Sa Garriga – peaceful stay amid nature and animals in the heart of Mallorca

Newly built country house surrounded by nature. The house combines a traditional style with modern elements. The property is located in the centre of the island of Mallorca, which means all different corners of the island (mountain, sea and city) can be reached easily. Ideal for a quiet holiday with family or friends.

The house has 3 bedrooms; 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite with whirlpool, 1 bedroom with two single beds, and 1 bedroom with double bed and toilet and shower which are located next to the swimming pool at 3 metres from the house. There is 1 bathroom with rain shower, 1 living room-dining room-kitchen of 50 m² with a large sofa, chaise longue, and a dining table for 6 people. The 35 m² covered terrace is the ideal spot to enjoy great lunches and dinners outdoors. Furthermore, there is a terrace with pool, which is 9 m by 3.50 m with a depth between 1 and 1.50 m, as well as there is a barbecue and wood oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, vitroceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and crockery, glassware, cooking utensils, washing machine, ironing board and iron. We have recently installed two AC units in the living room and an AC unit in the outside bedroom.

The house is completely surrounded by vegetation and the risk of a forest fire is real. Therefore, it is absolutely PROHIBITED to throw cigarette butts on the ground outside.

The finca is animal friendly, there are two semi-wild cats and two donkeys.

Neu gebautes Landhaus inmitten der Natur. Das Haus kombiniert einen traditionellen Stil mit modernen Elementen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Zentrum der Insel Mallorca, sodass alle Ecken der Insel (Berg, Meer und Stadt) leicht zu erreichen sind. Ideal für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden.

Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer; 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Bad en suite mit Whirlpool, 1 Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Toilette und Dusche befinden sich neben dem Pool, 3 m vom Haus entfernt. Es gibt 1 Badezimmer mit Regendusche, 1 Wohnzimmer-Esszimmer-Küche von 50 m² mit einem großen Sofa, einer Chaiselongue und einem Esstisch für 6 Personen. Die 35 m² große überdachte Terrasse ist der ideale Ort, um im Freien großartige Mittag- und Abendessen zu genießen. Außerdem hinaus gibt es eine Terrasse mit Pool, der 9 m x 3,50 m groß ist und zwischen 1 und 1,50 m tief ist. Außerdem gibt es einen Grill und einen Holzofen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, vitrokeramischem Kochfeld, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Geschirrspüler und Geschirr, Glaswaren, Kochutensilien, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Wir haben vor Kurzem zwei Klimaanlagen im Wohnzimmer und eine Klimaanlage im außen liegenden Schlafzimmer installiert.

Das Haus ist komplett von Vegetation umgeben und die Gefahr eines Waldbrands ist real. Daher ist es absolut VERBOTEN, Zigarettenkippen draußen auf den Boden zu werfen.

Good base in the middle of Mallorca

Sa Garriga is a nice place with everything you need..., all equipment for kitchen, bath etc. was excellent. The animals (cats and donkeys) were absoultely adorable and we already miss them, love to come again...

Stunning property

The main is excellent. It has everything you need for a very pleasant stay. The small cottage however was much too hot at night and would benefit from some air conditioning.

Great House!

We stayed one week in the Finca and had a really good time. The house was very clean and just as on the photos! The outdoor eat and chill area is big and offers enough space, to eat, to sit or to play games. The location of the house was great, 30 minutes to Palma. The communication with Apolonia was very gassy all the time! We would definitely come back!

WOW! Awesome Finca, modern, clean, fantastic

We stayed with family and some friends in this wonderful estate for 4 weeks. We had a very warm welcome with the owners. They live nearby and are very quick assisting with every issue you might have. The house has air conditioning, very comfortable. The pool is nice and clean and well maintained, exactly as the house. A feature is the nice little house next to the main building. One of the main attractions were the 3 donkeys and the 2 cats on the property. We had a wonderful time here and will come back! Thank you so much for the great time here!

Perfect holiday

We absolutely loved this villa, it was the perfect place to relax. Antonia and her daughter communicated everything we needed right from the beginning. It is a gorgeous space, simple but really well laid out. We cooked most nights on the outdoor grill and sat outside at the fantastic table to eat. The villa is about a 15 min walk from a tiny village and five mins in the car from another one with a wonderful market and a good selection of restaurants - both towns are very pretty and not very touristy. We used the villa as a base to visit some beaches in the daytime, but mainly to relax, swim and cook. We would love to come back and would highly recommend!

Beautiful Finca Sa Garriga - located very central on Mallorca

We had a great stay in this beautiful Finca. Apolonia and her family were very nice and helpful. At our arrival some nice patries and wine were in the fridge. The arrival was good, also the information we got made it easy for us to find the finca late in the evening. The Finca itself has everything you might need! The pool was nice although still a bit cold early May..:-) The Finca is located very central in Mallorca, which gave us the opportunity to visit all parts of the beautiful island. Also Sineu is a beautiful smal town to visit. Our children also loved the donkeys and the cats. Thank you Apolonia and family for a lovely stay in your Finca. We would definately come back if we go to Mallorca again.

Lovely finca in the countryside

We had a really lovely stay at this finca with our two boys. It is clean with a comfortable design. As mentioned in other reviews the finca is also home to two sweet outside cats and 3 donkeys that we all loved. (Pro Tip: Don’t let the fat donkey fool you into extra treats for the baby- she is not pregnant, just plump and eats most of the food!). The pool was perfect for the super hot weather; we really had a good opportunity to relax while here. The spot is central to the island so we could easily drive to all spots to explore. Sineu is a few minutes drive with shopping and restaurants. This little town also worth spending time in. Thank you for a great stay; we hope to be back!

Idyllic finca in majorca

I stayed in the house for a week in July with my partner and 3 children (ranging 7-20) The hosts greeted us on arrival and left wine and pastries (delicious) The house was perfect for us, the younger children stayed in the main building with us whilst my daughter stayed in the annex building. All facilities were great and the pool lovely. The house is located in the centre of the island . The local town is 5 minutes drive away/15 min walk and has a small supermarket. A little further afield (10 mins drive ) is Sineu which has some nice restaurants and a slightly bigger supermarket. You are also roughly 45 minutes from most beaches (we travelled all over the Island ) . All in all a lovely house in a great remote location and perfect if you want to see the whole island.

Beautiful spacious finca in peaceful surroundings

We had a very pleasant stay at this beautiful finca in the middle of the island. The houses (one main house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and one guest house consisting of a small bedroom and a small bathroom) themselves were great. Everything was spacious enough for us and nicely furnished. The pool was fantastic and large enough to take a swim or to play ball. It was illuminated at night, which created a lovely atmosphere. There was also a roofed barbecue we enjoyed. When we arrived, we met one of the owners by chance and she kindly showed us around. Very kind people. Three cats belong to the house which she asked us to feed twice a day. As cat lovers, this was definitely a highlight for us as they were very sweet and trusting. Three donkeys live in an adjacent area and we petted them from time to time. If you want to relax in peace and quiet, this house is perfect for you. The next bigger city is Sineu (5 min drive) with some lovely restaurants. Of course, beaches are a bit more far (30 min drives) but you have quiet and peace here. If I had one wish for the future, it would be that the two bedrooms in the main house would be equipped with AC and not only the one in the guest house. During the day we did not leave the AC on to preserve energy and it can become quite hot. But it was still fine since we turned on the two ACs in the kitchen and there was a fan. All in all, absolutely recommended!

Una semana de desconexión

Queremos dar las gracias a toda la familia por hacer de nuestra estancia en la casa un momento inolvidable 🥰 Desde la entrada, donde nos esperaban con un “detallazo” por coincidir con nuestro aniversario, hasta la sensación de estar “en casa” todo el tiempo. La casa preciosa, la piscina un lujo, el entono naturaleza viva, cerca del pueblo si así lo necesitas, y cerca de otros lugares emblemáticos y maravillosos de nuestra Isla preciosa. Traumfinca gefunden

Wir durften bereits zum 3. Mal zwei Wochen in dieser wundervollen Finca verbringen. Auch in diesem Jahr haben wir die Ruhe und die idyllische Umgebung genossen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Liebe Antonia, lieber Toni und liebe Apolonia wir danken euch für eure überaus herzliche Gastfreundschaft, die unsere Aufenthalte in Sa Garriga jedes Jahr zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis machen. Zum 2. Mal Sa Garriga 😊!

Wir durften schon zum 2. Mal einen absolut erholsamen und traumhaften Urlaub auf Sa Garriga verbringen. Das tolle Landhaus, das schöne Anwesen, die gemütlichen Sitzecken, der Outdoor - Grill und Pizza - Ofen und nicht zu vergessen der tolle Salzwasser - Pool. Alles zusammen macht für uns den idealen Ort aus, um hier unsere Ferien zu verbringen. Muchas gracias Antonia y familia! Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal Morten, Anja und Matthias

Fantástica

La casa y sus alrededores es preciosa. Cuando llegamos la dueña nos obsequio con una botella de cava y una ensaïmada ( postre típico de Mallorca). Luego nos explicó con detalle las instalaciones y los próximos eventos de los pueblos más cercanos. Estuvimos muy cómodos y fueron muy atentos con nosotros.

Uns hat es im Haus SA GARRIGA sehr gut gefallen.Die Bilder entsprechen zu 100% dem, was man vorfindet.Die Eigentümerin Antonia hat uns sehr nett empfangen und uns zu Begrüßung einige Leckereien, Wasser und Wein übergeben.Zum Grundstück gehören zwei Katzen und zwei Esel. Die Katzen haben wir gerne 2x am Tag gefüttert. Das Futter hierzu wird von Antonia bereitgestellt. Die Esel sind auch nicht leer ausgegangen . Die haben es schnell raus, das man ab und zu Brot, Äpfel oder Möhren bekommt.Ein Pfau aus der Nachbarschaft hat uns auch ab und zu besucht.Die Flugzeuge haben uns überhaupt nicht gestört.Man ist auf dem Anwesen sehr für sich alleine.Wir haben in den 11 Tagen, außer den Tieren, keine Menschen gesehen.Die Lage der Unterkunft ist, um die Insel zu erforschen, perfekt zentral gelegen.Wir würden hier bei einem erneuten Mallorca-Tripp definitiv noch mal Buchen.Vielen Dank an Antonia und alles gute und Gesundheit für Ihre Familie!

Einfach traumhaft

Es war einfach nur schön...ruhig gelegen und einsehr schönes Landhaus...es wurde an alles gedacht und wir haben es sehr genossen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich ..Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit..

Toller Urlaub auf einer sehr schönen Finca

Wir hatten eine superschöne Zeit, angefangen mit der herzlichen Begrüßung durch Antonia und Apolonia. Uns wurden auch zwei Flaschen Wasser, eine Flasche Rotwein sowie Gebäck für die erste Stärkung zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Finca ist wie beschrieben; auch die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Die Lage ist einmalig; direkt in der Natur und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ohne lange Anfahrten. Unser Highlight waren die zwei lieben Esel sowie die zwei süßen und zutraulichen Katzen, die wir als Katzenliebhaber natürlich sehr gerne versorgt und betreut haben. Die Esel haben sich auch über tägliche Streicheleinheiten und Karotten gefreut. Auch ein Pfau hat täglich vorbeigeschaut. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank Antonia und Apolonia.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Para mí tiene un gran valor sentimental ya que la finca ha pertenecido a mi familia desde hace muchas generaciones.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Lo que más me gusta de la finca es estar sentada en el porche o en la terraza de la piscina escuchando el ruidito que hacen las hojas de los árboles al moverse y el canto de las aves.
