Concierge Realty is proud to present luxury villas at Marriott OceanWatch Villas at Grande Dune.

Reservations are typically available in weekly (7-night) increments, with check-ins and check-outs on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays only.
However, we occasionally have reservations booked with points that are 4, 5, or 6 nights in length. These shorter stays have fixed dates and cannot be modified.
If you're interested in a stay of fewer than 7 nights, please reach out with your preferred dates to check availability.

Guests staying will have full resort access with a reservation.

The resort will be undergoing an interior villa renovation Sept. 7, 2025 through Mar. 20, 2026. Please anticipate construction noise during daytime hours. Amenities are expected to remain open.

The resort offers many scheduled daily activities such as water aerobics, morning stretch, basketball games. The oceanside pool has two levels, a waterfall and offers complimentary lounge chairs. The 'woodsy' section is more shaded and features a water slide, dive-in movies, mini-splash park, treehouse, playground and shuffle board. The jacuzzi is near the salt water pool. There is a fitness center, sauna, indoor pool, ping pong and pool table. There is an onsite spa that you can enjoy with a variety of different services you can book (you can pay directly for each service or the cost can be charged to your room).

**While this is an oceanfront resort, the rooms have four view categories- Gardenview, Oceanview, Oceanside and Oceanfront. Villa view categories are offered based on availability. Not all view categories are available for all dates. Rates will vary by view. Please message us with any specific questions/requests regarding view prior to confirming a booking.

**Marriott will then assign all villas at check in within the designated view category shown on the Marriott confirmation.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving including but not limited to contacting rental agent at Concierge Realty and contacting the resort. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

Note that the images are representative of villas at the resort and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. Specific view categories must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been discussed and agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.
