Perfect family weekend!

Charming home! Very clean, well maintained home with a great beach area and nice dock. Very spacious, we had two families that stayed and had plenty of room. We also had guests over for birthday party and Easter dinner. Chris (owner) was great to work with, very responsive ... great communication. Highly recommend this home if your looking for a family, fun filled vacation. We will definitely go back.

Our Second Year for the 4th of July

For the second year in a row, my family had an amazing time! My nephew has a boat and the proximity to Bob's Landing is so convenient. Plenty to do with the smaller children, great fishing for the bigger folks and just a wonderful property for the entire family! We hope to stay for a third year!!!

My Favorite Hiding Spot

This home has won the title of my new favorite hiding spot. If you want to escape from the crazy constant world we live in, this is the place. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a fire, fished, played corn hole, played pool, and watched movies. We loved the amazing sunrises and watching all the lake come to life with all the creatures who live there. Everything we needed was there though we did venture out to Frostproof for a nice breakfast, and another night to the Frostbite. We also enjoyed the Crooked Bass' seafood..top notch. This is the true definition of a lake house, and my only complaint was that the time went way too fast, and I wish you were closer to us in PA. Thank you so much for sharing your slice of paradise.

Group reunion on the lake in Babson Park. Wonderful place with all you could ask for in a rental property. So accommodating and easy. Highly recommended for anyone seeking group spot on the lake.

Great lay out well stocked enough beds and sitting inside and outside love the covered gazebo on the sand the only thing we thought the dock needed a ladder to get in and out of the water when you wanted to jump off of it

Awesome week

We came back again based on all the wonderful times we’ve had before here and this place continues to deliver for our family! We had a full week of skiing and fishing, and a beautiful sunset every night! Finally made the day trip to Bok Tower Gardens, and now I’m telling everyone I know they must go there to see it! Great holiday getaway

We spent the Fourth of July weekend at this cute lake home. It was a perfect spot for us to bring our boat and enjoy hanging out with our family and friends. The neighbors were friendly. The grocery store was a 20 minute drive away, not a big deal, just something to be aware of. We would definitely return for another stay.

Memories At the Lake

The house was perfect for family time at the lake. There’s plenty of room to rest and relax. The dock and gazebo is a great place to have a cup of coffee watch the kids play in the water. The boat ramp is next door which makes it easy to bring your boat ashore. There’s plenty of games to play along with a cool ping pong table. Just a wonderful place to stay.

Family friendly

This place was amazing and comfortable for our family of eight, all the way down to the baby. The small beach was awesome for the kids and the water is not very deep until beyond the dock, which was super nice for the littles. They enjoyed kayaking and fishing off the dock, playing in the sand, and the variety of games to play inside as well. Ping pong was a huge hit. Very comfortable beds as well! We absolutely loved our stay and will be looking to come back again!

Our family traveled from the Midwest to enjoy a Florida Christmas in this lovely home!! Beautiful weather allowed us time on the lake and this spacious home is equipped with everything our family needed from playing to food prep. We will be back!

Peaceful

Home was a perfect place to spend Thanksgiving with family. Dining room table seats 10. Plenty of room too spread out. House has a great area for ping pong and TV along with a perfect puzzle table. Lots of bedrooms with very comfortable beds. One bike out of 3 worked so we went for walks instead. Great view out the back windows from any room. We spent our mornings on the back porch viewing the lake, drinking coffee doing our devotions. Didn't have any luck fishing but enjoyed trying. The dock was in great condition. The kitchen could use a curtain for privacy along with a fly swatter. We had a very relaxing time.

Great family vacation home

My family Had a great time at this very nice lake house at Crooked Lake: If was spacious , comfortable and everyone had room to spread out. We played games in the game room and went fishing and of caught some bass! Christine was a great host and easy to contact with questions. We will definitely come back to visit again!

Perfect trip

We had an amazing time here again this year! Everything we could think of was available and we packed in as much fun as possible. Skiing on the lake, fishing and a few new discoveries in the area. The Owners were extremely easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Absolutely first rate treatment all around, we will be back. Hopefully sooner than later!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Crooked Lake is a special lake with a white sandy bottom and great fishing. It is huge in size with many nooks and crannies to explore. This particular property- the Crooked Lake Cove is very large. It is perfect for a small group that wants a lot of space or a larger group. The surrounding area has some beautiful rolling hills and orange groves. It is also conveniently located close to Bob's Landing which has a marina and boat ramp. In addition it is a couple blocks away from a hiking trail.

Plenty of extras are provided in this rental such as 4 large smart TV's with cable, a multitude of board games, ping pong/pool table, paddle boards, kayaks, and a canoe. Need a quiet getaway from your large group? No problem- sneak off to the hammock or wooden swing overlooking the lake in the lush back yard. Large sandy beach with powered gazebo for shade provides hours of enjoyment outside.
