Family Reunion

I live around this property. I had a family reunion and there were too many people so I had to rent this house for 4 days. This house was really clean the owner was really friendly and responsive to all my question. I will defenitely rent this house again if I have my families come visit us again. 5star.

Business trip.

Booked this property for 4 men. Local business owners. About a hour before check in, this property owner told me he had plumbing issues at this place and couldn’t host this spot, but that he had another location. Upon arriving at the alternative property, the first thing you will notice is 2 foot tall grass. When opening the door, I was hit with what felt like a 95 degree waft of air in my face. Came inside to a scent of dead animals and moth balls. Was told there was a rollaway bed in the garage for the 4th bed to make up for the new spot only being 3 bedrooms. The rollaway bed looked like there had been surgeries performed on it. When I started to tell the property owner of the problems, he ghosted me and refused to refund. BEWARE OF THIS LISTING. PROPERTY OWNER IS NOT HOSPITABLE. WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE OF VRBO!

Comfortable Place

This property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s location has you close to many attractions. The home is spacious with lots of room. This is an older home. They have done some nice updates, but have a little work to do. What is lacks in modern up dates, it makes up for in comfort. We used three of the four bedrooms. All the beds were extremely comfortable. Communication with the owner was good who addressed a few minor issues. We would stay here again.

Perfect!

We are highly satisfied with our stay at this property. It had all of the accommodations we needed. It was very clean & Mr. Jorge was very helpful with any questions we had prior to our check-in. The check in process was a breeze. The home is beautiful & in a wonderful neighborhood. I was able to get out & take a walk without worrying about it being unsafe. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice neighborhood

Large home. Bathrooms and windows need some work. Kitchen could use some work. This home is ok if you are looking for space and a fenced backyard and a safe quiet neighborhood. The owner should improve some things but he is responsive when you email him.one plus is the beddingnis all very soft. And lots of towels.

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Ft. Worth area. Staying in Saginaw and at this home really helped make our trip a success. The home had all of the amenities we needed as a family of 9. It was close to the attractions on our list. Grocery stores, fast food, ice and gasoline were close by, and the neighbors were nice. Thankfully check in was seem less since we arrived late at night. Mr. Jorge answered all my questions, stayed in contact, and was always very cordial. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time the house was just what we needed. There is a fenced in back yard, that was not pictured or mentioned so that was a plus for us.

Nice house

Overall very good ! Only complaint was the master bathroom has a separate toilet room but caffe doors so with 7 of us if some was in the toilet for privacy the bathroom room was off limits. The grand kids could have been in brushing teeth and getting ready to go.
