Sa Garriga – peaceful stay amid nature and animals in the heart of Mallorca

Newly built country house surrounded by nature. The house combines a traditional style with modern elements. The property is located in the centre of the island of Mallorca, which means all different corners of the island (mountain, sea and city) can be reached easily. Ideal for a quiet holiday with family or friends.

The house has 3 bedrooms; 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite with whirlpool, 1 bedroom with two single beds, and 1 bedroom with double bed and toilet and shower which are located next to the swimming pool at 3 metres from the house. There is 1 bathroom with rain shower, 1 living room-dining room-kitchen of 50 m² with a large sofa, chaise longue, and a dining table for 6 people. The 35 m² covered terrace is the ideal spot to enjoy great lunches and dinners outdoors. Furthermore, there is a terrace with pool, which is 9 m by 3.50 m with a depth between 1 and 1.50 m, as well as there is a barbecue and wood oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, vitroceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and crockery, glassware, cooking utensils, washing machine, ironing board and iron. We have recently installed two AC units in the living room and an AC unit in the outside bedroom.

The house is completely surrounded by vegetation and the risk of a forest fire is real. Therefore, it is absolutely PROHIBITED to throw cigarette butts on the ground outside.

The finca is animal friendly, there are two semi-wild cats and two donkeys.

Neu gebautes Landhaus inmitten der Natur. Das Haus kombiniert einen traditionellen Stil mit modernen Elementen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Zentrum der Insel Mallorca, sodass alle Ecken der Insel (Berg, Meer und Stadt) leicht zu erreichen sind. Ideal für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden.

Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer; 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Bad en suite mit Whirlpool, 1 Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Toilette und Dusche befinden sich neben dem Pool, 3 m vom Haus entfernt. Es gibt 1 Badezimmer mit Regendusche, 1 Wohnzimmer-Esszimmer-Küche von 50 m² mit einem großen Sofa, einer Chaiselongue und einem Esstisch für 6 Personen. Die 35 m² große überdachte Terrasse ist der ideale Ort, um im Freien großartige Mittag- und Abendessen zu genießen. Außerdem hinaus gibt es eine Terrasse mit Pool, der 9 m x 3,50 m groß ist und zwischen 1 und 1,50 m tief ist. Außerdem gibt es einen Grill und einen Holzofen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, vitrokeramischem Kochfeld, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Geschirrspüler und Geschirr, Glaswaren, Kochutensilien, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Wir haben vor Kurzem zwei Klimaanlagen im Wohnzimmer und eine Klimaanlage im außen liegenden Schlafzimmer installiert.

Das Haus ist komplett von Vegetation umgeben und die Gefahr eines Waldbrands ist real. Daher ist es absolut VERBOTEN, Zigarettenkippen draußen auf den Boden zu werfen.
