Rustic Country farmhouse on 2 acres close to several lakes.

Maple Shade Farm was my boyhood home over 50 years ago when my parents were looking for the ideal place to raise their growing family.
The farmhouse is ideal for family gatherings with several large yards for lawn games, a large South facing patio for those who want to enjoy the morning sunshine, a large deck that is sheltered by Maple Shade nearly all day, and plenty of grass areas for the children to play in.
As you enter the home from the deck, you will notice the warm lighting in the large family room with repurposed barn beams supporting the structure. The handcrafted fireplace will warm the coolest nights and features a white tail deer mount.
The country kitchen has a beautiful gas stove and oven, a built-in microwave and a full sized refrigerator.
The dining room features a large family table with benches that can seat up to 10 people and a hutch for serving.
The living room has a large country sofa and a handmade cherry coffee table and a gas stove for cozy extra warmth.
The master bedroom features a large 4 post queen sized bed with a closet and 2 dressers.
The 2 upstairs bedrooms each have a closet, dressers and one has a queen bed and the other has a king bed.
There is a loft over the family room that has a full size bed with space for the inflatable queen mattress also. This makes the loft a favorite hangout for the teens.
We have made so many memories at this property and I hope you will come and make some more of your own.
