Mary's Nest es un encantador bungalow con estilo boho ubicado en el corazón del centro de Columbus, TX. Relájese en el acogedor porche cubierto y piérdase en un libro, o disfrute de un maravilloso tiempo en familia. Es la configuración perfecta para familiares o amigos que se alojen en Columbus para una boda u ocasión especial.

Estamos ubicados a poca distancia del centro de Columbus. 35 minutos para Round Top Antique Festival, 25 minutos para The Vine, 6 minutos para Schneider Hall y 16 minutos para Pipers Creek Vineyards.

El bungalow de 1500 pies cuadrados cuenta con (3) dormitorios y (2) baños. Mary's Nest tiene un porche delantero del sur perfecto para tomar un café por la mañana o tomar una copa por la noche. La sala de estar principal es tan acogedora con la chimenea azul como su punto focal. La sala de televisión ofrece un Smart TV, canales locales y altavoces Sonos para su entretenimiento. Mary's Nest ofrece una cocina totalmente equipada con mesa de cocina, lavadora y secadora estándar, productos de baño, ropa de cama, aire acondicionado / calefacción central y WiFi. El patio trasero cuenta con un pequeño comedor, iluminación de cuerdas y una divertida sala de juegos equipada con una mesa de ping pong.

-Dormitorio principal (cama King) en el piso principal. Baño privado con ducha. Smart TV montado en la pared y un altavoz Sonos.

-Habitación de invitados # 1 (cama Queen) también en planta principal con baño compartido al lado. Entrada privada al porche para café temprano o noches tardías.

-Habitación de invitados # 2 (2 camas Queen) en el segundo piso. Los huéspedes utilizarán el baño del pasillo del piso principal.

-Hall Bath- Pequeña bañera antigua con ducha de azulejos y grifo de mano.

Our stay at Mary’s Nest was nothing short of wonderful! The home is tucked away in a peaceful, historic neighborhood that’s made for the perfect relaxing getaway. Everything was clean, cozy, and beautifully put together it truly felt like a home away from home. Also my fave part was discovering interesting facts about the antiques and much more. Rhonda was a gracious and responsive host, and we appreciated her warm Southern hospitality. We can’t wait to book again our family thoroughly enjoyed every moment!

Girls' Trip Haven

My HS girlfriends and I went on a "Celebrate 60" Painted Churches Tour, and we stayed at Mary's Next. It was perfect!! The porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. Certainly, we would stay there again!

Charming house, great location

My friends and I enjoyed a very comfortable stay in your lovely home while in town for a work event. The house had everything we needed (and more), was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, not to mention charming and full of character. I would absolutely rent it again if there's ever a need.

Just the best

This was the best rental house I’ve stayed at. My wife and I have stayed in many great rentals but this was over the top. Beautiful and comfortable furniture. Well maintained and clean. We might look for an excuse to go back to this part of Texas just so we can stay in this house again.

Girls roundtop trip 8

We take this trip to round top once a year. We have stayed in Brenham, Fayetteville and Katy. We decided to try Columbus and it was wonderful! Mary’s Nest was the nicest B&B. A short drive to Roundtop and great restaurants and shops. Rhonda was great to deal with. Our crew will definitely be back!!

Beautiful taste of the past!

We serendipitously found Mary's Nest when looking for utilitarian respite from power outages due to hurricane Beryl. What started as a simple place to have power and work-from-home productivity quickly turned into a mini-vacation. The porch was the best part, especially when we had a nice morning shower with rolling thunder in the distance. I love that the home has been in the family for generations, too.. it simply felt like we were guests to somebody's grandma's well-kept home.

The owner of this property left no stone unturned. Every single amenity was available in the property for us. The furniture and the surroundings were very comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to Let the guests know there is a cat on the property In case someone has allergies. The cat is friendly, though. PROPERTY IS ONE MILE AWAY FROM WALMART AND HEB

Exactly as pictured! We enjoyed our stay! I’m a frequent Vrbo customer and this one had everything we needed + some!! First time I didn’t have to use my extra supplies that I’ve learned to take!! Rosa was great when it comes to thinking of things you might need to make your stay more enjoyable. Cute little town! Cute neighborhood and a great place to book if you are going to be in Columbus or surrounding towns! We attended a wedding in Belleville, a town with limited accommodations. Mary’s Nest was close enough for us to travel back and forth to the different venues! Highly recommend it!!

What a great little treasure and the perfect place for our girl's trip! This house is precious and exactly as described. It's a comfy and well-maintained home in an beautiful location. Rhonda has added tons of special touches to make a stay fun and comfy! We'd surely stay again.

Nice for antiquing in Round Top.

It’s about a 40 min drive to Warrenton. We shopped all day and were only at the house in the evenings. House was just as pictured. Very clean and well kept.

Great for extended family stay!

We had our family as well as grandparents staying the weekend with us and all of us were comfortable and had a place to sleep. Our kids enjoyed the ping pong table and walking to the fire station just around the corner. The house is adorable and full of history, which we really enjoyed finding and reading about. Communication and interactions with the host were always pleasant and communication responses were super fast! This house has some of the little things we didn't remember to pack (kids cups so they don't have to use glass cups) and a few coffee pods and such that were super nice to have on hand!

Truly Unique, We’ll-Appointed Property!

We are serial VRBO guests and have stayed at several outstanding properties but this is one of a kind. Not only is it easily accessible to Columbus’ charming downtown, but the host has thought of EVERYTHING…all the way down to extra charging cords (both Android and iPhone) and USB ports in the outlets. We don’t even have that at home! Mary’s Nest is wonderful.

My husband & I are the local "Chip & Jo" of town renovating, building and decorating homes in the area. We have 3 daughters that keep us super busy with their activities and we are completely blessed!

This precious Bungalow once belonged to my husband's grandmother "Miss Mary" as we affectionately called her. She was a fun, funky, feisty grandmother & she just loved her home (as did the rest of us). We purchased the property shortly after she passed and used as rental property for a few years. Just recently it became empty and turning it into a "Vacation Rental" just seemed like the right thing to do. Miss Mary loved a great trip, little quaint towns, a glass of wine, and visiting with family & friends. She would have loved the idea of people using her sweet cozy home for just that! We hope you love our home as much as our family has loved it all these years. Welcome to Mary's Nest!
