Where to begin!! Preparing to go on the trip the host showed great communication from location info, to the area, to the layout of the cabin!! So appreciated! Then the cabin itself was perfect from decor to cleanliness to location. We even had a couple questions while there and respone time was pretty much immediate! Oh...and the kitchen is stocked with just about anything you could need and the griddle outside is a great addition! We had folks from 2 yrs old to 76 years young... and it was perfect for everyone!! One of my favorite things was all the seating in the living room...a great hangout spot! The one thing I didn't like was the separation of the game areas...led to our kids running up and down the stairs ALOT! Overall, we would stay here again and highly recommend to others!

The house was great. Very clean. Nicely set up for la large group. The WiFi was spotty. It was fine if you were close to the router. The was no signal in a large portion of the house especially in the theater room.

We had such a wonderful time at our very first family reunion! There was so much space for everyone to kick back and enjoy themselves. The location was incredibly peaceful, just what we all needed. Our host was fantastic, always there to help with anything we needed. It really made the experience unforgettable! Check-in was very easy with all of the details for the cabin given to us in advance of our trip. The kitchen was well stocked, and all the necessary items were there. Plenty of dishes, utensils and pots and pans.The tables in the kitchen are a beautiful wood with plenty of space for even the largest gathering.

The house was even better than the photos in the listing. It was large enough for our whole family to stay for a reunion with children ranging from one year to seventeen. The house offered activities for everyone. The theater room was great. We all enjoyed the hot tub and pool table and arcade games. No one got bored! The house was very clean and provided everything we needed for the week. The kitchen was probably the best equipped I have ever seen. Large pots, lots of dishes and even a blender. Would stay here again!

This was our 46 annual family reunion and we loved this stay. We were 22 at our max this time all adults and adult kids and most rooms had space for an air matresses even queen sized. The dining space was perfect so we could all sit together at every meal. Kitchen was well equiped to cook pretty elobarte meals for the group. Loved to griddle especially. There were a few things that needed fixing in the house but Dayne was readily accessible and responded to all requests promptly. You can trust that it is his priority to see to it that you have a nice stay. We went to the pool several times and it was clean, had lots of chairs and very close to the house. The zip lining in the community was also fun and you get 50% off. The location was great, close to everything including walmart, gaitlinburg and Dollywood. We found a local spot - Bluff's Bar for Karaoke on Tuesday and Thursday and once a month at Walnut springs winery they have line dancing lessons which was also fun. BBQ food truck there was amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to book this house again.

Beautiful area

There were 17 of us ages 3 through 65 and there was something in the house for everyone to do as well as the thousand things in the area to do. There was a nice grill on the deck that we took advantage of. The hot tub was excellent and helped smooth some of our sore muscles as we walked a lot. The owner was extremely nice and very pleasant to talk to as well as easy to contact. I will highly recommend this residence because while there were 17 of us everyone had a bed and a bathroom. If you have a large group I really recommend this place, it's perfect. It has video games, air hockey table, a pool table, and a beautiful big screen movie theater that could sit all of us. This was probably the nicest place I've ever stayed in and I'm 65 and have been around to many places

The home is in a great location! Owner was very responsive which was great. Our biggest issue was the temperature in the upstairs primary bedroom and loft where the pool table is. No matter how we adjusted the thermostats in the lower levels to push more air to the upstairs, the temperature in the primary bedroom and pool table area would still be 77 or higher throughout the day and into the night which made it difficult to sleep up there. That area needs a separate HVAC unit to properly cool it. Overall, the home is nice and is stocked appropriately but shows some wear and tear from multiple renters over time.

Spring Break getaway

This was our 2nd time staying at this rental and it does not disappoint. Check in is a breeze, and communication with the property owner is easy and any issues that might come up are resolved quickly. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the amenities of the home were enjoyed by all. Close enough forba quick trip to town but far enough out to have a mountain view.

Family Fun

My siblings and their spouses stayed for a long weekend. We are older adults. We loved the house and all of the seating in the family room. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, coffee makers, cookware, etc. It was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. The only drawback was the curvy narrow roads to get there but we made it ok.

PITS 2025

We've stayed in the Pigeon Forge area since 1992 and this is hands down the best cabin ever for a large group. We've stayed here multiple times with friends from all over the country and everyone loves it.The owner is absolutely awesome and responds immediately if needed.

Wow - what an amazing place to enjoy family time!

This place was beyond amazing. We have a perfect number of rather large rooms for every individual (but the babies) with a bathroom for each one! Our grandkids were so happy to have their own bathroom too! There were so many things to do as well. An unexpected plus was the large parking area away from traffic that allowed the kiddos to play on their scooters safely. Our grands are young though - from 1 to 8 years old... so the parking area was plenty big enough to still have fun. The home is on a hill, and the roads have no sidewalks, so I would not have allowed older grands to ride out on the road, just to be safe. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was not open -so our plans to swim were shut down. The kids loved the wrap-around porch and ran laps around it as they played different games. The kitchen was incredible. We loved having enough space that we could all eat in the same area every day (we had 8 adults and 7 children. It was a well stocked kitchen. There was not an instant pot :) ha. But it was easily brought by a daughter. One thing that the owner has no control over, but was a struggle for us, was the quality of the drinking water. I am not sure how to describe it, but we bought a Brita, but it did nothing. We decided the water bottles were the best solution. It is easy enough to get them at a store. The video games, the pool table were fun for these kids. The theater room was nice - not too comfy but it was fun for the kids.

Beautiful Home with Plenty of Room!

The home is perfectly located close to shopping and attractions. Our extended family of 17 stayed for a long weekend for a family wedding. The home was perfect! Among the favorite elements were the wrap around porch and the hot tub (that’s mom talking). Kiddos enjoyed the arcade games and pool table. Highly recommend if you’ve got a large group and don’t want to feel crowded.
