Outstanding house, highly recommended! Amazing location, beautiful house and garden, wonderful swimming pool, very quiet, clean and safe area. A car is highly recommended but you can also use public transportation if you’re willing to walk about 10 minutes to the nearby area with shops and restaurants. The grocery stores are very well stocked and the two restaurants and bakery we tried were excellent. I would return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful villa

This is an amazing villa with beautiful views over the ocean. Exactly as described and very well equipped with comfortable beds and lovely outdoor spaces. We had a pefect time and hope to return soon

Cannot fault anything about the villa, its location and the overall ambience of the area. Facilities such as supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance. For more activities Playa Blanca is easily reached by taxi or a pleasant walk along the coastal path.

Peaceful setting with stunning view

Perfectly situated in a very quiet residential area with uninterrupted views out to sea. Less than a 10 minute amble to a range of restaurants and a couple of shops. Katya was always available by email to provide advice if needed. Hopefully we will be back.

Peace and Quiet

The property was beautiful, ideal for six people with two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs and a master suit with on-suite and a terrace on the first floor this is ideal for anyone with mobility issues . The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a breakfast bar and a large table on the covered terrace and a further table by the BBQ. The lounge is comfortable as are the chairs and sun beds around the pool area which has lockable gates for child safety

Beautiful villa

Had a great stay in this beautiful villa. Great location 7 minutes walk to several great restaurants and a couple of small supermarkets and a handy bus to Playa Blanca and the Marina. Very comfortable furniture and beds comfiest of all the villas we have stayed in. No aircon which wouldn’t normally bother us but we stayed in the middle of a heatwave and it was too hot for me. Fans would have been nice. We did ask the rep if any were available but never heard back. Managed to rent one for the week from a company for €15.00 for the week which helped. That being said we would book again and still deserves my 5 star rating.

Fabulous Sea Views

Spent 5 very relaxing days soaking up the sun, listening to the sea and enjoying the amazing views from this fabulous villa. I had been a little concerned by previous comments regarding the path in the front of the villa and yes there were people walking the route but we didn't find it. intrusive in fact we used the path ourselves to go for lovely long costal walks.Katya was extremely helpful and even let us know that the villa would be available earlier than normal so we could have an early check which was much appreciated. Having the heated pool was a real bonus as we were able to enjoy it every day even on cooler days. Will return

Great Stay in Faro Park

This is a great property with everything you need for a holiday. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve experienced, the heated pool was just the right temperature and there are plenty of areas to sunbathe/relax/eat outside, one being particularly good when it’s a little windy. As for the view, it’s difficult to beat. The restaurants/bars in Faro Park are about a 10 minute walk, are good quality and varied cuisine. There was a small shop for groceries etc which was quite competitively priced but a new supermarket is due to open shortly which will increase the options on offer. A car is preferable as it’s a long walk into Playa Blanca but there is a No 30 bus which leaves Faro Park at the restaurants and is a circular route around the resort. It takes about 15 mins to get to the Centre and costs €1.40 each. If you are looking for a property in a quiet area away from Playa Blanca centre that has the most fantastic views out to sea and hopefully a sunset or several, then this is the place for you.

Breathtaking Location

This is a wonderful property in a Fantastic location, possibly the best sea view you will ever get and incredible sunsets. The house is superbly well equipped with everything you can think of, Kitchen has excellent appliances and also includes a nespresso style coffee machine as well as the Coffee filter machine and cafetière truly a coffee lovers dream. Beautifully decorated with some truly lovely touches, we particularly liked the outside Clock/Barometer/Thermometer. The Windows are superb and offer the luxury of vented shutters to enable you to enjoy the breeze and the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks at nightime along with the total security of a closed window. The luxury goes through to every room from bath where you will love the big fluffy towels, Kitchen where you can enjoy the Denby Crockery and the outside furniture which is incredibly comfortable. We had a wonderful holiday here that was capped by us watching a pod of Dolphin in the bay from the garden of the property, truly 5 star, cannot wait to return.

Amazing villa

what an amazing villa, probably the best one i have stayed in... the pictures really doesn't show how beautiful it is. the pool is huge! and the warmest pool i have ever been in, my son loved it. there is a path next to the villa with the odd person going by but that didn't bother us at all, if you had a wall up you wouldn't see the beautiful view The views are amazing!!! especially from the bed from the upstairs bedroom, literally watch the sun go done. the villa its self is well equipped, the beds are all comfortable, plenty of seating areas, clean! have no complaints. the area is lovely, few bars and shops up the road , few minutes walk, we hired a car which we found great as we explored some of the island, playa blanca is a few miles away which you could walk but we drove, there are regular buses and e scooters for anyone to use. our first time in lanzarote and would go again as i loved it! if i could give more than 5 stars i would, what a gem of a place :)

Birthday Bliss

We have just returned from a wonderful 2/52 stay here for my 50th birthday. This fantastic villa is in a very peaceful, picturesque area. As others have said the photos don't do it justice. It is well equipped with all the home comforts you need. Terraces are plentiful allowing you to relax outside whatever the weather. We swam & sunbathed both by the pool and inside the enclosed terrace on more windy days or when we wanted extra privacy. The coastal path in front of the property is well used but this did not bother us, and in fact we loved saying hello to the dog walkers and their doggies as they passed by. The coast on this side is rocky so the sound of the sea here is not a gentle lap but more of a mesmerising roar, which I could quite easily listen to all day. The master bedroom is very spacious and the bed is incredibly comfortable, as are the sofa and chairs in the living room. The TV can be a bit temperamental when its windy but we weren't really there to watch TV! The villa is a flat 10 min stroll from the shops/restaurants on Faro Park. We had some lovely meals there and used the local supermarkets for picking up fresh bread and essentials. Don't let the distance from Play Blanca town, put you off as the bus service stops just by the restaurants. The service is only1.40 euro each way, reliable and runs every 30 mins until late at night. We had a car but used the bus more as it was so easy. Katya was a fab host & very responsive when we had a minor dishwasher glitch.

Traumhafte Villa direkt am Meer, sehr ruhige, traumhafte Lage und herrliche Sonnenuntergänge, gute Betten und Ausstattung, gute Betreuung vor Ort und sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin. Es war alles perfekt, wir haben direkt für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht.

Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto.

La posizione è davvero unica: praticamente attaccata all’oceano, con il suono delle onde a fare da sottofondo a ogni momento della giornata. La piscina riscaldata è stata una meraviglia, sempre piacevole e ben tenuta.La casa è grande, luminosa e organizzata con grande attenzione ai dettagli. Ogni ambiente è curato e accogliente, pieno di angoli speciali in cui rilassarsi, leggere o semplicemente godersi il panorama.Un’oasi di tranquillità in un contesto da sogno. Torneremmo domani!

Die Villa liegt wunderschön am Rande der Bebauung in erster Reihe. Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet und mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten innen und außen. Der übermäßig große Pool ist ein Traum. Kleiner Wermutstropfen: aufgrund der Bebauung hat man am Pool keine Privatsphäre, allerdings ist der Weg davor auch nicht übermäßig frequentiert. Absolut privat sitzt man auf der Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Blick. Leider hat man in den oberen Räumen entgegen der Beschreibung kein Internet - zumindest nicht mit dem Handy, denn man benötigt ein zusätzliches Passwort - obwohl die Besitzerin meint, es geht ohne…. Beachten sollte man vor der Anreise, dass keine Vorräte vorhanden sind - bei unserer Ankunft nicht einmal Toilettenpapier- Mrs. Wright entschuldigte sich aber hierfür Trotzdem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Droomvilla op droomlocatie

Sublieme locatie voor wie van rust,golven en zee houdt . Zalig zwembad, zowel grootte, temperatuur en netheid .Woonst is tip top in orde, zeer vele voorzieningen, zuiver en schoon. Verhuurders reageren snel en gepast. Een aanrader!

Schönes Haus am Meer

Schönes und ruhig gelegenes Haus, mit mehreren Terrassen und Pool, direkt an der Steilküste und dem Meer. Direkter Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Haushalt braucht. Wir hatten in der Woche viel Wind und hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit aufgrund der Lage direkt am Meer. Es ist ratsam, die Kissen und Polster der Terrassenmöbel am frühen Abend ins Haus zu bringen, sonst sind sie am nächsten Tag komplett nass. Fußläufig gibt es einen Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants, in denen man gut essen kann. Leider gibt es auch etwas Negatives zu berichten: Beim Check In hätte die Sauberkeit des Hauses etwas besser sein können. Es gab sehr viel Staub im Haus. Die Terrassenkissen waren feucht bis nass und wir fanden eine Ersatzbettdecke im Schrank, die viele nasse Stellen hatte. Alles kein großes Problem, aber die Dinge sollten optimiert werden. Ansonsten hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und waren sehr zufrieden.
