We had a wonderful stay — the accommodation was luxurious, beautifully appointed, and felt like the perfect balance of comfort and elegance. We loved having access to all the amenities of an all-inclusive resort, while still enjoying a quiet, exclusive atmosphere that never felt crowded.We truly did it all during our stay: biking around the property, swimming in the ocean, playing tennis and pickleball, and spending time at the spa. The food was amazing, the service was outstanding, and the resort itself is stunning. The views are absolutely beautiful and it’s such a bonus that the property is so close to the airport — incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with kids.The beach was another highlight — gorgeous and completely swimmable. Having our own kitchen was a huge plus with young children, allowing us to easily do breakfast and lunches at home. We picked up groceries at the market near the marina and loved biking there every couple of days — so easy and enjoyable.Frank is great and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience — from booking, to check-in, and during our stay. He was easy to communicate with, responsive, answered all of our questions, and shared great tips that made our stay even better. We fully intend to book with Frank again next year and would highly recommend both him and the property.

Frank was wonderful. The condo was perfect. The resort was the right size for our party of 7 which included a senior and a 2 year old. The staff were lovely and the food was excellent. We woukd definitely go back.

Here’s your updated review with those details included:⸻Wonderful Stay with Amazing Views and Service!This was our second stay at this ocean-view condo, and once again, it did not disappoint! The 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom setup was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it perfect for our group. Beautiful spacious accommodations. The views were stunning, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves.One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious meals with a beautiful backdrop. The food was fantastic, and the service was always friendly and attentive.The beach and poolside service was outstanding—fast, attentive, and always with a smile. Be sure to request the hibiscus water to stay refreshed by the pool—it was a perfect way to rehydrate and cool off!A special shoutout Jose the bartender, who made some of the best cocktails we’ve ever had! Their hospitality and skill added a fun touch to our evenings.Overall, we truly love this place, which is why we came back. It’s a great spot to relax an. Sisters getaway

Five sisters from around the world needed to be together !!We started planning this getaway 3 years ago ,but life intervened! Our host , Frank, was gracious and patient - very very accessible and helpful. The property is gorgeous - spotless and staff very friendly and helpful. Frank's unit is huge and well equipped . We asked for extra supplies as we were 5 adults and all of our needs were met.The restaurants are yummy and reasonably priced and the beach is just so lovely. Easy access to Nuevo and Puerto Vallarta as well as Bucerias .We look forward to a return visit!

Excellent Food, Service, and Room. The only downside is the location that is behind some homes that you have to walk around to get to the Beach ( would be a challenge for anyone with limited mobility ). Still rates a 5 Star review

Wonderful stay!

The property was amazing! Frank was an excellent host - very responsive through messages and answered all of our questions. The property itself was lovely. It was a huge space for our two families (8 people total). The food was excellent, and it was really nice having the opportunity to purchase food vs. do the all inclusive. It was nice to be able to venture to the sister property, but we were VERY happy that we stayed at the Marival Distinct. Much quieter and better accommodations. Our only complaint is that the water in the showers was luke warm at the hottest. Not enough to say this was anything but a wonderful place to stay, though. Thanks for the wonderful vacation!

Fabulous 4 bedroom residence within amazing resort property

We loved this resort and the unit we stayed in. Having the ability to book a 4 four bedroom unit within a resort with all of the amenities of a hotel was perfection, as it is very hard to find. This unit was laid out beautifully, was very spacious and super clean. The location of the unit in the resort was awesome too- the balcony is large and centered allowing for the most beautiful view every night of the sunset. We fully had happy hour on the terrace every single night. The beach staff was also great and very attentive. Jose and Victor took great care of us. The beach is large and the mountain views are great as are the big beautiful waves. Frank the unit owner was extremely helpful, knowledgable and super responsive- Thoroughly impressed!

Amazing, mother daughter vacation

Beautiful ocean view from the large balcony. Accommodations were excellent, king bed felt like I was at home .. We opted in for the all inclusive and it didn’t disappoint! Food and drinks exceeded our expectations… Thank you for an amazing stay hope to return.. I would recommend taking a taxis from airport to Marival the hotel arranged transport was disappointing for the cost ..

Lovely Resort

The property was beautiful and very clean. The beach restaurant and bar are the best food & drink on the property. The concierges were always so very helpful. The Japanese restaurant next door is a must. If you don't rent a car you have to always take a taxi. Nothing is close by. Your condo was wonderfully spacious! Loved the large patio for morning coffee & breakfast. The kitchen is not very well equipped. Only 4 of each knife, fork, spoon. The coffee pot was a 4 cup pot.

Family vacation

Beautiful facility, and well maintained. Good housekeeping. Restaurants need to change their menus for a week. The most need to be improved the management of customer service more accurately and more professionally.

Perfect Family Vacation

Frank's unit #515 was centrally located on the resort. We had stunning views of the sunset every night. Frank was an exceptional host and was quick to answer many questions from our group. A crib and high chair were provided for our grandson. The living quarters and bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was quick to deliver anything we needed. The food was exceptional in all of the restaurants. The food and beverage service at the beach was excellent also. We appreciated all of the cabanas and umbrellas. Thank you Frank.

Gorgeous property - can't wait to go back!

This is an amazing resort and the staff could not do enough for us during our stay. They really helped us out when some of our party tested positive for Covid before we were to fly out. It made it easier to navigate all the red tape involved.

Lovely resort and accommodations

The property is gorgeous, the room was spacious and very clean, and the grounds were always well manicured. We opted to do the all-inclusive since kids are free, the food is good for an all inclusive, but won’t blow you away. We enjoyed room service quite a few times and tried all the restaurants. Also staying in this unit allowed us to have owner perks, there is an owner only restaurant at the sister resort (we found out too late to try to this one). There are also beach cabanas and pool cabanas that are free for members to use. Everyone we encountered was kind and we had great service for the whole week. Frank was super responsive and wonderful to work with!

Wonderful resort and host

We have been coming to this resort for many years in the past and this was our first time renting directly from the owner. Everything was as described and expected. Excellent communications with the host, prompt responses to my messages. Highly recommend this host and property. We hope to come back again soon.

Luxury at its finest!

We were a group of 8.. we have 4 teen-adult children so I was looking for a place that would accomodate us under one roof! Everyone was so amazed at the size of the unit as well as the gorgeous views! We lived it up for 8 days and enjoyed waking up and seeing sunsets from our place! The owner, Frank was also very helpful throughout the interest period and answered all of our questions leading up to our trip! And being attached to an owner's unit, gave us the extra platinum benefits as if we ourselves were owners. We were definitely treated to the good life and we would certainly love to stay here again!! Thanks Frank for sharing your beautiful Nuevo Vallarta home!

Fabulous Option for Couples or Families Traveling Together!!

We had SUCH a wonderful experience with this rental from beginning to end!!! Frank was very responsive and answered all questions we had within a reasonable timeframe. We traveled to Nuevo Vallarta with our family of 4 (including 2 younger teenage girls), plus another adult couple & stayed 7 nights. We had the perfect amount of space to spread out and still enjoy being “together” in the same condo. The condo itself was decorated beautifully & had everything we needed for the week! This specific condo was located perfectly...directly off the elevator, near the top floor & at the center of the resort. It overlooked the main pool/courtyard area & the ocean beyond. The resort was phenomenal! The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and hard-working. Truly impeccable service! We arrived at the resort, not sure if we would choose to go with the “all-inclusive” option or pay as we went. At the last minute, we decided to go for it and we’re SO glad we did!!! Having the freedom to order meals, snacks, drinks, desserts, or room service to our hearts’ content was certainly a highlight of the trip!! Even just considering the amount of water bottles the 6 of us went through during our stay, made the all-inclusive option worth it ;) The food was incredible & exceeded all of our expectations...even with a picky eater along! There were times when we ordered things that were not even on the menu and they just made it happen. The pools & beach access were just perfect & cleanliness was obviously a top priority throughout the resort. The best part was paying for the all-inclusive fees up front & at the end of the week not having to settle a bill for anything! We will definitely be returning to Marival Distinct Luxury Residences & would love to rent this 4 BR unit from Frank again!

Beautiful Residence

The residence was exactly as the description. Very clean, comfortable and beautiful. The owner and the staff were the best part of the resort. The staff was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. We would rent any property from Frank, he was so amazing to work with. We will be back.

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Frank patiently answered all our questions before we booked. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The view from the terrace is breathtaking especially watching the sun set over the ocean. Location was very close easy access to elevator . Service at the hotel was amazing, anything we asked for was done with a smile. The hotel is not actually on the beach but they have a beautiful beach club complete with cabanas ,restaurant, waiter service ,pool, and swimmable beach that is attached to the hotel via a beautiful private walkway , so this did not bother us at all. It was a short walk. Although we did not eat the food at the restaurants because we have special dietary restrictions we were told by other guests that the food was fantastic. As far as activities this is a quiet hotel but very kid friendly. We had some teens with us that enjoyed going to the sister resort for the evening shows and the game room. It was very easy and quick to get back and forth via shuttle/ golf cart. We highly recommend and hope to be back!

Marival Residences

We stayed in a 4 bedroom unit at the Marival Residences. The owner (Frank) did an excellent job of promptly answering any questions we had. The residence was a perfect fit for Grandpa, Grandma, Daughter, Son in Law and 2 grand kids. The resort was beautiful, the beach was perfect for walking and swimming and the staff were very friendly. We had a wonderful time. Our only suggestion for improvement is to provide more kitchen accessories. With the grandkids, we decided to cook some meals in the unit. Consequently, We needed to improvise our cooking techniques. However, a small issue in the grand scheme of things.
