Great location

The location was perfect & access to the beach was even easier. The beds were not comfortable at all. Overall, we had a great time. Perfect condo for a small family!

3.5 summarizes our stay. The ceilings looked half painted. The other half was either dirt or mold. A pet friendly hotel should state if the beach was pet friendly or no dogs allowed on beach. Consistent barking next door. My contact stated by email that the condo next door was not on their property management. Advised to call security no number given. Gave mailing address of management company for the condo, it was in FL.

Nice condo with a nice beach view.

We enjoyed staying in this condo. This condo has easy access to the beach. The weather wasn't that great during our stay so we took advantage of the warm indoor pool. Grateful for that. As for location, it's just outside of the crowdy areas of Gulf Shores which we liked.

Old fashion hospitality during Modern day chaos.

My experience at the Caribbean through Virgo was excellent. They were very courteous and the check in check out most convenient. The place was very nice and affordable. They were very considerate to check on you during your stay and very opened for suggestions.Extremely polite!

Fun in the sun trip

The view was fantastic. The condo was very clean. I feel like the place needed a good paint job to it and couch needs to be replaced. The ice maker didn't work. It was over all good trip. I would stay here again. Thanks

Quick getaway

We absolutely loved the condo and plan to return soon. Beach access is easy and you here almost no sound from other tenants ! Only complaint is I wish the pool gates had number code access instead of an actual key. We were too scared to lose it so we didn't use the pools.

Overall, good. Floor was dirty and needed mopping...bottom of my son's feet were black from walking barefooted on the floor. Easy access to the beach, nice views.

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed staying at 303. The condo was conveniently located on the beach. The only complaint I have is that the bed needs a new mattress immediately!!!!! The single worst bed I have ever laid on. I’m pretty sure my husband and I could count the mattress coils. Everything else was top notch !!!

Great view from the balcony

PROS: wonderful view from the balcony of the ocean, good location to store and food, parking was included, nice mattress on the king size bed, kitchen had everything we needed. CONS: never did speak with a live person, not even to see if we needed anything - only text & emails both checking in and out, both swimming pool liners were very dirty so we did not swim, barking dog all day at the condo either above or beside us but it is a pet friendly place

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Other than no curtain in the bedroom (we put a dark towel to block the light), the unit was clean and in a convenient location. Our check-in was 90 minutes late. For future guests, please install a blackout curtain in the bedroom.

It was fine it’s just things in the condo we’re not good like the ceiling looked awful and the couch was kinda not clean and the shower was hard to figure out and when I texted the number for help with a pic I got no response. The parking was ok but the people with parking passes took up all the room especially by the ramp you could get your luggage or anything thru the spaces it was really inconvenient. The outside door and our level was not clean at all the mats were worn and torn and the doors were very very dirty. Not at all like other floors. The grounds were dirty with dog poo and litter other than that the beach was perfect and the people very friendly just wasn’t impressed with the condo. The pic below is of the ceiling that looked messed up

Hangers

There are no hangers. I think it would be nice if they were provided to be able to hang your clothes. Check into purchasing the ones that hotels have that can't be removed. This is my only complaint. I would definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Caribbean 303 was clean, to many dogs on beach that stayed at Caribbean, gotta watch where you step! Grill provided was clean and easy access. Clean up girls found my wife's diamond ear rings and called us and had them returned. Very honest clean up crew. Over all, very nice.

Needs updated and some repairs to the condo

The main bathroom needs a shower curtain rod it was completely rusted the toilet paper holder is coming off the wall there was mildew at the shower knob the toilets wasn’t cleaned inside the rim of the toilet. I will send you some pictures that I have taken.
