Esta joya de 1850 fue completamente renovada en el invierno de 2011. Fantásticas vistas del agua, el puerto y la ciudad desde una gran terraza de uso exclusivo y la mayoría de las ventanas. ¡Pisos de madera relucientes!

Lavadora / secadora, encimeras de granito! Muebles modernos con un toque de antigüedades! Muy pequeña y pintoresca asociación con una enorme playa semiprivada. Cubierta privada, así como cubierta semi privada frente a la playa. Entrada privada. Hermoso jardin. Aparcamiento en la calle.

Great stay!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay here. Amazing views and a fabulous location. Close to all east end spots and close to everything else with a short walk. Well stocked and spacious. Would be perfect for 2 couples also. Book it if it’s available!!

Great weekend getaway!

The condo’s location is fantastic! Given the fact the weekend was full of exciting weather, experiencing it on the harbor was a treat. Easy communication with the owners made everything a breeze. Highly recommend!

Great condo in a great location!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Very well maintained and clean. Location was perfect as it’s a quick walk to downtown Commercial St. The owners were great and answered all of our questions about the condo and area. We will definitely be back!

Just as advertised

Perfect East End location. Communication was excellent; questions answered promptly. Everything was as advertised. Comfortable for 4. Well stocked. Sheets and towels provided, as well as paper goods, bath and laundry soap. Two beach chairs and umbrellas. Beautiful views. We'd absolutely stay here again.

Unit was new by Ptown standards. clean, working A/C. Nice. Kitchen adequately furnished though no pitcher or container for drinks. Would be better with some plastic glasses for use in bathrooms. Parking space was so very cramped did not attempt to use car(an SUV). during our stay. Beach towels would have been nicer..Biggest issue is noise from unit above and below as footsteps heard from above and TV from below made for a less than pleasant experience.

Attentive style, stunning view, ideal location

The owners of this property have gone above and beyond with impeccable attention to detail. From the comfortable mattresses/bedding, spotless bathrooms and kitchen, tasteful art, wonderful flow from street view to ocean, this place feels like coming home. We will return to this outstanding property. These generous owners have created a wonderfully cozy retreat above the beach embedded in breath taking views day and night. Even in rainy cold weather, this place is an oasis.

Despite the nor’easter, we had a wonderful long weekend in Provincetown. We’ve stayed at many places in the area over the years, and this is hands-down one of our favorites. Steve and Liz’s place is immaculate and beautifully furnished with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. We loved the easy beach access and stunning views, and having the galleries, shops and delicious east end restaurants literally at our doorstep was an added bonus. We also appreciated their flexibility with check-in and check-out. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic location! Everything is walking distance. Appartment was very clean and beach view is remarkable. We thought there was issues with the AC, Steve called us right away to help. It works but took some time to get going. Would recommend this spot to anyone looking to have a relaxing stay with lots to do!

Location and comfort

The condo was lovely and very comfortable. The view was quintessential New England, overlooking the bay and a marina with fishing boats. We could walk to EVERYTHING, including good restaurants. I would return to this property.

Christmas In Provincetown

The condo is beautiful. Well stocked, very clean and comfortable. Fine appliances. Beautiful view of the harbor. I did not know that the condo is on the second floor and there is another condo above us. Unfortunately, the people on the third floor were heavy on their feet and the stomping above us was annoying and disturbing. Guess they didn’t know enough to take their shoes off. This was an uncomfortable situation and not the fault of our host who was very nice. They left before the New Year so we had a few peaceful days. Thankfully..

Great view

Vehicle Hertz gave us was too large for spaces. It was an Expedition. Anything else would have done better. Loved the stay though. Well appointed and the sunrise every morning was special.

Wonderful stay

Just completed our 1-week stay at Porto Sereno, and we were so sad to leave. The property is in the perfect location in the East End, within walking distance to any number of eclectic art galleries, charming little shops, and delightful restaurants. Above all, the view of Cape Cod bay is breathtaking - we enjoyed spectacular sunrises and sunsets sitting out on the deck. Can’t wait to return!

Coming back 56 years later.

We liked it so much that we’re returning next year. One recommendation. The kitchen needs 2 stools for sitting while cooking. Loved the sheets. Charisma! Towels ~ okay. We needed a card table to make a puzzle. A broom would have helped too. Just suggestions.

We've been coming to Provincetown since we were kids. Our children would spend summers here and now their kids love coming here. We finally decided to open up our home so that others can enjoy this gem by the bay. We named it Porto Sereno which translates to Calm Harbor in both Italian and Portuguese. It is a nod to Liz's Italian and Steve's Portuguese ancestries.
