Perfect quick getaway

At the tip of Galveston, we found paradise! No planes, no ships— a short drive from the Austin area gave our family a resort quality vacation. What a wonderful time we had!

Great location!!

Lovely stay, great space, nice and clean. Only downfall was the fruit flies, there were tons!! Other than that, really enjoyed the area, the beach is great and this condo is in the perfect location to the lazy river and hot tub for the evening time. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay

Great location. Nice condo. Easy walk to the lazy river pool. Nice view of sunset. Quick drive to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. There aren’t bunk beds anymore. There are two full size beds in the second bedroom. My young kids were a little disappointed, but not a big issue! Would absolutely stay again!

Great Condo

This condo made our stay at Pointe West so nice. My husband and I stayed with our 3 and 4 year old daughters and it was the easiest vacation we have been on yet. The condo is the last building on the resort so you have a great view of the water on both sides. It’s located right in front of one of the pools so it was awesome to be able to run up and down as needed and not have to jump in the car or walk too far every time the kids wanted to swim. It was very clean and well stocked so we didn’t need to buy a lot of extras for our stay.

Wonderful experience

We decided to spend several days in Galveston on short notice and were thrilled to find such a nice, new condo close to the beach and with such great amenities. We really enjoyed our stay! The only advice I would offer to prospective guests would be to be sure and take into account the remoteness on the island. The isolation makes for a relaxing experience but really does require planning ahead by bringing in food and cooking your own meals unless you plan 45 minutes to an hour for round trip commutes in to the nearest restaurants. Enjoy!

Beautiful Bay View

Clean & Quite, ( however we stayed during off peak season) so fyi-this property overlooks the sunset pool area. Easy beach access as well. Would definitely book again.

The pull out bed was not working when we stayed but other than that it was perfect! Super spacious, clean, and very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful trip

This place was a great place to stay with family. Super cozy and clean! Everything we needed was there even the extras like coffee creamer that we forgot. The hosts were amazing and very responsive. I broke the door knob 😬 and they had a new on on within hours while we were at the beach. Location was perfect, the patio looked out right over the pool so we could watch the kids. This was one of the best rentals we've stayed at. ❤️

Great Location at Pointe West for young kids

we've been to pointe west a few times, but this is the first time staying near the lazy river. While the main pool is a nice big pool, the lazy river is heated, making it perfect for swimming when its not scorching out (like spring/fall) and for our kids, which are 6 and 8. the views were great, the condo was super clean, and the new tile floors were awesome! We even got free wristbands - which saves $25 per person!

Wonderful location!

This condo was great for our 2 little boys and labradoodle! It’s right next to the sunset pool and you can watch the pretty sunsets from the balcony. It had everything we needed and Joan was so helpful.

Perfect Spot

We had a wonderful time at this property. The view of the pool was absolutely phenomenal and we enjoyed sitting on the patio. Access to the public beach was nearby and having a cozy room to hang out in after our days made our vacation complete.

Fabulous getaway

We loved our stay at the condo! It was immaculately clean and it had all of the amenities we needed. The view of the bay and pool is beautiful - we sat on the spacious balcony for hours. We would highly recommend this place to our friends and hope to come back again!

Perfect condo for us

This was the perfect condo for my 2 year old son and me while we were in Galveston for a week of family time. Our family stayed in the building next door to us and it was so easy to walk between the buildings. We spent the majority of our time in the Sunset Beach Club pool. There are so many wonderful things about this condo, I especially appreciate all the little touches of detail. One of my favorite things was the door latch at the top of the front door. With a 2 year old by myself I found this little detail really helpful to keep him from opening the front door! That was something I didn’t even know I needed yet it was so nice to have! Joan was amazing at communication too! We will be back!

Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was fully equipped for all our needs, and also very clean. The lazy river is just steps away so our kids had a blast. We will be renting from Joan in the future.

As Advertised- Great Condo

This place presents as advertised. No surprises. Everything was perfect!! We have rented several units at Point West and the family thought this one was their favorite!! We will be back.

The condo was very nice, the Beach Club facilities were fun, and we could not have asked for a better hostess than Joan. She answered every question promptly and was extremely helpful. 5 stars!

Lockdown release

My daughter and her 3 bff's kept themselves under severe lockdown during all of Rona. Facetime only with a couple of times together in a park sitting with facemask on. All 3 are now past their first vaccine, very little exposure to anyone. We rented this place for them. They had a glorious time and it was very helpful to hangout together. Many places in pointe west require 25+ of age. This was 21. We as a family love pointe west. Daughter highly recommends for mom and I to stay here.
