VACATION HOME 300 M FROM THE BEACH

A charming, tastefully decorated vacation home by the sea, located in La Griere, in the town of La Tranche-sur-Mer.
With 140 m² at your disposal, you’ll have well-defined spaces to enjoy your vacation.

The beach is within walking distance (via Avenue de l’Ocean), and shops are right at your doorstep.
We are located 15 minutes from the O Gliss water park, 15 minutes from a tree-top adventure course, about 30 minutes from Les Sables d’Olonne, 1 hour from La Rochelle, and 1 hour and 15 minutes from Puy du Fou.

The house has 4 bedrooms and features an enclosed garden with a private terrace and a gated parking area (secure gate) that can accommodate 2 to 3 vehicles.

On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, a bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 bedroom (160 cm bed), and 1 office/reading area with a sofa bed (140 cm bed).

Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms (160 cm beds) and another duplex bedroom (children’s bed on the first level and a 160 cm double mattress on the second level of the bedroom).
Also a living room, a sunroom, a balcony terrace, another bathroom, and a toilet.


The cleaning fee is fixed (€100) regardless of the length of stay or number of weeks.
A security deposit of 1,000 € is required to rent our house.

The bedding is new (purchased in 2021).
Washing machine on site.
