This place was the perfect choice for our family. Location is everything, and it was so wonderful to be a few steps from everything on Magazine Street and the Garden District, or a few blocks away for the streetcar to go to the French Quarter. The home is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and also includes a lovely, private garden where we enjoyed our evenings. The host ensured we had all we needed. Our stay here made the trip top-notch! Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay here. The property was unique and special; it made for the perfect mini vacay. The pool was great to cool off in. The kitchen was one of our favorite rooms. It had lots of space to cook. This place has everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent - quiet and close to everything. Steps from Magazine Street, this place was truly convenient. The hosts are beyond friendly and helpful. I added an extra night last minute, and they helped accommodate me immediately. Their list of food recommendations was much appreciated, for we tried out a few places that did not disappoint. We will be coming back next vacation!

This is a great historical home! Awesome neighborhood with coffee just around the corner. Fun shopping and restaurants. Home had super comfy beds. Owner was great at communication. House was very clean!

What a spectacular home to stay in. We spent the majority of our time outside in the beautiful courtyard and porch. The yard is gigantic and pool is so refreshing. We have never had a host, William, who was so accommodating and considerate. The stairs to the 2nd floor are very steep. We will definitely stay again.

Garden District Magic!

The House and Garden have fairy tale properties. We were three adult couples with a dog. Each couple had their own suite with plenty of privacy and enough of it's own character to make everyone feel they had a special stay. I think our pug was happiest. He had the whole walled courtyard to run around and chase the many tiny lizards. The area is very walkable for people and pets. Everything you could want is a 5- 10 minute walk. Trolly takes you to Bourbon street in about 30 minutes or Lyft in 20. The character, history, beauty of the house was amazing. The first floor suite is just off the kitchen with a full size fridge and extra private courtyard, who knew staying in a stable could be so delux! Could go on and on but just so grateful to have found the place. Oh yea, did I mention the saltwater pool. By the time you are done exploring the city it feels real good!

Absolutely perfect stay- 5 Stars!!

This place exceeded our expectations. The home was exactly as described—immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and tastefully appointed. The location was perfect, offering easy access and walkability to everything we needed. Parking at the house was simple and convenient. The surrounding neighborhood is safe and BEAUTIFUL. Communication with the host was seamless; they were responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about our experience. Every little detail was thoughtfully planned to ensure a comfortable and stress-free stay. We prepared several meals in the incredible kitchen and enjoyed alfresco dining in the garden terrace. Everything was absolutely splendid! We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals before, but this one truly stands out. If you’re looking for a hassle-free, top-notch getaway, Oddfellows is it! We can’t wait to book our next trip. 100% recommend!

Very pleasant

the house is very nice. It was lovely to have the outside space to lounge in too. We didn’t use the pool as it was still too chilly outside. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Owner was quick to come and fix the one issue we had.

Family Vacation in NOLA

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this property for our family vacation. The house is beautiful and just as pictured. The pool is salt water and was a godsend as we went in August. The privacy fence surrounding the property ensured our safety and allowed us to enjoy the landscaped yard fully. The property manager was very responsive to all our requests and made our stay super easy. The property is located centrally in NOLA and traveling to the French Quarter was a breeze. We loved this property and plan on returning again. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to bring their family down to NOLA and enjoy all the city has to offer!

Excellent!

Five adults traveled to celebrate the 80th birthday of our very youthful mom. We wanted to rent a home, and we wanted it to be special. This property was just perfect in so many ways. Starting with its cool history. The home is beautiful, and has that great combo of being large enough for everyone to have some private space, yet cozy enough that when we all gathered to hang out, it felt very homey- especially on some cold nights when our mom wasn’t up for going out on the town. The weather was unseasonably cold during our whole stay (a bit tough for those coming from AZ and CA!) but the location was within quick walking distance of so many places, that we didn’t feel like we needed to stay shut in or always be in a car. It’s an easy walk to a streetcar stop, and historical homes, some with descriptive plaques are everywhere you turn. It was nice to have the gated parking space. We also used ride share and never had to wait for a driver. The pool looks great and refreshing- for a hot day for sure! The bedrooms are en-suite, and each are unique with their own features. The kitchen spaces were great as well, with a huge island- a natural hang out spot. We played cards and dice at the dining table with comfy chairs. Our hosts were very friendly, responsive and helpful. We made great memories and we look forward to returning in the future!

Beautiful Home & Grounds

We were a family of five exploring New Orleans prior to a cruise. The home was beautiful, well equipped and spacious. The location is fabulous, very close to wonderful restaurants and the streetcar. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and highly recommend this home. Hope to be back soon.

Absolutely Amazing

The home was perfect for my family of 5. It is actually larger than it appears in the photos and the outdoor space is perfect for catching up with family or friends you haven’t seen for a while. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. The home was well appointed and well stocked. William and Patsy are very kind and respond quickly with any questions or suggestions. I will definitely be returning for my next visit.

90th Birthday

As my grandson said, "5 star experience; this is the best house we ever stayed in!" We had a wonderful time; the location was perfect. The streetcar was easily walkable and restaurants and shopping close by. We stayed 7nights & had 7people & a dog. We never felt crowded; every rm was decorated beautifully and we had room to spread out. The courtyard was so beautiful and relaxing.Although it was July, the fans on the porch kept it very comfortable. The saltwater pool was a big hit. We had 2 cars with dedicated parking(amazing). William was a wonderful host. He would keep in touch by text and was very helpful. I was so sad to leave. My 6 yo granddaughter gave it a 5 star review and we all agree.

Beautiful property!

This is a beautiful, very conveniently-located home. It is well taken care of with some really cool features. The patio and pool area are fantastic! The listing pictures don’t do it justice. The owner is very hospitable, easy communication. Just a couple notes… 1. One of the 4 bedrooms opens to the hallway upstairs with no door to fully separate it. This worked fine for our young kids but something to keep in mind depending on your travel group. 2. We did visit during the hottest time of the year (and it is an older home), but we had difficulty staying cool downstairs and in a couple of the bedrooms. 3. The living room furniture could use some updating, better seating options for the size of home and potential number of guests. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for hosting us!

Cannot recommend enough!

This place is incredible. It’s walking distance to wonderful options for food, but you’ll be hard pressed to leave the stunning and immaculate home and peaceful garden (with an awesome pool)! Give it no more thought and book it now while you still can.
