Una casa nueva terminada en julio de 2019. Ven y quédate en nuestra casa de ensueño en Douglas Lake con hermosas vistas lejanas y aún a la orilla del agua.

Un hogar de lujo lejos de casa. No querrás irte. Despiértese con una hermosa mañana con el lago justo en la puerta de su casa y WOW, qué atardecer para la vista de la noche. Un montón de terrazas alrededor de la casa para sentarse y disfrutar y relajarse. 4 grandes habitaciones king cada una con su propia vista del lago, también 2 habitaciones queen en el nivel inferior cerca de la sala de juegos. Mesa de futbolín y chimenea de gas en el primer piso, otra chimenea de gas en el segundo piso cerca de la suite principal donde tiene una ducha de azulejos extra grande y una bañera profunda.
Acceda a un gran muelle largo para bajar por el agua y puede atracar su propio bote o alquiler de bote. Nade de nuestro muelle con el agua a unos cómodos 84 grados en julio.
Ubicación perfecta para estar en el hermoso lago Douglas y estar a solo minutos de todas las atracciones cercanas. Ubicado en una subdivisión privada en el lago y, sin embargo, a poca distancia en auto de todo lo que necesita: Food City, 2 millas, Dollywood, 8 millas, Pigeon Forge, 9 millas, Gatlinburg, 14 millas y la entrada a Great Smoky Mtns

Nuestro hermoso lago Douglas es un embalse, por lo que los niveles del lago serán bajos o desaparecerán según la época del año en que llegues. El agua suele estar en pleno funcionamiento desde finales de marzo hasta finales de septiembre. Después de eso, dependiendo de la cantidad de lluvia que hayamos tenido, los niveles cambiarán. The gated property made us feel safe. The home was a dream. There were 4 couples, one single adult, 2 kids (age 9, 15). There is no bunk room so one of the kids slept on the large sofa in the game room which was very comfy.The photos of out back are a little tricky. Those steps are NO joke. My husband has a bad knee and without a golf cart or something similar to and from dock that walk was brutal for him (he’s 67). We simply didn’t make trips unless we had to go down to fish or boat. The boat was incredible but wish there was an option to have it inclusive since we only used it a few hours each of the days and all day rental was so expensive. It’s close enough for convenience to shopping but secluded enough we felt unbothered by us being in a touristy town. The four kayaks were so convenient everyone got a lot of use out of them. Destiny, our host was so friendly and communicative. We will be back!

Beautiful home. Spectacular views. Fun for the entire family of all ages. Plenty of room and great amenities. We used the entire home and had room to spare. Loved the convenience of the boat rental on site. The owners are great communicators and lovely people. We truly had a great stay!

BEAUTIFUL!!!

Easy check in and check out. Enough parking for about 4 vehicles. this house is beautiful, clean and spacious. Has every amenity you would need. Property outside is also great. The dock this time of year wasn’t in water yet, but we still enjoyed walking on the bank at the waters edge and fishing. We enjoyed the gazebo with swings and also liked the large fire pit with plenty of seating. We are definitely planning on staying here again. Have to say a big thank you to Destiny…(property manager) she goes above & beyond to make your stay great. If you need to contact her, she answers back right away. We’ve stayed at a lot of rentals in the Gatlinburg area and never had anyone as nice as her. So if you’re looking for a place on Douglas Lake, this is it. We look forward to coming back. Thanks Again, The Baileys

Lovely week

We have been coming with family to the Smokies for 30+ years. This is the 1st time we have rented a place on the lake. Everyone enjoyed jumping in the lake to cool off after a day hiking in the park. The house was very clean. We appreciated all of the spaces both inside and outside so that our group of ten could either hang out together or have some time alone.

Best Vacation Property Ever!

Words can’t describe how wonderful our entire experience was with this property and the owners! Destiny was able to answer my many questions before we even checked in. She was available to help throughout the entire stay and was so patient and kind. The house is beyond beautiful! The lake was clean and so much fun to swim in. The house was well stocked and decorated beautifully. They are located in a secluded enough area where you feel peaceful yet also close enough to all of the attractions in town. You won’t be disappointed staying here! We will definitely be back.

Father’s Day Trip

I’ve been staying at different lake houses for the last ten years and this was one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. We really enjoyed our time at this house and there was enough space for everyone. Highly recommend you visit this property if you get the chance.

The best stay !

We had an amazing time at the lake house! Destiny went above and beyond for us and even had a small surprise waiting for my dad’s birthday! The house was fully equipped and everyone was so comfortable. Will def book this house again, the best experience we have had with a rental !

Anniversary family trip

We were very well pleased with our accommodations. A beautiful lake house that had it all. A little out of the way on a small winding road, but leads to an amazing view. I'm looking forward to booking again.

Wonderful place to get away with family

We had an amazing stay at this lake front property. The host provides SO many amenities that our entire group was constantly entertained. We enjoyed the kayaks and the paddle boat so much! The lake was gorgeous and we had otters swimming around us! We had kids from ages 6-17 and never heard a peep about being bored! The rooms were well appointed for our large group and there was plenty of seating for everyone. We wished we could have stayed a couple of extra days to do all there was to do! It is a private mountain lake paradise!

Family getaway

Great getaway

We absolutely loved our week at this cabin. Very well maintained, nice property with everything a big group needs. Owners were great and very responsive. We rented the pontoon and would highly recommend. Great location about 30 minutes away from pigeon forge/galtlinburg and about 45 minutes from hiking in Smokey national park Would highly reocmmend Only critique I have is they could upgrade the outdoor grill and grilling tools, this is easily fixed

Greta family getaway

This space was a great landing place to wind down and enjoy Gods country and have family time. The beds were comfy and the screened in porches were amazing. Our hosts were incredible and responded to every question as soon as possible. Highly recommend this rental and hoping to return.

2023 Smoky Mountains Family Trip

If you’re looking for a place that is not only beautiful but so thoughtfully equipped with things for the entire family…this place is it!! We have 8 kids, 3 married, and one grand baby. All but 3 were able to be there and the house couldn’t have been more perfect! Between the wonderful layout of the house (6 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen—we cooked almost every night, a beautiful large family room with awesome views of the lake and sunsets), the ping pong table and other games in the basement, the incredible porches (2 screened in), the porch swings down by the water, the paddle boat and 4 kayaks plus some floats—EVERYONE was happy!! We also used the fire pit one night—it was just incredible! Our family is a big fishing family and we caught most of our fish right off the dock using red worms! Caught enough to have a big fish fry dinner while there and still brought some home. We did rent the owners’ boat, too, which was so great for our large family—honestly, it was the best boat we’ve ever rented and we’ve rented quite a few over the years. Lilly and Don are some of the best hosts as well—quick to respond and just down to earth great people! You can tell so much thought and love went into this home—thank you so much for sharing it with us!! It was super hard to leave!! Hope to back sometime soon!!

Beautiful getaway house

We had a great time. The host is a pleasure to deal with and answered all of my questions. The house is not far from local hot spots to visit, but when your at the house it is pretty secluded. We had a great experience.

Hello, we have 4 wonderful children, I grew up here in East TN and have loved living and raising my children here.

We had several of our cabins burn in the 2016 Wildfires that destroyed over 3,000 properties. Instead of rebuilding all my cabins in Gatlinburg, we wanted to rebuild bigger and better but this time on nearby Douglas Lake. Wow, best move ever, we believe.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Great Location on the lake, lots of open water in front of cabin and wonderful for boat watching, you get to see multiple boats, jet ski's, Seadoo's and more all across the water as they all fish, ski, go by tubing, and swimming off their boats. Great Lake access and enjoyment while only minutes from all the fun that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer.
