Cutest, little, happy place. The artsy, beachy environment was so uplifting after losing our mom and mother-in-law this year. It was a great place for distraction and healing. Everything was wonderful and thoughtfully provided.

Great location, perfect size and excellent pup friendly backyard

I was looking for a pup friendly rental for my 2 week vacation . This cottage had a perfect across from the beach location with a fully fenced grassy backyard perfect for the pups and I. The family joined us for the weekend from Savannah ga. Great added space for the grandkids and adults parents. The location was close to restaurant for Mother’s Day. Used Instacart grocery delivery from local Publix. Local pizza delivery and fully stocked kitchen to cook up meals. Great outdoor grill, all beach supplies we needed for the beach! Tempted not to let anyone know about such a sweet place to stay, but it’s a wonderfully kept and inclusive rental!!!

Nice vacation

A wonderful experience for 2 adults and our doggo. It was great to have a big, fenced-in yard. But it was even better to have a place that didn't smell like a dog friendly rental. This place was clean! Like, cleanest place we've stayed on Amelia to date. Well stocked and ready for our arrival. Perfectly decorated little "beach" cottage. The 2 of us never felt like it was too small or too big. The 1 minute walk across the street to the beach was never a problem. This will be where we come back to from now on. Thanks for a great stay!!

Super clean home in a great location

The owners of this house have thought of every convenience, and the property manager is taking excellent care of it well. The house is well maintained and super clean. All basic essentials were available, along with some nice-to-have extras like a login for YouTubeTV (great for watching sports). The beach access is super easy and the front porch is a wonderful spot to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. We will definitely request this property again in the future!

Cute beach cottage in ideal location

What a cute little beach cottage this is! It was true to the images shown on this site. Very beachy interiors and comfortable furnishings - even beachy Christmas decor! Access to the beach is literally across the street - and good news - it didn't have stairs over the dunes. Great for my elderly dogs. The dogs loved the backyard too.

Yellow house

I loved the bright yellow exterior of the house. It was well laid out & roomy. The back yard was enjoyable. The grass felt great to my bare feet & the air was aromatic due to plants & trees blooming.

Excellent House!

We had a great stay at the yellow house. It is perfectly located near the beach and the state park and it was just the right size for our family of four and our dog. The backyard is a lovely oasis not only for dogs, but the whole family had lovely evenings relaxing on the porch. The kitchen is probably the most well-appointed rental kitchen I have ever seen (and I own a vacation rental!). We would definitely stay here again.

Comfy and Convenient

Everything was clean and as advertised. To our delight it was also decorated extremely well for Christmas (what a nice treat!). Our large breed dog had plenty of room in the back, and the beach was actually right across the street whereas some you have to walk down a ways to the access. We really enjoyed our relaxing stay and will book again.

Charming

We’ve stayed here for the past three years. The house is charming and full of fun whimsical decor. The location is perfect. The deck and fenced back yard work well for us as well as our furry family members.

Perfect, pet-friendly Beach Cottage!

This little house was perfect for our weekend! The house was comfortably furnished and very cute, the kitchen well-stocked as were beach amenities like towels and chairs. This was our pup’s first trip to the beach and the back yard and convenience of being right across the street were awesome! I will definitely look to book this place again.

They thought of everything!

This is the perfect one level house for us and our Labs. Beautiful fenced yard, lovely back deck, cozy gated front porch, comfortable beds and living space, the best equipped kitchen you’ll ever find, and right across from beach access #1. Also immaculately clean.

Super dog friendly

Our doodles thought they had their own dog park with the huge fenced back yard! Great property, we’ll appointed and easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and the beach!

Cozy, Well Stocked, Terrific!

We stayed at the yellow cottage with our friends. It was perfect. We walked to restaurants. Went fishing, shopped, and explored the island. The cottage is adorable! Absolutely recommend.
