¡Esta casa es llave en mano y está lista para disfrutarla en el aclamado desarrollo de Musick Ridge! El interior fue pintado recientemente y los pisos en el nivel superior fueron reemplazados. Esta propiedad tiene 3 habitaciones más una habitación extra y 2 1/2 baños. La gran sala abierta incluye techos abovedados de madera con iluminación empotrada y wainscoting y una estufa de leña muy eficiente montada en un hogar de granito personalizado. La cocina cuenta con encimeras grandes, gabinetes de roble, barra de desayuno y pisos de madera. La puerta corredera en la sala de estar se abre a la gran cubierta perfecta para barbacoas en nuestros frescos veranos de Sierra. El lavadero está justo al lado del garaje para dos coches. Great Location

We rent a house every summer in Shaver and this one was a great spot. The home was super clean and comfortable. The fun part is in the evening you can walk to a rock (they call it the happy rock) in the back of the property and all the neighbors get together to watch the sunset.

Great location. Good size. Could use some amenity updates.

This is a great cabin with plenty of room and different spaces for multiple families. There are a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed by the owner (missing trim, cabinets shelves falling) and amenity issues (no soap or shampoo provided in the showers). Other than that, it’s a great spot for a stay with family or friends.

We loved the location and spacious driveway. The layout of the cabin was perfect for us. We especially loved the spacious kitchen and great room. Everything was clean and comfortable and the cabin was well stocked with everything we needed! Great experience!

Tradition in a beautiful cabin

Are family is making it a tradition staying at this beautiful cabin . We really love everything about this home it’s big very spacious for our family . The huge patio deck is spacious has everything to make you relax patio set , BBQ grill plenty of seating and being surrounded by trees . The home is clean and has so many amenities . This our third year renting this cabin for Memorial weekend and our daughters birthday we hope to be back next year .

Great Shaver get away

Cabin was perfect for our group of adults and teens. Location was great, close to town and a few miles to the lake. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings out on the back deck. Also thankful the cabin had AC, as it was pretty warm during the middle of the afternoon. We would definitely stay here again!

Vacation at Shaver Lake

I really enjoyed staying at this property it had everything that you needed to stay comfortably, a home away from home. The property was a few minutes from downtown Shaver Lake. The owner contacted me prior to my arrival to welcome me and my family.

Perfect Winter Getaway for Family

I’ve stayed at a few houses around Shaver through the years, this one was the best especially for snow play. We had 3 adults and 4 kids 4-8 yo. The back yard is a huge open space that’s a personal snow park during winter. The house is at the end of a cul de sac so no busy streets at all. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Inside the house was spacious and clean. Great open kitchen/dining/living room area. The wood burning stove was beautiful and kept the house cozy warm and the beds were really comfortable for a good night sleep after playing outside all day. The owners were really nice and answered all the questions we had during our stay. Definitely coming back to this house.

Great family home

House was spacious, clean and had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. Owners are very responsive and even let us adjust are dates at the last minute (luckily the house was available for the change). We'd totally stay here again.

Awesome home!

Very pleased with this home. The house was very clean and well stocked with anything you may need. 6 of us enjoyed this huge home. The grandparents stayed upstairs in the master bedroom, which is also the main living area of the house (kitchen, living room, decks). Downstairs was a couch and TV, bedroom with king bed, and another bedroom with a full size and twin bed. Laundry, bathroom and garage with ping pong table were also located downstairs. The home set up was perfect for us. Grandparents upstairs were it was warmer, and downstairs my wife and I, along with the kids. I run hot, so I enjoyed sleeping cool downstairs. This home appears very lucky to have survived the fires. All the trees were burned up until you get to this neighborhood as you come into Shaver Lake. Appears the giant rock (sunset rock?) out back may have saved the neighborhood. Anyways, we stayed during the week and there were very few people around. We enjoyed the silence and peaceful surroundings. This home is a 2 minute drive to downtown Shaver Lake and 5 minutes to the lake. Very convenient. We drove farther up the mountain, about a 40 min drive, to Huntington Lake for a day. Unfortunately, most of the area around there also looks like Mars as the fire damage was terrible. We were very happy Shaver Lake survived. We spoke to many living and working in Shaver, and they are still scraping by. Not enough staff for the places open in the area. If you have kids and like horses, we highly recommend Shaver Stables. Anyways, thank you for sharing your lovely home. We hope to return next year.

Memorial weekend

Me and my family stayed for memorial weekend the home is beautiful and very and big lots of space . We loved the patio decks to relax and enjoy BBQing the home comes with so much amenities it’s very close to the Shaver town . The owner is very nice and courteous I would definitely like to stay again .

Big happy family

We loved this property. The neighborhood was beautiful, the home was comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bedding and towels etc. We had fun sledding right out the back hill!

Excellent Getaway

The house had snow! So we were happy to take a covid friendly trip with our family. Greg was great. Communicated very well. House was cozy and beds were great! Was perfect for 2 small families.

Our best VRBO experience

We fell in love with this property! The house was clean and the layout was so perfect for our family. The owners were so wonderful and kind throughout our stay and quickly answered any of our questions. You can tell it is their home and not just a rental property and we loved that. Fluffy towels, soft sheets, and nice hand soaps were some nice surprises! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. There was hardly any snow left but the large back yard still had the perfect sledding hill for our kids. We have gone to shaver my whole life but, I have never stayed on this side of the mountain and a short walk from the cabin had the perfect view of some of the best sunsets I have ever seen. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

Great house

The house was great, perfect for our group of seven. The living area/kitchen were very comfortable and well equipped. The property owner was very nice and responsive. The backyard was very spacious-we could snow play and sled from the backdoor which was perfect for the kids.

The rental was clean and had everything we needed. Only complaint is that the power went out the first night we were there, but it was the whole neighborhood. But other than that the stay was great will definitely book again.

Lovely home in Shaver Lake

Lovely home for a large family or two small families. Master bedroom, bathroom, and living spaces on second floor, two other bedrooms, bathroom, and small bonus area on first floor. Beautiful location in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you for an enjoyable weekend!

Enjoyable time at Shaver Lake

Beautiful,clean property, there were 8 of us spending time together, house is big enough to allow us enough room to spread out. Only complaint is the twin bed downstairs is very squeaky anytime my daughter moved , turned the bed squeaks. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, utensils etc, we cooked all week, was very comfortable, nice views from both decks enjoyed bbq dinner , watched sunset, would definitely rent this house again !

Our home is in a quiet and extremely private neighborhood. The front deck has amazing sunset views, and the oversized deck in the back has unobstructed views. The Master is on the same level as the family room and kitchen and the other 2 bedrooms and bonus room are on the lower level.
