We had an amazing stay. Everything was extremely comfortable and the size of the condo was great for 5. The master bath shower could have used a good scrubbing, but other than that we would definitely stay here again!

Awesome place, beach is right out your back door. Amazing views and location. The beach was amazing, the pools were fantastic. The only negative things i could say is the condo amenities were slacking, no coffee, very few towels, only 1 trash bag and 2 rolls off TP. In the bunk room the fan did not work and in the master the ceiling light did not work, i called the property manager and they said they would make a note of it but no repairs were made.

We loved our stay

Our stay was really awesome. We didn’t spend much time in the condo but it was great for when we needed to be in it to sleep. It accommodated our entirely family and enjoyed the view. It was absolutely beautiful! The property manager was amazing and we were able to communicate with them through our entire stay and they were extremely helpful.

Beautiful condo

Great location, super clean and had everything we needed. Great communication with management for any needed things. Very prompt response to internet not working on the first day and toilet issue was resolved with an hour at night. Clean condo great location. Only complaint was the master bed was a little hard for our liking. Overall would return again !!

Great condo on the beach!

We had a great stay at Shoalwater condos! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s just a short walk out to the beach and the pool area is very nice. Would stay here again.

Nice condo, with a roomy patio that you can enjoy from the living room, and bedroom. You feel like you are right by the beach. Some cleanliness issues, but not enough to deter us from coming back. Gelt updated, and we will come back.

I was misled.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I called the Liquid Life Team in July to inquire about the renovations/repairs and was told that they had been completed in June. When we arrived on August 3rd, they were still very much underway. My balcony was closed. I reserved that specific unit because of the balcony location. Mine was the only balcony that was closed off and the small space available on my balcony for storage of beach supplies was constantly covered in dust and often grinding wheels and other tools were left on it. I sent a video of the stated of the balcony to the management and was told the manager was out sick but that I would be contacted, I wasn't. Had I been informed and not misled when I called in July, I could have found other lodging. I would expect honesty from a hospitality company, or if it was an honest mistake, some sort of restitution should have been made. I would appreciate being contacted by someone in management. But now, after almost 2 months, I don't expect to receive a call.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked a condo. After we booked they said they were having some repairs done until the end of June (we booked end of July). They said if the condo number ends in 1 or 2 those would be affected (ours ends in 4). The noise was so loud you can't hear the person next to you. Our group has 3 two year old and they couldn't nap due to the noise. We had construction on our patio. They had 2 jackhammers going right outside and it was so severe the toilet was vibrating! The email said if they had to work on the balcony, it would just be a day we would be without it. We were without it for 4 days. When you stay for a short time period, 4 days is alot! I reached out to them and they could care less. I also notified them about several things needing repaired. They said they would fix it after we left. Absolutely no service after they get your money!!! I recommend you use a different company.

Nice condo

Condo was nice and clean! Our condo was on 2 floor so close to pool and boardwalk to the beach ! The only drawback was we couldn’t get in until 4 on day of arrival but the check-in and out process was very smooth ! I would go back again !

Property Under Construction

In disbelief that the VRBO listing does not identify it as a property under construction repair from hurricane. Manlift hanging outside ocean view deck. Jackhammering that you can hear throughout complex. Once they have your non-refundable money, they send you paperwork to sign that you agree to the potential risk of injury from construction work.

Renovation

I wish I knew before I booked the condo that it was under renovation as it was loud during working hours. I have to say that workers stayed on schedule so at least you know what to expect. I appreciate that the property was being maintained. Even though it was under construction we enjoyed our stay and would return for another visit!
