Precioso apartamento de 2 dormitorios en la planta superior con dos grandes terrazas en la azotea y un balcón, todos con espectaculares vistas panorámicas al mar y al campo. Este apartamento bellamente amueblado tiene aire acondicionado y consta de una sala de estar y comedor de planta abierta, cocina moderna y totalmente equipada con balcón, 2 habitaciones amplias (1 doble y 1 doble) con armarios empotrados, 1 baño con ducha, WC. y bidé. La sala de estar cuenta con puertas corredizas que dan a una gran terraza (1) completa con mesas y sillas y área de barbacoa permanente. Se accede a otra gran terraza (2) desde la zona de barbacoa. El apartamento cuenta con una gran piscina rodeada de jardines paisajísticos. WIFI está disponible si es necesario, 30 euros por semana, por 30 GB.

Lovely apartment

Plenty of space and a wonderful apartment. Location is great (better once the local building work completed). Pool area is exceptionally well kept and having two terraces and a balcony meant there is outdoor space for every time of day.

A lovely apartment, a fantastic experience.

This apartment is just amazing and it was the perfect place to spend a great week with friends. A lovely pool and roof terrace, such a peaceful, quiet spot, the beach is great and we can walk wherever we want without needing a car. The weather was great for January, sunshine every day. I'm sure we will back next year. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful Stylish Penthouse Apartment.

A warm welcome on arrival and we were not disapointed by the fantastic apartment with two large roof terraces with amazing views. Lovely location close to all the amenities of Cabanas. The pool area was well kept and cleaned everyday. Fantastic weather for the end of October. We both loved the boat trip to and from the beach. We were really impressed with the cleanliness of both the apartment and the pool area and the well equipped kitchen and bathroom areas. Cabanas is a lovely coastal town with a classy boardwalk walk along the waters edge with great bars the other side of the road. In short: great apartment, great location.

Fantastic apartment, was exactly what we wanted.

We were met at the apartment on arrival, shown around the rooms and given enough friendly and helpful advice about the locality. The apartment is located in a quiet area that is just a 5 minute walk from the main bar/shopping street and again only 5 mins from the beach, there are other places on route that are nearer, we didn't really use them. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and has everything you need to make it a home from home. The sun terraces were well used by us, especially the roof terrace and there were plenty of sun loungers so we didn't need to keep moving them. Really really enjoyed our stay here and would happily book again.

Exellent value for peak season, loved it.

Good location - short 5 min walk (my 10 and 7 yr olds walked it easily in peak heat) to shops, restaurants and boats to the beach. Lovely option of 4 pools, which were less busy than I expected for peak season. The area was very quiet morning, noon and night, which made it easy for us to relax and take it easy. The apartment was exceptionally clean and in excellent condition - there were new sheets and mattress protectors on all the beds, good shower towels were also provided. I thought the price was very reasonable for high season, I would highly recommend it to others.

Lovely apartment, great outside space and views.

The holiday exceeded all of our expectations - and that is a tall order with two very exacting teenagers in tow! The apartment had magnificent views - all around terracing on two levels with plenty of outdoor seating / dining and lounging equipment. The lounge was well equipped with CD player and TV, the apartment is tastefully decorated and equipped to exceedingly high standards - everything was catered for ( including outdoor BBQ!) The apartment itself is down a quiet side street with a restaurant across the road and a bakery a couple of doors away - everything is within very easy and simple walking distance. A fantastic choice of cafes and bars and restaurants to suit all - and best of all Cabanas remains relatively untainted by commercialism. The boat taxi to the beach added to the uniqueness of the place What can I say - the holiday was marvelous - even the teenagers have voted to go back !! Thank you Mark for letting out your wonderful holiday home - exceptional !

Beautiful Cabanas! Can't wait to return.

Clean and tidy apartment, excellent location on the top floor with easy access to the complex pool and less than 10 min walk to all the bars, shops, restaurants and beach. Superb for kids who want to be entertained and adults who want to relax in equal measure, cant wait to come back next year!

Relaxing late summer holiday.

First of all I can honestly recommend this apartment to anyone. It is a very generous sized 2 bedroom top floor apartment with all you need to be self sufficient on your trip to Portugal. It was only two of us but the apartment will fit four adults very comfortably. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy. When reviewing this place, one can not ignore, as someone mentioned, the jewel in the crown - the roof terraces. What can I say... you can experience Atlantic Ocean first thing, every singe morning of your stay. However, if that is not enough there are plenty of other things to do, thanks to the access of the 4 swimming pools and other facilities in the area, you won't have time to be bored. The vicinity of Tavira is something that has to be mentioned - it is picturesque little town with all you can ask for. From street markets to outdoor eating everything is there. As an additional feature, the apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the best beach in the Algarve. This place is for everyone and has everything any one can ask for, It really should have all 5 star reviews. The owners are very well organised and helpful. We communicated before and throughout our stay through the HomeAway app - good thing to have. Go and check for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

A spacious apartment with very convenient parking directly outside. Unfortunately we found the apartment itself fell short in some respects.The kitchen was very basically equipped with some missing or broken items. The bathroom was not particularly clean with no towel rail or any hooks to hang towels or bathrobes. There was only a tiny table to eat at in the lounge which was rather inconvenient. The bedrooms were airy and spacious and the bed comfortable although lacking in mattress and pillow protectors. The best feature was the top roof terrace which was large and private. Unfortunately time spent there was marred by the large, very noisy construction project situated right next to the apartment. Cabanas itself and its beach were easily accessible and only a short walk away from good restaurants.

Fabulous holiday - fantastic apartment - excellent owner communication

I'd recommend this property 100% Clean and very well maintained. Amazing roof terrace and huge balcony for all day sun. Cabanas has amazing restaurants and the beach is stunning. A short, cheap sea taxi makes the beach that little bit special

Apartment Exellent, Cabanas Lovely

The appartment is superb in a beautiful location, it has everything you could possibly need or want and is very well maintained. It has a great outlook over the comunal pool area, with two very large roof terraces, Ideal for sunbathing and dinning alfresco, a real home from home. Cabanas itself is a lovely area with plenty of excellent restaurants and a lovely beach reached by water taxi. Highly recommended for a quiet, relaxing get away from it al type of holiday.

Nice and spacious apartment, but very basic equipment

The apartment is nice, clean and really spacious with its big living room, the 2 terraces and 2 bedrooms. Only the kitchen is pretty small and the equipment is VERY basic. A lot of useful stuff is half broken or missing. It doesn't have a dish washer, and the fridge doesn't fully close. If you like to cook, that's no fun in this kitchen. On the opposite side of the street, there is a big construction site, so it gets loud early in the morning. At night, it's very quiet. The pool with the little garden is perfect: clean, never overcowded and has just the right size for children to have fun. The beach is beautiful, but you have to walk for 15-20 minutes to get to the boats. The owner is very businesslike. Not overwhelmingly friendly, but if there's a problem, he takes care of it pretty quick.

Perfekt!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, Terrassen auf beiden Seiten, und auf dem Dach. Mann hat immer Sonne oder Schatten nach Bedarf. Zum Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants zu Fuß nur ein paar Minuten. Dennoch ruhige Lage. Handtücher, Bettwäsche - alles da. Genügend Parkmöglichkeiten für Auto und Anhänger vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Perfect apartment with lovely views

This is a lovely, modern and newly furnished apartment with a large living room that gives it a wonderful open feeling. There is Wi-Fi upon request (essential) and a decent TV with a whole host of European channels - there are also some English entertainment channels. The beds in the two bedrooms were firm but comfortable giving great support without feeling like you're sleeping on a board! There was adequate space for our clothes in the built in cupboards with plenty of clothes hangers. The two bedrooms and bathroom with shower were clean and have a quality finish - a nice touch is that, as well as towel rails being provided, there are two large hooks behind each door to hang your towel or bathrobe. The kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances, crockery and utensils that are required for a holiday. There is also a coffee plunger which was very handy for a morning coffee, especially to have with our pastel de natas from the local bakery! A kettle and toaster were some other great added extras. However we didn't have to use many other of the appliances such as the oven, since the restaurants along the promenade are so good and great value for money! . The condominium's swimming pools are just perfect. The apartment is at the further end of the complex away from the swimming pool so one is not subjected to the noise from the pool - this allowed us to have a relaxing time on the terraces whilst reading the paper and drinking our coffee! The best bit about the apartment is the upper roof terrace which has magnificent views over the Formosa River and sea. There is a small table and two chairs so we would spend many a late afternoon having a sun downer whilst admiring the view. There are sun loungers which allows for private sunbathing since the terrace is not overlooked. A few minutes away from the apartment is the main promenade in Cabanas. This boardwalk stretches from one side of Cabanas to the other and is a pleasant walk alongside the Formosa River. On the opposite side of the road are a great variety of bars, restaurants, a bakery (for the pastel de nata) and cash machines. We ate at a different restaurant each evening and enjoyed quality food at very reasonable prices. A favourite of ours was the Sabores da Ria - we loved the fish. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Cabanas and simply loved the apartment.

Highly recommended

We had a lovely time in the very beautiful and lovingly apartment. Everything about the resort was wonderful - the apartment; the pools; the beach; the service - everything. The owner is always available to help if needed. D'ont waste time looking further, just book it.
