Pools were great,room was clean and well stocked. Close to ammenities and good restaurants. Only drawback was that elevator was out of service for our entire stay which was a pain being on the 4th floor i.e. luggage etc

The condo overall was great. There were a few things needing attention like rusty knives in the knife block, a moldy shower curtain, etc. the biggest bummer was that there were termites. We’re from the PNW so we’re familiar with pests like this and weren’t too bothered, but I imagine others might be more upset. They flared up specifically when running the shower. This was our second time in this specific unit and overall we had a good time. We love the Maui Banyan location.

The room was perfect for what we needed. The elevator didn’t work when we initially arrived; however, it was fixed a day or two after we were there so it was a non-issue. The unit was clean, had everything we needed and more, and was centrally located - across the street from the beach, food all around. The AC worked great and the additional fans were nice. The road outside of the condo had been damaged by the recent floods, but there was an easy way around and this didn’t affect our experience.We would stay here again

We loved our unit!! The layout was great and we truly appreciated the in suite washer and dryer. We also found the vacuum cleaner helpful to keep the floors less gritty.The location in Kihei was fantastic with the beach just across the street.Our only negatives were the elevator being out of service due to recent flooding in the area and the lack of water pressure that made it impossible to use more than one water source in the unit at the same time. (ex- flushing toilet and washing hands or showering.)Overall we would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Spent mornings watching the deer in the open area next door and listening to the birds. The unit was perfect for the two of us, especially with the beautiful beach just across the street.

This is an excellent property, clean, right across the beach, and it has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We came to Maui for a baseball tournament and this vacation rental was perfect for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We love the Banyan and this unit was updated and clean. It is convenient to all amenities and the ocean. The view is spectacular in the early morning. We could have used a bit more storage space, but Overall it was a great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was easy to check in and our entire stay felt comfortable and easy. The condo was clean and quiet and we got great sleep each night on the comfy king bed. The other guests and staff were all friendly. The quality of everything inside of the condo was great! We loved that there were beach items ready for us to borrow - Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella. It was awesome to have two bathrooms, one even had a bidet. The washer/dryer combo worked well. Thanks for a lovely stay and we would love to stay in this condo again when we next visit.

First time in Maui

It was everything expected and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for any meals you may wish to cook and prepare. The location is a dream as the beach is only a few steps away. The nights are quiet and a good nights sleep is easily attained. I would certainly suggest this place to anyone looking for a condo in Maui.

One bedroom needs privacy

Condo is nice but if you need privacy in the master bedroom the glass sliding door doesn’t lock and can be seen through.

Beautiful as always!

This is the fourth time we've stayed in this condo, and it's always clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent and the building is quiet. We also appreciate the amenities such as beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, cooler bag, snorkel masks, etc. There was a minor issue with the washing machine, and it was repaired quickly and with excellent communication. We will be back again!
