Esta unidad de 3 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños casa de playa es superior a pocos pasos de la arena. Impecablemente decoradas y acogedora, el mobiliario contribuyen al atractivo de esta unidad, el ambiente relajante. Hay un balcón en la parte delantera de la planta principal y dos terrazas en planta alta. Que permiten a los clientes sacar el máximo provecho de la vida al aire libre y son perfectos para tomar el sol, relajarse con un buen libro, o disfrutar de un cóctel al atardecer - vista al mar! Dormitorio en planta principal también dispone de un servicio. En planta alta principal y de invitados dormitorios ambos se abren a sus propias terrazas (todos los muebles de jardín w).

A sólo 30 segundos a pie de una de las más bellas playas del sur de California! Muy atractivo un contador de casa de granito totalmente actualizado encabeza con salpicaduras en la cocina, refrigerador de acero inoxidable, estufa de gas, lavavajillas, y lavadero interior.

sala de estar está abierto a la cocina y comedor, y se abre hacia el patio delantero. Cocina cuenta con isla central y encimeras de mármol. Dormitorio en planta principal también dispone de un servicio. En planta alta principal y de invitados dormitorios ambos se abren a sus propias terrazas. La cocina está totalmente equipada w horno / estufa, francés doble puerta frigorífico y lavavajillas, la lavadora y la secadora se encuentran en el interior para facilitar el lavado.

cabaña de playa clásico que rezuma encanto! 3 dormitorios / 2 1/2 baño elegantemente hermosa unidad que está a pocos pasos de la arena! Esta casa parece que acaba de salir del catálogo 'Pottery Barn'. La sala de estar arriba es brillante y lleno de sol.

Wonderful location

We enjoyed our stay and loved the proximity to the beach, the climate, and overall location close to amenities. The home was basically clean and the decor comfortable, but some things need attention to make it more welcoming for a long-term stay. We've stayed in dozens of vacation rentals and what brought our overall rating down was: the tired and somewhat ratty sofa (not the same in pictures); the flaking off of the faux leather finish on most of the dining chairs and sticky table top; tired pillows, linens and towels; and the disarray of 2 patio areas. For example, the screen to the main level balcony was laid on its side outside, gas canisters and decor were strewn around the grill, the table umbrellas were on the ground and needed to be placed into the tables; the patio furniture was pretty dirty and had to be wiped down

Great Spot near the Beach

Place is located in the perfect location. Right off the Boardwalk and super close to Pavilions and lots of great places to eat. Gary was a great host and was always available when needed. Thanks Gary

Le logement de gary est très bien situé. A quelques pas de la plage et proche des commerces. Il est parfaitement équipé et très propre. Gary est un hôte disponible et très reactif. Notre arrivée et notre départ ont été très faciles. Le parking derrière la maison est un réel avantage. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beach house, with an open floor plan, 3 balconies, and an ocean view! Having 2 ½ baths. a washer and dryer, and a full, fully equipped kitchen, was so convenient, for when our relatives came to visit. We loved the location – 1 ½ blocks to the beach, 2 blocks to a major grocery store, and a short walk to Newport Pier w/shops and bike rentals. Gary was an excellent host, going out of his way to communicate with us, before, during and after our stay; to make sure we were well taken care of, and that he had answered any questions or concerns we may have. If we had a problem with anything, he was right on it, to take care of it ASAP. We would definitely stay again, and recommend it to others!

Wonderful Oceanside Retreat

My husband and 2 daughters and I had the privilege of staying at Gary's property for a month. The location is amazing. The beach is just seconds from the house, along with the boardwalk. Gary's place was clean, comfortable and just perfect for our needs. We felt at home during our stay. We enjoyed sitting out on one of the three decks at any given time to enjoy the view or the sun. Our girls loved being able to walk to get ice cream and donuts on the boardwalk, and walk the beach at low tide to find seashells and sea glass. We were able to walk to the grocery store which was really handy. There are so many restaurants nearby and we enjoyed getting to try them out during our stay! Gary was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our stay. He always got back to us quickly if we had any questions and was so friendly and kind. We always felt well taken care of! We will always have wonderful memories of our stay at Gary's property in Newport and will definitely be back!

Wonderful location, accommodation and management

The Beach House is one block from the beach, boardwalk and a grocery store. It’s a very comfortable home with everything provided that you might need in the kitchen, and all rooms of the house and the 3 patios as well as for a day at the beach. Gary, the owner/manager was very friendly and very responsive to various questions/issues that came up during my one-month visit.

Perfect stay for our month in Newport Beach

Gary was just the most gracious and accommodating host! Our stay at his place was perfect. We had everything we needed, and the home was quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, spices and quality appliances. The bedrooms were spacious, with comfortable beds, and the baths were nicely updated. We were positioned in an incredible location and enjoyed our daily walks along the boardwalk. While at home, the open air living was very refreshing and the 3 porches were such a relaxing extension of the living space. For a stay on Balboa Peninsula, we really don’t think you can beat this rental for the price. Thank you Gary!

A Perfect 6 Weeks at Newport Beach

Paradise Beach House is just as pretty as pictured with tons of light and air thanks to the three decks off the bedrooms and living area. It is extremely well equipped compared to most vacation rentals and is in a great location for short or long terms stays. Gary was the perfect host attentive to all of our needs and clearly wanted us to enjoy our time at Newport Beach. As conveniently located as it is near the restaurants and shops, we heard little noise at night and felt safe at all hours.

Absolutely Delightful

My wife and I stayed here for a change of pace after working from home the last eight months on the east coast. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. 1 block from the beach with views of the ocean and Catalina. Walking the beach every afternoon enjoying the beautiful and varied sunsets. Gary was an exceptional host. the place was fully appointed with everything we needed and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. This location is exactly as promised and more.

Great place

This was the perfect location for our sister retreat. It is close the beach, nice restaurants and a grocery store. The condo is beautiful, clean, with well stocked kitchen, bath and beach towels. The owner of the property Gary was very hospitable meeting us giving to give a tour of the place and tutorial on the Apple TV. He even reached out to see how our visit was going. This is a great place to stay

Beach Family Getaway

We loved the proximity to the beach and grocery store. Gary, the owner, made sure we were well taken care. A very accommodating host. Plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out. The 3 balconies provided multiple ways to enjoy the view the beach, city and actually have privacy.

Great location!

We had a great time renting Gary’s place!! It was in a perfect location, close to the beach, stores, and restaurants! The house was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed plus some. Gary was a great help to answer any questions and he even saved a parking space on the street for us for our 2nd car upon arrival!! Thanks for a great week!! We will be back!

Better than advertised!

After pouring over dozens of Newport Beach rental properties, I returned to the first property I spotted and it did not disappoint. Gary's property is very accurately described, but I found that every aspect was even better than advertised. I chose this property because of the proximity to the beach, ample bedrooms and bathrooms, and the incredible THREE decks. The 2nd/3rd floor vantage was incredible, with two offering lovely views of the ocean. The rear deck even had a sliver of ocean visible. The entire home is well-appointed, immaculate, and tastefully decorated. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need, including extras like spices, olive oil, etc. Each bathroom and the kitchen had both soap and hand sanitizer, and the upstairs bathrooms had aloe for after-sun care. Gary met us to show us the ropes and he could not have been more friendly and inviting. He gifted us with chips and salsa...a nice touch! He also was available for any questions and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. For the price, this rental is the absolute best, and I hope we can return someday. It was truly a perfect long weekend getaway. Thank you Gary!

A quick trip to the OC

Gary’s beach house was exactly what we needed for our quick stay in the OC. We were driving our daughter down to UCI to get settled in at her dorm. It was a 15 minute drive to Campus, 30 seconds to the beach and in the middle of everything we wanted to check out. We only utilized the front balcony off the family room, but if we would’ve stayed longer, the other 2 decks would’ve been great as well! The bed in the Master was comfy, the shower had GREAT water pressure and the Carport was large enough to fit our XL SUV. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to really enjoy the home. Gary’s hospitality was second to none & our best experience in the 10 years of utilizing VRBO. We can’t wait until our next stay in Gary’s wonderful Beach Retreat!

Great beach location

My family and I enjoyed staying at Gary’s property. We have a two year old and a 6 month old, and all felt comfortable. The location is amazing, a block from the beach and close to a grocery store and restaurants for take-out. Gary also supplies everything you need for the beach and was super responsive to any questions or needs we had. Note that there isn’t AC in his unit so it did get warm, but Gary brought over extra fans for us to make sure we were comfortable. My only piece of feedback is I wish check in and house information would have been sent via email or available at the home in a binder, especially during this time with Covid instead of getting instructions over the phone or needing to meet in person.
