Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club # 8-304 es una excelente nueva incorporaci��n a Knutson & Associates. Estamos orgullosos de representar esta propiedad única dentro del desarrollo que cuenta con 4 áreas para dormir separadas. Esta gema del piso superior se puede considerar una propiedad de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños.
La unidad # 8-304 es una unidad de esquina, por lo que hay un espacio de lanai ampliado con un Screened in Lanai con techos altos abovedados y múltiples áreas de relajación. Es extremadamente privado y tiene la sensación de estar en un bosque tropical. Los árboles grandes envuelven el lado este del desarrollo, lo que mantiene a la unidad con temperaturas más frías de sombra adicional que otras en el complejo.
La planta principal tiene un gran plano de planta abierto, que cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, sala de estar, terraza, dormitorio principal con baño propio y baño propio. Hay un baño combinado con bañera / ducha en el dormitorio principal que tiene su propia cama tamaño King.

El Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club es una comunidad cerrada de condominios. Hay tres canchas de tenis de estilo profesional con iluminación nocturna; Un profesional de tenis está a su disposición todos los días para lecciones o entrenamiento de mejora del juego.

The host was easy to connect with when we had questions. The condo was a great size for 4 adult couples and is in a nice location. We enjoyed the proximity to some snorkel beaches and only about 15 minutes to downtown Kona. Highly recommend staying here if you can!

Good but...noisy!

Perfect for exploring. Too darn noisy between road ,garbage trucks parked behind the unit DAILY..HUGE negative to a beautiful large space.

Lovely home away from home

Very spacious - bigger than expected! Pool was great, although busy at times. Grills were nice. Road noise was only negative but after about 11pm it quieted down.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was just as you see in the pictures. It was clean, spacious and well maintained. There were six adults in our party and everyone had comfortable beds to sleep in! Knutson & Associates kept us well informed and checked if we needed anything or how they could make our stay better! Close to Keauhou Shopping Center and 15 minutes to Kona town. Would definitely stay here again.

Very unfriendly hosts

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They were not friendly - they reviewed us bad for laundry which was already done well - house wasn’t even damaged and they falsely claimed all of that - I won’t recommend .

Family reunion

Everything was perfect but we were disappointed in the beach. We just traveled to other beaches. Loved the keyless entry which made it easy for everyone to come and go. Did not like the big black ants in the loft. Yes we would use Virbo again. Thank you

Very Nice Condo. We enjoyed our stay

We really liked the condo, very spacious and comfortable. We found everything we needed to prepare most of our own food. The only negatives were: The close proximity to a main road. The noise really picked up about 5:30 am. and continued all day. We had at least a couple of large cockroaches every day, and a few small ones. Maybe fumigatation would help?

Perfect for large groups!

Large home with lots of space to spread out. Biggest downfall and potentially affect our rebooking- NO A/C. The room with the twin beds was unbearable during the day, even with the fans going. The entire house was extremely hot during the day, luckily for us we spent days at the beach. At night it did cool enough to sleep comfortably for the most part. One person in our group had to use the uncomfortable pullout bed becuse the room was much too hot to use. Pool and grill area were fantastic! The grounds were clean and kept up very well. Check-in was a breeze. We were on the 3rd floor, no elevator FYI. Lots of visitor parking for the 2nd vehicle if needed. The house and grounds were great, very lovely. No ac eas a major hiccup for us.

Surprisingly spacious

We loved this place, it was spacious, clean and full of character. The huge lanai was a real highlight, with fly screens all around to keep the bugs out. It easily accommodated our group of 4 adults and 3 kids and the outstanding communication from property management made our stay really easy. The grounds of the resort were very spacious too, the kids loved the pool. As other reviewers have mentioned, worth noting there is no aircon and no lift for those who need their creature comforts, but we knew that before booking. There were lots of fans around to keep us comfortable so this wasn’t an issue for our group at all.

Had an amazing time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To start off we were able to get in earlier than the check in time after a quicl text asking of we could. We had 7 people in total, Mom, Dad, myself, wife, sister in law and two kids. Plenty of room for everyone while we were in the condo. I was born in Hawaii and have been back many times since i moved away. The location is great for ceuising down Alii drive and checking out the beaches. It is also right below the Keahou shopping center for dining and any store items you may need. It is a quick run to the main highway to get into kailua or head down south. There qere a few beach going items like a cooler bag and some chairs that made our beach trips more enjoyable. Kitchen was pretty wel stocked for cooking our own food. The kitchen knives needed sharpened but there were stones to do that. The grounds were nice and clean. There was an outside bbq area that we used a few nights. Our kids are 10 and 13 and they enjoyed the pool one evening. The pool started at 1 foot and went to 8ft or so. It is a goood pool for everyone from babies to adults.

Perfect Kona location

Loved the expansive lanai and the open plan and ceiling fans kept the temperature very comfortable even on a warm day. The close proximity of the ocean, beach, Hawaiian historical setting, not to mention the pool, made our stay extra special. Very comfortable and inviting and the property management company was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Beautiful property

We loved this condo! The screened in lanai was amazing and the roominess was fantastic. My only suggestion is to put black out curtains in the loft upstairs. With there being no AC, the loft got to about 92 degrees every day even with fans and windows open or closed and my poor kids struggled to take naps/ fall asleep at night because of the heat in the loft.

Reserving was easy, check in was easy because of the details given by Knutson’s folks. I received a couple of texts after we arrived to see how we were doing and if we needed anything, which was nice. The place was gorgeous, spacious, well-stocked, and easy to access. It was a bit too close to Ali’i Road, but when you’re exhausted from exploring the island all day, traffic noise is a minor thing. We would have liked to get a place with an ocean view, but I’ll know how to reserve that next time. We appreciated the beach items from the rental, even the binocs! I would recommend folks pack 2-3 canvas tote bags for when you go shopping, because Hawai’i is about 99% plastic bag free! Yay!! Oh, and maybe bring/provide a couple flashlights to go watch turtles at night. We really appreciated all the accommodations of Knutson and the homeowner. Mahalo and a hui hou, ohana, 🌺🌸🌻aloha 🌺🌸🌻

Magnificent Hawaii Condo

Very nice property, well maintained, good kitchen for preparing family meals (4 adults, 4 kids ages 3-8), and the screened in Lanai great for eating together, reading, relaxing. Condo development nicely located at south end of Ali'i drive, short walk to Kahalu'u beach park with excellent snorkeling, short drive into Kailua-Kona. Great pool for kids. Shore access with great views for watching sunsets, and lucky to see whale activity while visiting right from shore (February). Communication with host great, easily accessible by text with fast response times. Grocery store right up the hill, very short drive.
