Concepto abierto muy grande con cocina gourmet totalmente equipada y listo para recibir a un chef privado si lo desea (fácil organización con nuestro conserje). Varias áreas de relajación le permiten relajarse, chatear, leer o incluso ver Netflix en la pantalla grande. La sala está abierta en gran parte a la piscina y al jardín.

Detrás de la palapa el jardín continúa con terraza y hamaca para disfrutar de los sonidos de la selva.

La terraza de 700 pies cuadrados en el tercer piso incluye una cocina al aire libre, un elegante jacuzzi y tumbonas. Suficiente espacio para saludar al sol contra el sol naciente.
50 metros de la pastelería local, 12 minutos en coche al mar (18 minutos en bicicleta), centro de la ciudad a 5 minutos en coche (7 minutos en bicicleta). Lagunas y cenotes en menos de 20min en coche.

Nuestro extraordinario conserje lo recibirá en persona, le mostrará la casa y lo arreglará con anticipación, o en el lugar, servicios que van desde alquiler de bicicletas hasta chef privado o incluso masajes en el lugar.

Un barrio auténtico con una mezcla equilibrada de mayas, mexicanos, expatriados y turistas. Todos se saludan en la calle. La casa está a 15-20 minutos en bicicleta de la playa, a 5 minutos del centro. 5min de 2 hermosos cenotes. El mercado de Gypsea se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie. Hay tofu orgánico, vinos importados, cervezas locales, frutas y verduras orgánicas todos los días de 7:00 a 23:00. Varios restaurantes / hoteles boutique a menos de 5 minutos a pie ofrecen clases de yoga, brunch y cafeterías.

Hidden gem, great spot for the family!

The home is a gem in a new up and coming neighborhood, great breakfast spots nearby and an amazing Italian place right around the corner. The stay was great, my daughter loved the pool, and a nice drive to the hotel zone. We rented a golf cart to get around town. Definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing stay in Tulum

I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Tulum. It’s perfectly located in a safe neighborhood close to excellent restaurants. The house itself is spacious with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Jean Francois and his concierge team were more than accommodating and supplied us with lots of recommendations. Communication was excellent. We even did a tequila tasting at the house that was informative and fun!

Amazing stay

This villa is absolutely beautiful. We stayed here during the days leading up to our wedding and after. It was perfect to have people get ready in the day of wedding. The concierge was so attentive and coordinated services for us while we were there. Highly highly recommend.

Vacation with family in Tulum

Overall a positive experience but amenities like shampoo were not provided and replacing towels appeared to be done only at request. The property owner and manager were helpful and nice to deal with.

Beautiful villa in Tulum town

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette party and had a great time! The house is very spacious and clean. We loved hanging out by the pool and felt very safe here. The concierge service was very helpful in preparing for our arrival, including doing a grocery run for us, plus was quite attentive throughout our stay for questions. Overall we had a lovely time visiting Tulum and would recommend this property!

Amazing and welcoming stay

This property is amazing, and spacious for a large group. I booked this beautiful home for my 40th birthday for a group of 8. The host was there at the home to great us and answer any questions we had. The concierge as help with booking round-trip airport transportation from and to the Tulum airport. I would recommend this property to my friends amd family and would book again if i ever travel back to Tulum.

Bachelorette Weekend

An amazing house for a bachelorette trip. The space is large, open, and comfortable for ten people. The pool and outdoor spaces were a true gem of the place, beds were also comfortable. The concierge services were extremely helpful and kind, was a huge plus to have jugs of water available to us. We appreciated the ability to rent bikes and also walk to nearby restaurants, coffee shops.

Great place to stay in Tulum

The property was amazing and the concierge team is incredibly helpful! They helped us arrange a wonderful weekend of activities and were able to make changes on the fly. This experience wouldn't of been the same without them! The house itself is beautiful with your own private swim area and multiple places for a group to hang out together. The area is up and coming and there are several fun places within walking distance.

Great stay

The house is spacious, with plenty of beds and bathrooms for our 2 families, including 4 teens. One of the bedrooms is in a separate little space near the pool that was not air conditioned but with the windows open it was actually quite cool. The kitchen was well stocked. Owner was extremely helpful and answered all my texts and questions quickly. We liked the area as well, it felt safe and quiet and more like old-school Tulum.

Beautiful home in a fabulous location!

Five of us had a wonderful stay at Casa Sun in Soul! Jean-Francois (the owner) and the concierges could not have been more responsive and helpful with any requests (groceries, taxis, etc.) throughout our stay. (Thank you!!!) The house is gorgeous and spacious. We loved being able to walk to some cute cafes and restaurants, and really enjoyed the Art Walk at the near by Holistika Hotel. The neighborhood has a wonderful, relaxed vibe. A couple of us biked into town one afternoon, and others took a taxi to the beach. We had two exquisite dinners in the hotel zone on/near the beach. We’d definitely stay here again!

Peaceful and spacious

Staying in this house felt so peaceful. We felt very secure and loved the privacy. For our family of 5 the house was truly too much space for us, but we did appreciate being able to spread out. This property would be ideal for 2 families (possibly 3), or a few couples. There is a lot of privacy in the villa next to the pool, and the bedroom off the rooftop. Each bedroom feels very private, and there is a bathroom for each, which is very nice, and makes each like its own suite. The pool was not heated, so it went mostly unused except for dipping our feet in. There are gorgeous beaches nearby and we had the best recommendations from our host. He was so incredibly welcoming and kind, and met us upon arrival. There are amazing restaurants at the end of the block (2-3 min walk). We did also do a fair amount of driving while staying here. Overall, it was a very nice experience!

Great for the entire family

The house was exactly as described. It was large, spacious, and clean! The owner and property managers were incredibly response and were waiting for us when we arrived even though our plane was delayed three hours. Their attentiveness was unmatched. We were running out of towels and they brought us some extra ones. One small issue was with the main door. The code didn't work (which they told us about so we appreciated that) so that meant we had to leave the main door unlocked during our stay. Luckily there was a gate that we could lock and thankfully had no issues. It's a very safe neighborhood. In fact, my daughter went running around the neighborhood several days during our stay. It's quite an active place with many transplants and tourists. We chose this location not only because of the glowing reviews, but also because we wanted to stay in the town of Tulum instead of Tulum beach. The location is a stone's throw from several restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, gym, and bars. We had a relaxing 6 days and would definitely stay here again!

Family fun time

We booked this home to celebrate family birthdays because of the pool and the size of the rooms. The hosts were very responsive when we asked for cribs and high chairs. We used the concierge service and although it seemed pricey at first after researching it turned out to be the best options. The road in front of home was unimproved and full of potholes (like the rest of the neighborhood). We were only a few blocks from any restaurants and/or amenities that we wanted. The configuration is that each bedroom is on a different floor and the ceiling is very high. The echo of voices and sounds was loud. It could be heard in the bedrooms. One room was on the 'roof' and the roof top lounge was fabulous. The table on the main floor was large and great for the whole family to sit around. We did not use the poolside bedroom but in retrospect it would have been perfect for changing and showering. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this home.  We had a wonderful time and would recommend this home.

Amazing place in Tulum

The owner was so helpful and always available with any questions/concerns. The stay included a concierge group that was very helpful in recommendations or reservations. The house itself is incredible and was such a fun place to stay in.

Excellent Service & Beautiful House

I could not recommend the concierge team enough! They assist in planning your trip, and during your stay it is a relief to know that someone is there to help whenever needed. We were having trouble ordering a pizza to the house on our very first night, and the concierge team graciously ordered it for us and had it delivered. Amazing service. House is decorated beautifully and the pool is so much fun! I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful time in Tulum!

Lovely home. Very well appointed. Great that each room has it’s own bathroom. Property manager was very attentive and arranged an on site chef for a dinner party. The chef and food were wonderful!

Très belle villa spacieuse et moderne

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances en famille à Tulum qui est un petit paradis. La villa qui est neuve est très bien équipée et le rooftop fort agréable. La situation est idéale pour être au calme tout en étant proche du centre et de la plage. Le service de conciergerie et de ménage permet de passer des vacances en toute tranquilité et ils ont été réactifs en cas de besoin. Les propriétaires se sont montrés soucieux de notre bien-être pendant notre séjour, nous ne pouvons que recommander !!
