Conveniently located condo just a short walk or shuttle bus ride to Snowshoe Village and the lifts. Well appointed, with fantastic views off the top floor deck. Spectacular sunsets almost every day.
Delightfully warm gas fireplace provides a perfect place to warm up after a log day on the slopes. Very clean and family friendly unit. This will be the first season on the rental market.
3 BR's 2 full baths, new leather sleeper sofa in living room. Wifi, phone & cable TV
Keyless entry
Unit is one flight up from the parking lot!!
The HOA rules restrict only 2 cars per unit during your stay
Any additional cars must be parked in a designated Snowshoe publict parkng area
There is a small "warming room" inside the front door with as place to hange skis and boards
This also is a nice to dry out any damp clothes overnight after many runs on the hill!!!

Absolutely Amazing

We came to enjoy a family weekend watching the GNCC races. We were so pleased with the accommodations before we arrived, the communication from the owner was incredible-lots of tips and helpful information about the condo and what to do/where to eat/how to navigate around the mountain was provided (thank you!). Upon arrival, e we were so impressed with the space. It is clear that the owners take a great deal of pride in their home away from home. The condo is spacious, furniture was comfortable and the beds were amazingly easy to fall right asleep in (coming from someone who has never felt comfy in a strange bed)!! We had all the kitchen things we needed and were very impressed with the updated appliances. The highlight of our trip was the sunset view from the balcony, absolutely breathtaking!! Thank you so much for giving us a place to stay away from the village, but close enough to not need the shuttle for our family weekend!

Outstanding!

Exceptional condo with great views and proximity to slopes. Clean and well cared for. Convenient ski and boot storage at the entry. Well provisioned kitchen. The fireplace was to great to warm up with after a cold day on the slopes. Communication with the owners was a breeze. Would absolutely return.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The property was neat and clean and as advertised.A minor water problem that was fixed before we arrived was offset by the kindness of the owners.Great time had by all!

Great stay

We had a great stay at this property. It was like stepping back in time as the unit looks and feels like the 70s, but it was comfortable for our group and had everything we needed. John was very responsive to any questions or issues we had, and let us know about the manager on site when we had a problem with the tv not working. They were quick to resolve that. There is even a DVD player! We enjoyed watching the deer off the balcony in the mornings and evenings.

Great View. Needs Updates.

This condo offers a stunning view of Cheat Mountain, so that was a huge plus. The walk up to the village was a bit strenuous while carrying ski equipment. I was disappointed that the gas logs did not work and that two out of three bedrooms did not have smart tvs (tv in bunk room not working at all while we were there). The condo definitely needs some upgrades. Overall, we stayed warm, were able to cook, enjoy each other's company, and have fun.

Great host, great property

John is an extremely conscientious host -- off the charts conscientious, and responsive. The condo is as advertised, and is a great option for visiting Snowshoe.

Great Views and Conveinently located

This condo was just as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The condo was very clean, spacious and most importantly conveniently located just a short 5 min walk to the village and ski lifts. Our family of five had no issues walking up the stairs and across the street to the village every day. The stairs were a good workout, and we accepted the challenge to climb them twice a day. Sometimes three times a day if we went night skiing at Silver Creek or going out shopping. You can also catch the shuttle if you prefer. The Slip Rock pools were also a short 7 min walk. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond via text. It also snowed 3 of the 5 days we were there. We love skiing and snowboarding at Snowshoe. The snow is always great, and this rental property was awesome. We will definitely stay here again.

Spacious and great views

This is our 4th or 5th time to snowshoe. First time saying in the summit condos. Perfect location. Close to the village, and the views off the deck are spectacular. We’ll be back!

EXCELLENT communication and hospitality. Great location. Easy check in. Easy parking. Clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you need to do some cooking. Excellent view from the deck. Awesome stay.

Mountain bike race

Have stayed at Summit many times. Love the view. Dealing with John was wonderful. He was knowledgeable about area. Had many suggestions for us, as far as where to eat, drink and watch the sunset...i.e. his 3rd floor balcony. His accommodations to our needs made this a wonderful stay! Definitely will be back....soon.

Awesome President's Day Weekend at Snowshoe!!!

Awesome long holiday weekend at Summit condo at Snowshoe! This condo is a great location. A short walk up the steps to the Village and slopes, but far enough away that you have peace and quiet. Shuttle runs to the Summit if you don't want to take the steps up. Incredible view of sunsets from back deck. Condo has keypad entrance which eliminates the need for sharing keys if your crew splits up on the slopes during the day. Condo was exactly as advertised. 3 bedrooms plus a pullout sofa in the den comfortably accommodated our crew for a family and friends weekend. Kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to eat all our meals at the condo. Host was amazing and started communicated as soon as I booked. Responded immediately to any questions I had in advance of arrival. Easily one of the best hosts I've ever rented from. I would highly recommend this condo for a Snowshoe trip!!!

Amazing views

This place was a blast from the past! We loved everything about it. The decor really immersed you in the ski chalet experience. The condo was warm and inviting. I appreciated how clean and well organized this place was. It was very well stocked and beds were comfortable. The many thermostats around the home allowed us to personalize the temperature. The views were spectacular and all appliances were updated. Furniture was in great shape and very comfortable. We also loved the entryway which has been thoughtfully designed with a bench, ski holders, shelves and hooks. This made getting ready for skiing super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and fireplace was cozy. There were a many games in the cabinet which we enjoyed. The Wi-Fi was great for all our devices and streaming. We really appreciated how this unit is on the third floor. Although there are stairs to reach it- it was super quiet. The unit is right in front of the stairs that lead straight up to the village with lots of parking in front. The stairs were moderately difficult when carrying skis but the shuttle was so convenient- not only did it come frequently, it was also always empty when we got on. I would highly recommend this unit and will be back next year!

Great Mountain Views!

My family of 5 loved this condo! It’s super clean, cozy and close to the Village. The view was absolutely spectacular! We had a great vacation and would love to stay here again.

Amazing location

Located right across the street from the Village at Snowshoe. It was super convenient to rental pick up and hitting the slopes. Also can walk to restaurants in the Village. We didn’t drive while there. Place was great- super cozy and met all of our skiing needs. Loved the entryway to store ski gear (though we kept our skis in the car trunk) - heated so gear can dry out. Lovely kitchen/dining/living area to hang out with gorgeous views of the mountains.
