Shirin was so kind and accommodating. The house and grounds are amazing!!! The pics are good, but seeing and experiencing the property grounds is even better. So close to so many fun things to do. Can’t wait to come back.

Quiet and Comfortable

The unit is quiet, comfortable, and perfect for two people. Lovely gardens, private patio, nice mix of sun and shade. Owner lived on separate upper level and was available if needed, but non-intrusive. Only suggestion is that outdoor furniture should be updated.

A gem

We so enjoyed staying at Shirin’s lovely oasis. The expansive patio was a great place to sit outside and the serene fountain area of the lower patio was a welcome entryway to the property. The unit itself was very clean and tastefully decorated with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The steam bath in the shower was an added bonus. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be in the Beverly Hills area yet out of the hubbub.

Peaceful retreat in LA

the property is BETTER than advertised. Have been traveling to LA for 30 years and this is the most quiet area I have ever been, and still within 25 minutes of anywhere. Heard owls at night. Had breakfast on fabulous Spanish tiled terrace every morning. Homeowners were there but we never saw them...completely private. Can't recommend more highly. As long as this place is available I will never stay in a hotel again. Parking is offstreet and fit our large SUV....and not $25 a night like a hotel.

Exceptional 4th of July vacation

We have been on several VRBO’s and they’re were really good But this one is exceptional. Just what we need to rejuvenate. A quite , tranquil getaway for a few days… place is beautiful & clean with the necessary amenities . Owner Shirin is very accommodating & helpful She even lent us her blender during our stay. Bed is so comfortable . Every morning I exercise outside since the smell of jasmine flowers is so relaxing .There are several nearby restaurants so we did not have to cook . Our last night we had Takeout dinner .. open a bottle of wine and had dinner on the patio surrounded by trees and flowers . We are so lucky to have found this gem . Deserving of 5 Stars .., even more. Thanks Shirin .

Host would rather not have any guests it seemed

The host was very forbidding. She eventually said hello after two days. I let her know we were having some (2) friends come over. Long story short she banged on the door and demanded everyone including us leave the property immediately on Sunday evening around 10. She was upset that these friends and my husband were making too much noise, though it was just laughing and talking. Our friends left and she still said she was going to call the police because we had violated one of the house rules. I had to beg her to let us stay. It was very, very upsetting and unnecessary. She seemed like she was ready to ounce on us. We’re an older couple and haven’t had any problems renting houses around the world for years. Her behavior was an overreaction at the least and made for a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this host or location.

Lovely hotel alternative. Unit is in the lower level of owners home. Private, but you may see and hear owner. Not a good option for noisey group. Kitchen is adequate, not great if plan on cooking Large meals. Off street oarking

Peaceful Retreat

The property is in a beautiful spot, with lovely gardens. I had a really hard time with the keypad to get in, but luckily, the owner was on-site and let me in. Also, the bed was very comfortable.

The home is a GEM!

Loved this VRBO! The location was wonderful. Just a short drive from the center of Beverly Hills. The one bedroom home is adorable and the patio and location is so quiet and peaceful. Shirin is fabulous host. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Beverly Hills.

Fantastic quiet oasis in the true Hills of Beverly Hills

This is a beautiful property , just right for one or two people. Surrounded by amazing gardens and a sunny patio. Location is perfect. Nice to have a washer/dryer in unit. Will stay again !!

Even better than the photos!

It had everything one could wish for - peace & tranquility , a lovely terrace with a view of green all around: the interior was beautifully furnished, the large shower even had a window! I was in the middle of difficult house moving, & after just one night I felt rejuvenated & as if I'd had a week's vacation.

The Patio Is Perfect!

This place is great! Very clean with a lot of windows and the patio in the pictures is even better in person. This is a very tranquil environment for anyone looking to relax in peace just minutes from Hollywood and the valley.
