Barking Pine Cabin is on a quiet street in Talmont Estates, just up the hill from Sunnyside and the Tahoe Park HOA beach area. The Talmont neighborhood offers easy access to Paige Meadows and miles of back-country which is popular for hiking/biking in summer and cross country skiing/snowshoeing in winter. The Tahoe Park Private Beach offers 3 acres of lakefront enjoyment with two piers, playground, and picnic areas.
New modern siding and a large sunny deck overlooking a forested setting greet you at this home. High ceilings and many windows brighten the living area. High ceilings and many windows brighten the living area while the wood-burning fireplace with stone hearth brings it back to cozy. There are comfortable couches in the living room along with an entertainment center, 40" flatscreen TV and Blu-ray/DVD. There are also televisions in the two bedrooms. Each bedroom offers a queen bed, and the loft offers a bunk bed to accommodate 3 more, with a twin over a full-size bed. There are two full bathrooms, one located on each level of the home.
This home is fully equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, disposal, microwave and wireless internet, stereo as well as books and games to keep the whole family occupied. Patio furniture and a newer gas BBQ are available during the summer months.
This 2 bedroom, loft 2 bath home is centrally located to Tahoe City and near world class skiing at Palisades/Alpine Ski Resort, Homewood Mountain Resort, and Northstar at Tahoe. Four-wheel drive is recommended during winter months and winter parking is limited to 4 cars maximum.
Well behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. Dog must be approved prior to accepting a reservation. Please call us for details.
This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is from 9pm-8am. Thanks for your cooperation!
