¡Impresionante casa de pueblo con increíbles vistas al mar! ¡Nos gustaría invitarle a nuestra encantadora casa de playa ubicada en North Topsail Island, que tiene algunas de las playas más hermosas de Carolina del Norte! North Topsail es una playa familiar y que admite mascotas. Con su acceso privado a la playa, levante una silla para lanzar el sedal, relájese y disfrute de una bebida fría. Casa completamente remodelada en mayo de 2019. La cocina incluye Keurig, gofrera comercial y heladera. Casa de pueblo frente al mar de tres habitaciones / dos baños te espera en N. Isla Topsail. ¡Este es tu hogar lejos de casa! Acceso a playa privada. Siéntate en tu terraza y mira pasar los barcos. Cerca de excelentes restaurantes y actividades.

View of the beach and ocean was gorgeous. The beach house was beautifully furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everyone one could need. Check in went smoothly, and the owners were wonderful to work with as I planned for the visit. Very timely communications and clear directions on where the house was located on the island and how to access the house. My sweet Havanese, Zsa Zsa, loved it especially the deck which was large and a spot for her to sun herself. It also had the best chairs to sit in to view the ocean. I will be back with the family. Best, Lee

This was a perfect location for my 60th birthday. The house was beautiful, exactly what we hoped for and the view and direct access to the beach was fantastic. Plenty of room for all of us.

Beautiful spot on the beach

Easy to get to. Beach was close to the house which was very convenient to go back and forth from beach to house. Had a lot of utensils and cooking options in kitchen. All in all we had a very enjoyable time with family.

Everything was clean and lots of extras. We packed a trailer of stuff , but they already had everything. We really enjoyed the margarita machine. The waffel machine was also great. If you not sure what to bring just ask.

Family vacation

We had a great time. The location was great with 6 little kids. Having a house right on the beach was well worth it. Contact with the owners was great response was very prompt.

Would return!

Clean, simple, convenient with great beach access and good views. Another review said unit needs updating, but that is wrong. Owner is super responsive and makes things flow easily for you getting in and out. There is a new owner next door who needs to update their rental rules...you might ask this owner about that. He is honest and will shoot straight with you.

Overall great experience!

My husband and I booked this property as a last minute trip. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions, and check in was contactless and super easy. Right on the beach with a great view! It is right next to a public beach access, but it didn’t draw in too big of a crowd when we were there. Overall we had a great time!

Fall vacation

This property has beautiful location just steps from the beach. The owner responded quickly and helpfully to my calls. Renters should be made aware that sheets and towels are not part of the rental and providing information about a rental service for linens would be useful. The unit is in need of some minor repairs and maintenance. We had a great vacation, but we won’t choose to stay at this property again.

Beach getaway

Overall we had a great stay and the owners were quick to respond with any questions I had. There were a couple of things that could have been a little better: there was a rusted iron gate at the deck that was falling apart. We had to improvise to keep our dog from running out to beach. No big deal but would have been nice to have a working gate like the adjacent townhouse had. A gate is a really good thing to have if you have pets coming to the property. It makes things less stressful.The dishwasher wasn’t working, again no big deal, but would have been nice to have it working. I gave the cleanliness a four star as there was some dust in certain areas like the tv cabinet. Overall it was all clean. There was easy access to the beach as well as shower to wash off sand.

Beautiful location!

Overall, we were happy with our stay and the process of communicating with the host! We were able to check in a little earlier than 4pm and always had fast responses from the host. The house is right on the beach and it was so convenient to go back and forth all day! The beds were comfy and the couch is big for a large group. However, you can tell the house is older and could use some updating/replacing. The house also could have also been a bit cleaner when we arrived and there were some unpleasant smells when we tried to use the vacuum/dish washer

Beach Escape

We were satisfied with the property but a number of things were broken, light bulbs out, etc. We understand the demands of upkeep, especially when weekly cleanup is all the property gets, but it needs some tlc by the owners. Still, we would be happy to vacation there again.

Stress free getaway

RIGHT ON THE BEACH! What more could you ask for? Quiet little area of Top Sail. Beach house was clean and had all the amenities needed to relax and get away from the rat race.
