¡Bienvenido a 300 North Breakers! Este condominio 2BR / 2BA recientemente amueblado y bien amueblado, ubicado en el complejo de condominios frente al mar de North Breakers. Los huéspedes se sentirán inmediatamente relajados al ingresar a esta exquisita propiedad que ofrece un ambiente relajado de playa con colores suaves de pintura y muebles. La cocina es amplia, abierta y bien equipada con nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, gabinetes a medida y encimeras de granito. Ambas habitaciones son amplias y ofrecen baños muy bien actualizados. El dormitorio principal con techo de bandeja tiene controles deslizantes hacia el balcón, cama King size, TV de pantalla plana. El baño principal tiene una gran ducha de azulejos personalizados, tocador doble y vestidor enorme. Disfrute de su café de la mañana o un cóctel por la tarde, en el amplio balcón mientras disfruta de la belleza de la isla y huele la brisa del océano.

A restful and peaceful week.

We accomplished just what we wanted to.-Sunshine, Beach, Water. The Condo was beautifully decorated. We loved the comply bed. We spent a good amount of time on the balcony and in the home, when we weren't enjoying the great food and beverages all around town.

Quick family get away

The accommodations were exactly as they appeared online. The condo was very nice and clean. The other guests staying there were nice and friendly as well. Great location to all the great local spots.

My family and I were impressed with the amount of space in this condo. it was a very comfortable stay. great to have the beach walkable and stores and yoga bikable.

Wonderful vacation

It was a wonderful experience staying at this condo. The unit along with the grounds was very clean and well managed. The hospitality from the staff was fantastic and the grounds around the condo incredibly clean and beautiful!

First visit to St. Simons

A beautiful island with a lot of history and good bike paths. The oak trees are amazing. The downtown waterfront is beautiful. Plenty of services…..groceries, restaurants, gas etc. easy access to Jekyll Island for day trips. Condo is private with ample parking and away from traffic and close to the beach.

Great East Beach Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. After hours check-in was a breeze, the condo was clean, well-appointed and comfortable, and the pool and beach were so close! The only issue we had was not receiving a reply to a question about the property we sent via VRBO a week ahead, but when we called the rental office, they were happy to help.

Wonderful Location, Clean Condo

My friend and I stayed here for a long weekend and were impressed with the property. The condo itself is an end unit with private balcony, fully stocked kitchen, and spacious rooms. Very clean! The location is equally nice, with a short walk to the beach and a clean pool on your way to/from the beach. The property management company was quick to respond to any questions as well. I highly recommend this property.

Great Stay

We had a great time in SSI the property was great for my husband and I. The only hiccup was check in they told us there was a key but it was actually a key pad entry. It all worked out and was a great stay. Hodnett Cooper was very available and communication was great.

Great Condo

My friends and I had a lovely girls weekend in this condo. We loved the space, the layout, and all the amenities. The only complaint I had is we needed to call the emergency property management line the last night for air conditioning issues and never heard back.

I would recommend this condo to anyone with adults or kids. Our kids are 19 and 20 and this was a perfect condo. Plenty of room for all of us. Saint Simons is a beautiful beach to travel to. Very family oriented. The condo is beautifully decorated. We had all the cooking supplies that we needed. The pool was wonderful. Great condo!

Love North Breakers

We enjoyed our stay at North Breakers. The property was very clean when we arrived. The guest bath did have a shower curtain that fell, but I notified management and hopefully it was fixed after we left. The frig had a seafood smell, I am sure from the previous guest so we put a box of soda in there and it was better. Overall we were very pleased with the property. The condo does have a washer/dryer which was not listed on the amenities.

UNCOMFORTABLE

Could not sleep in the beds in this unit. Harder than rocks. Slept in a living room chair and left two days early. The unit is not OCEAN VIEW/OCEAN FRONT and is the furthest from the elevator. Not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

not clean, no contact with rental management, located next to public parking lot which was very loud

Arrived at location after long drive and were met with a gate without any code to get in!! We sat in our car for over 45mins waiting for a response and code had to ask a lawn crew to let us in. Then climbed into bed and it was filled with sand! Asked if the sheets could be changed which they did the next day so needless to say horrible night sleep.

Nice relaxing stay

We enjoyed several things about this property. The parking garage, elevator, and carts for luggage was really helpful. The bedrooms were spaced nicely apart. The condo was clean. There was even beach chairs and boogie boards in the guest closet. The beds were comfortable. Short walk to the beach and pool. The balcony was comfortable. We received a text that let us know when the condo was clean and ready for our arrival. Complaints were very minor and not a big deal. The Keurig machine was faulty and made watered down coffee with inconsistent pour sizes and the other coffee pot was missing the carafe so we had to buy bottled cold brews. Check in was really easy but since they just have us a code it seemed unnecessary to stop by the rental office. We had a really good experience staying here and we would def recommend it to others and stay here again ourselves.
