Experience the best of Scottsdale at our impressive Desert Cove Estate!

Grab a drink and a barstool and watch the big game in this Scottsdale estate's impressive outdoor entertainment area. At halftime, fire up the built-in barbecue and grill up something from a market in Kierland Commons, 14-minutes from home. After, celebrate with a dip in the heated pool or move the group over to the palm tree-lined lawn for a cornhole tournament.

Outside, you'll feel the unique vibe of the desert thanks to earthy stucco tones, natural rock, and exposed-wood pergolas. At the Desert Cove Estate, alfresco dining is a must. A wet bar, outdoor kitchen, and spacious lounge areas with TVs facing every direction creates the perfect atmosphere for a cookout or pool party. Inside, the ambiance takes a modern-contemporary turn, showing off designer furnishings and state of the art electronics. The kids will love the home theatre, arcade, and roasting marshmallows at the fire pit outside. Later in the night, move inside for a tropical cocktail at the wet bar and maybe a game or two of pool.

Start the next morning bright and early on one of the PGA's favorite courses at TPC Scottsdale. The Championship and Stadium courses are legendary tour stops and must-plays for experienced golf aficionados. After lunch at the clubhouse, head to Old Town Scottsdale and explore the 1920's architecture, boutique shops, and buzzing bar scene 15-minutes from Desert Cove.

This single-story estate boasts 7 impressively large bedrooms and a total of 11 beds, all with Smart TVs, memory foam mattresses, and premium linens. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and includes a gas fire place for the chilly winter evenings. The spacious master en-suite bath includes dual sinks, vanity, jacuzzi bathtub and large walk-in shower with rain shower head.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans), toaster, blender, crockpot and Instant Pot.
Kitchen:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided unless left by previous guests (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).
House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, shampoo, conditioner, bar of soap, and laundry soap.
Other Items:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All of our properties have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Yes, during the winter our pools are kept around 75-84 degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated we charge a fee of $150/night. Please let your property manager know at least one week in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
This property has an outdoor music system. However, the volume is limited due to local noise ordinances.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Pets must be approved in advance $200 non-refundable pet fee

DO YOU ALLOW FOR LARGE EVENTS/WEDDINGS?

HOUSE RULES:
- Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard
- No pets allowed
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am
- Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
- This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
- Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.
