Esta cabaña es una casa de 1 dormitorio, 2 baños, con cocina nueva, terraza acristalada adicional, gran porche cubierto, cocina al aire libre y muelle cubierto con elevador. El diseño único del piso de esta propiedad convierte la sala de estar en una habitación semi privada para los invitados adicionales. Ubicado en un barrio tranquilo, y justo en el agua. Somos unos 15 min. del centro y cerca del parque Oaklawn. A solo unos minutos del lago Ouachita y el parque estatal del lago Ouachita. Este hogar lejos del hogar es perfecto para parejas de hasta 4, grupos pequeños, jinetes de Harley y personas que aman nadar y pescar. ¡Grabe los peces capturados en la cala! Ven a visitarnos, quédate un rato, te encantará el hogar lejos del hogar de la acogedora cabaña.

This was an adorable little cottage right on the lake with a spectacular little sun sunroom. We stayed over New Year’s, so did not get to experience the water. However, I would definitely consider staying here again if in the area. Check-in process was seamless and communication with the host was great. The only thing I would recommend is a motion light on the step down to the bedroom. Otherwise, it was perfect!

If you are looking to get away from the noise, this is the perfect spot. I didn't know Arkansas was so beautiful. We met the staff and a local man at Yum Yum and they were very welcoming. The cottage was perfect for my husband and I. Ohh and use that tub after a day of hiking or walking around Hot springs, its heavenly!

Cozy Cottage Perfection

Cozy Cottage was even better than anticipated. The kitchen had every appliance you could wish. The sunroom was our favorite hangout. So peaceful! Check in was a breeze.

The house is perfect for us. Cozy just like the name and the hosts are so accommodating. The waterfront is beautiful and relaxing. Love hearing the birds in the morning. It’s also a great location, far enough to enjoy the scenery and close enough to everything you might need in town. We love it.

Birthday Weekend

My husband and I had such a a relaxing stay. The sun room was our favorite place and we took full advantage of the outdoor kitchen/deck area! The hosts were the best. The house was fabulous.

2nd time I have spent my birthday here and I’ll be back for all my birthdays in the future. Love the location, right on the water but without the noise of the big boats, perfect for taking out my SUP. Sitting on the porch overlooking the water. Perfectly stocked bathrooms (with big tub), kitchen, comfy furniture, smart TV, easy keyless entry…Not far from Bathhouse row in Hot Springs and it’s a pretty drive there. Can’t wait to return.
I spend a lot of time sitting out here.
In the water on my SUP just off the dock.
Love the sunset on the water.

The Cozy Cabin is a great place to relax. It was very clean and cozy. It felt like being at home away from home. Carol was very friendly and was very helpful with all our needs and making us aware of activities in the area. We had a great time being able to just stay around the cabin and fish. We were alble to use the paddle boat to enjoy the beautiful views around the cove. We will definitely be returning.

Great getaway near Hot Springs

We stayed at the Cozy Cottage while visiting the Hot Springs area in March. Location is close enough to Hot Springs to be very convenient and far enough away to give you a sense of being remote. The Cottage and property are fantastic. Communication during booking/check-in was top notch. Property was as described and shown online. I would stay here again if I was vitiing the hot springs area.

Cottage Getaway

This was the second time my husband and I stayed at this property. Carol our host was so welcoming and great to work with. The cottage was just as advertised and is situated right on the water in a quiet, rural neighborhood. The cottage was clean and had anything and everything you might need. The sunroom overlooking the water is the best spot for morning coffee or catching up on emails. Would absolutely recommend.

Cozy Cottage

We were there for a work trip and after along day this was an amazing place to come back to and relax! The view was spectacular and the accommodations were amazing. Carol was an amazing host and very helpful Will definitely stay there again when we are in the area!
