bit of a chore. Owner responded quickly to our questions.

Family Thanksgiving

The property was perfect for our Thanksgiving family gathering, which are spread out throughout the country. Great location, comfortable, very clean and well kept. Roomy House, well stocked kitchen

This property fit out needs for our large family to celebrate Christmas - Patrick even had a beautiful tree up and decorated for us to put gifts under. The property has great space and a well stocked kitchen however a few minor updates would make this house a full 5 starts - with that said, it would NOT stop us from staying again.

Great House for a Large Family

House was a great size for my large family that was in town for a wedding. Everyone had their own room and plenty of bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of space to hang out in the common area. The house was located in a great location to walk to get, coffee, dinner and the local park. We did wish there was more seating in the living room area for everyone to sit.

Great for family group

House is wonderful! We were a large group of family and friends, in Charlotte for a wedding. The house is REALLY well provisioned. The layout lends itself beautifully for both privacy when desired and areas for a large group to congregate. The host was easy to reach and accommodating, overall communication was excellent throughout both the booking process and our stay. I'd highly recommend!!

Family Gathering

Perfect spot for extended family to gather. The bedrooms and baths are identical so everyone had equal rooms. 4 ground level and 4 up stairs, so we could still have our privacy as a family. Basement playroom was a hit with the kids and teens as was the outdoor basketball hoop! Kitchen was pretty well stocked except we needed extra forks, a working can opener and bagged ice. Location is across from a power plant, but the back deck is lovely and we took family photos back there. Property owner was very accessible. All around great stay.

Great Potential - Just needs a little TLC

So many positive things about this house. We had a group of 8 women staying here for a conference and it was perfect because everyone had their own bedroom and split a bathroom. There is also plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the space. The reason I don't give it a 5 star is it just needs some extra touches to make it more comfortable. We had a hard time regulating the temperature. Some of us were cold, but if we turned up the house temperature then some were too hot. There were no extra blankets in the house to fix this situation. The bathroom towels and kitchen towels definitely need replaced as they are very worn. With some TLC it would be a 5 Star.

My wife Sarah and I have multiple vacation rentals throughout Charlotte and love creating great experiences for guests and look forward to hosting your group.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We purchased this home from a Church who was using it as Woman's Shelter at the time but had previously been an office building. It needed a lot of work but we were up to the task (with our contractor)! We gutted the majority of the home, removed walls, replaced HVAC and finished the basement. It is such a unique home because it is setup perfectly for vacation rentals with 8 bedrooms and plenty of space for groups to gather.
