"Villa Dolce" es una casa grande y de gran valor arquitectónico, inmersa en un parque muy grande en el "corazón de la zona de Prosecco" a solo 45 minutos en coche de Venecia ya 60 minutos de Cortina D'Ampezzo.
Una residencia cálida y acogedora en tres plantas, cuidadosamente amueblada: el lugar ideal para pasar momentos de relajación y unas vacaciones de ensueño.

La propiedad:

A su disposición tendrá 1 habitación triple, 2 habitaciones dobles, cada una con baño, con bañera o ducha, lavabo, bidet, 1 habitación con cama "francesa" y servicio de WC, sala de estar con chimenea en estilo Luis XV, comedor, sala de entretenimiento, cocina, buhardilla con otra chimenea y salón.

En el jardin:

tendrá un maravilloso parque con árboles monumentales que también le permitirán almorzar al aire libre o simplemente leer un buen libro, sentado en una cómoda tumbona, mientras sus hijos juegan con total tranquilidad.
Servicio de baño compartido para hombres y mujeres.

Dentro del anexo encontrará una chimenea donde podrá "cocinar a la parrilla" (barbacoa) y pasar agradables tardes, sentado a la mesa, en completa relajación; Cocina disponible bajo petición.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa dolce. Beautiful property and comfortable rooms. Loved the bakery and restaurant right out the gate and the beautiful restaurant way up the hill. The Villa was conveniently located for day trips.

The family that owns the villa is very friendly and with good communication.The villa is very large and comfortable. We liked having a washing machine. The kitchen is well stocked but would have enjoyed an American style coffee maker because it took a long time to make coffee for 6 persons using the moka style coffee pots. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. It is very private and is gated for security. I would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We were a family of grandparents, parents and teenage children, six in all. Villa Dolce worked beautifully for our Veneto stay. The Villa is elegant and well equipped and surrounded by lovely extensive gardens. It has a sense of tranquility that is wonderful to return to after each day’s adventures. Hosts Gianmaria and Maddelena are attentive and welcoming.I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to explore this region.

Enjoyable Stay

Although we only stayed a short amount of time, our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable. The property owner went out of her way to help us ship some products back to the USA, as well as provide us with information on local restaurants, bakery and coffee shop, all within walking distance. At the villa you will find paper products, some water in the refrigerator and other miscellaneous kitchen paper goods (unlike other villa's that we stay at). A definite repeat stay at this villa.

Beautiful Villa!

What a beautiful Villa and property! This was our home base for day trips north to the Dolomites. There was plenty of space for us. The weather was very hot when we were there, 33° and higher. We had air conditioning in the attic bedroom. Air conditioning in the first floor bedrooms would have been ideal for our other guests.

Very unique home, spacious, old

The home is very unique, with hidden doors. The outside/garden area is pretty with lots of outdoor seating. There was a playhouse, trampoline, swings, and ping pong table which was great for the kids. We visited the restaurant and bakery across the street from the house. Both were good and very conveniently located. It was pretty hot during our stay in September, which is our only complaint.

Such a special place!

My husband and I along with all of our adult children with their significant others stayed at Villa Dolce over Christmas. We were completely thrilled with the property! The rooms are spacious and the entire house is decorated with an eye for comfort and discovery. Secret doors and antiques made our time here so special. We truly hope to be back to enjoy this property again! The restaurant across the street was so good we went three times! There’s also a bakery and a winery within walking distance. The owner assisted me in arranging for an Italian cooking class - held right at the house. It was a dream Christmas vacation in Italy! Thank you so much Gianmaria! John and Shelley Alvarez

What a dream home!

We were two families from Texas visiting the Prosecco region. We selected this property for location and size, needing at least 4 bedrooms. The pictures posted on the site don’t give it enough credit. It’s absolutely gorgeous. There is a whole park within the property and it’s beautiful. Very quiet and safe. The owners will make you feel right at home and they are happy to help if you need anything. The property is from the 1700’s so understand what that means. If you visit in the summer it might be warm, it doesn’t have a/c. We went there in the middle of a heat wave. They have portable fans in every bedroom and that made it bearable. We will be back for sure!

Family Get Together

We enjoyed a week at Villa Dolce with our sons and spouses. The property is beautiful - providing a wonderful backdrop for family pictures. It was very private and quiet while still being in the middle of town. A very nice restaurant across the street and a bakery behind the house were very convenient.The host set up a cooking class and dinner for us held at the property. We had such fun learning about pizza and pasta making from the chef. The meal was delicious and we had plenty of leftovers for the next day. We enjoyed eating in the garden dining room. Some members felt the beds were a bit firm, but others had no issue with them. We all used the larger shower in the laundry room. It did have some drainage problems but we did advise the host at checkout. It was nice that each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, providing privacy for all. The host was very receptive and prompt in answering our questions both prior to our arrival and during our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Not as advertised

A host of problems from indoor multiple mosquitoes, mold triggering allergies, a sponge that probably was last replaced five years ago, no body soap or shampoo, WiFi wrong log in sent and only works with one user at a time, shared Villa with mother of owner, no knives that will fairly cut meat or bread, no way to cool the house even with moderate temperatures as the windows don’t open above to let the hot air out and cooler in from downstairs. Do not think about going in the summer. One tiny bedroom with a small bed in the attic with air conditioning and no bath or shower. Otherwise stuffy and hot. The only shower that works is in the laundry room closet and there’s no ventilation. Extremely disappointed. The owners are reasonably nice on the outside, but we feel misrepresented the place materially.

Grazie Joseph per la tua recensione di cui farò tesoro per migliorare il nostro servizio ai futuri ospiti. Ammetto che dispiace ricevere una recensione negativa soprattutto perchè è la prima. Mi dispiace di più non aver avuto la possibilità di rimediare durante il tuo soggiorno, sarebbe bastato un tuo feedback e saremmo intervenuti immediatamente come ha fatto mio cognato quando ti ha corretto la password Wi-Fi che erroneamente avevi inserito nello smartphone. Permettimi solo di precisare, per chi ci legge, che per preservare la qualità della zona del Prosecco, è vietato spruzzare per via aerea repellenti anti zanzare, in casa hai trovato gratuitamente delle alternative tra cui fornelletti anti insetto che bastava accendere. Ho verificato che il Wi-Fi funzioni bene a prescindere da quanti utenti lo adoperino contemporaneamente. Così come lenzuola ed asciugamani sono presenti nelle 4 camere e nei 4 bagni finestrati con vasca o doccia, tutte le posate, tovaglie e ovviamente svariati coltelli sono presenti in cucina (forse durante il check-in non ti sono stati indicati i cassetti che li contenevano, mi dispiace). Il lucernario in mansarda è volutamente bloccato per questioni di sicurezza ma le altre 6 finestre presenti nella stanza si aprono facilmente. Mia madre, in veste di custode della Villa, residente in un appartamento separato ed indipendente, si rende fondamentale ed indispensabile in caso di emergenza. Ci hai dato l'idea di fornire un "kit di benvenuto" con shampoo e sapone per i nostri futuri ospiti e forniremo spugnette sigillate per certificare che non sono state adoperate. Spero davvero che tu possa tornare a trovarci per permetterci di offrirti un'esperienza migliore. Ti auguro tutto il meglio, cordiali saluti Gianmaria

Die Villa Dolce aus dem 17. Jahrhundert ist liebevoll und charmant eingerichtet und ordentlich ausgestattet. Ein außergewöhnlicher Ort um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen. Der großzügige Park mit altem Baumbestand steht den Urlaubern zur alleinigen Benutzung zur Verfügung und bietet viele unterschiedliche wunderschöne Plätze zum Erholen was vor allem in der Sommerhitze wichtig war. Die Lage der Villa inmitten des Prosecco Gebietes ist perfekt für Ausflüge ins Umland. Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung und von bester Qualität. Wir waren bezaubert und kommen bestimmt in der kühleren Jahreszeit wieder. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist außerordentlich flexibel, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Herzlichen Dank an Gianmaria und seine Familie, wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen !

Amazing home and gardens!

We stayed here for three nights and fell in love with Soligo. The rental was very clean, spacious and beautiful! The yard/gardens were also beautiful and so nice to walk around while enjoying the many hydrangeas and other flowers. The host family is very nice and hospitable. We hope to return one day to this amazing rental.

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) sind schon viel rumgekommen, haben schon vieles gesehen, aber diese Reise (bzw. das Anwesen) war wirklich etwas Besonderes. Man muss sich im Klaren darüber sein, dass man in einem alten Landhaus ist. Das waren wir, deswegen gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Allein der Garten ist schon das Geld wert, die Kinder waren allein mit der „Erforschung“ zwei Tage voll beschäftigt. Die Eigentümer sind an Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft nicht zu übertreffen. In der Nähe ist alles, was man braucht, um es sich gut gehen zu lassen.

Beautifull house in a quiet village, verry helpfull owners

We stayed here for two weeks in the end of august, thanks to the small windows and thick walls the house was pleasantly cool.

Amazing place

Beautiful, spacious house, the garden is just breathtaking. Great location, bakery, restaurant are close by. We had a great time, I would definitely stay there again!

A heavenly haven in Prosecco-Land

Villa Dolce is located in the center of Prosecco-land, midway between V to the West and C to the East. Easy to find with the GPS, your first thought of the property is that you’ve just arrived in a national park with magnificent trees, sculptured shrubs, flowering everything, and the most tranquil setting imaginable. The residence provides you with four full bedrooms and five bathrooms. The interior has the look and feel of a visit to your grandmother’s home if it was built in the 18th century. The kitchen is not modern but complete. The greeting including bottles of Sorelle Branca Prosecco and snacks and an opportunity to meet the host. The local town has pastry shop and restaurants within an easy walk. The owner helped us with sourcing excellent medical assistance for a problem that arose. It was impeccably clean. The beds are a bit on the firm side but manageable. Final note: we always thought that coo coo birds could be found only in old clocks. At Villa Dolce, coo coo birds fly and sing and lifts your hearts!

Exceptional....

Villa Dolce exceeded all our expectations. We received a warm welcome on our arrival and the family couldn’t have been more accommodating towards us. This historical Italian villa has so much charm surrounded by beautiful gardens, walks through the vineyards and town. Across from the villa is a fabulous bakery with friendly staff. On our first night we had the most incredible meal at La Candola Restaurant. The views over the valley are spectacular. We will be back......

È stato un piacere ed un onore ospitare Diana ed i suoi amici. Sono persone molto distinte e cordiali che hanno portato in Villa Dolce tanta serenità ed allegria, nel pieno rispetto di casa nostra. Spero veramente di poterle riospitare presto.
