We enjoyed our stay here very much we just didn’t realize it was bike week if your looking for a quiet getaway don’t go here on bike week but other then that it was a great layout garage right across the street beach right out back of hotel .Resteraunt on 2 nd floor in hotel was great food and right there .Also pet friendly and there is a feild right next store to the hotel for the pets to utilize for bathroom .

WARNING!!! DO NOT BOOK

It was suggested by a family member that I stay at The Patricia Grand for a baseball tournament for spring break. Absolutely will NEVER stay here again. This unit was nothing as described. It was completely nasty and uncomfortable. The ceiling was falling and fell all over my belongings and in my bag of clothes and on me while I slept. Contacted the property manager, finally got someone who actually cared and came to the unit to look for herself. Everything was rusted and old, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Was planning on maybe having some breakfast in the room to save money. Nah couldn’t cook because it was so nasty. Really needs a flip in this unit.

Awful experience

The reviews posted for this property are not accurate and should not be on listed as the place is not very nice.There are multipal thing missing that we had to go purchase plus the place was not clean and needs a lot of repair. Our white sox were brown within an hour of arriving. We got very sick within 24 hours after arriving from black mold in one of the heater. VRBO has done nothing to help us in getting a refund, we had to leave from being so sick and my spouse had to go on antibiotics for 10 days to heal a respiratory problem. This is very unprofessional and unethical!!!

Good stay but didn’t approve of having to pay extra to get in a little early.

Never before was I told I had to pay $100-$150 more to get in a little early. If the cleaners were through we have always been able to go in. Too much nickel and dimeing with that. Especially since I had 2 dogs that had to stay out in the heat until 4:00 exactly.

Soul Release

Needed some soul release, after some bad medical issues came up. We rented this suite on the 16th floor with a beautiful view from both balconies. They was 2 adults, a 17yr old, 15yr old, and a 8yr old plus a furbaby. We was very comfortable in this suite! We contacted property management over a broom and they brung one right up. Highly Recommend staying here. The amenities are great and the restaurant food is very good too, if you just want to stay on the beach like we did. A+

Fine by me

Love it at the Patricia, has everything…. from heated pools, hot tubs good fitness facilities, great breakfast at the restaurant. The condo itself is fine. The carpet’s a bit frayed here and there but I wasn’t bothered by it. The ocean view is limited from inside but can see it ok from the balcony. Views from bedroom and living room. We Love Myrtle beach and this condo made for great holiday.

Nice vacation

Very Basic room, we had a good time enjoyed having both balconies we watched a swat team go into the motel across the street and arrest a guy that was cool to watch. But the room is a little dated but we didnt come to stay in the room it served the purpose for what we needed it for.

Lots of good amenities!

Location of hotel and our room was great but...It was pretty worn. The carpet and a burn stain the shape of an iron, the carpet from the hall to the bedroom gaped, carpet in bedroom especially smelled musty, a/c in living room had to be boosted with a fan, the sliding closet door on the left would not stay in the track and outside of fridge was rusted. Things we liked...2 nice size tv's, nice size balcony off living room with chairs and table, small but nice small balcony overlooking Ocean Blvd off bedroom, Murphy bed in livingroom for me (husband snores), and liked all the start up papertowels, tiolet paper, soap, shampoo, dish detergent and beach chairs.

Amazing views

Not only can you enjoy being right on the ocean with a beautiful view of the ocean and beach you have another balcony off the master room with a great view of a Ferris wheel and more.

It was easy check in code was sent to us the day of our reservation. Pool was nice and parking was good that was across the street. Love it was pet friendly. Only thing is you might have to wash your towels or bring you extra.

2021 Beach vacation

Nice condo but need new refrigerator. Old and rust on outside and somewhat of bad odor. Cooking pan all scratched up and loose handles. Disappointed in the kitchen area.

Very happy

We had a great vacation! The room was perfect for my family. Beautiful ocean view, comfy bed, and the beach was clean and not over crowded. Everything I wanted. The check in process was so easy and nice to have to deal with waiting in the lobby or having keys. The room was clean and exactly as listed.

The property that we wanted you could not get extra travel carpet was tore up and iron Mark and keep your living room carpet it was a scratch. From dogs scratch the swimming pool was dirty beer can hamburgers praying in the swimming pool immigration officers but overall stay what's good charge me $100 for a dog and I didn't have

Nice for last minute rental.

This was a nice place for a last minute rental. View was not bad and very convenient to attractions. The resort was not as family friendly as I would prefer. Very crowded while we were there so not much space for little ones. Very pet friendly which was great.

Management was terrible

Many issue with the property rust on the whole fridge, broken towel rack, chucks taken out bedroom door and none of the electrical outlet in the bedroom work, the managers are extremely rude and refuse to admit when they have made a mistake or even try to be civil and fix their own mistake I will never book though this company again and I suggest no one else does either.

My Vacation

The kitchen light was Out when we got there. The carpet was so dirty that you could not walk with your shoes off. The furniture is very old the sofa bed it’s just nothing but Springs. The kitchen refrigerator was the door Did not shut completely. There was hair under my pillow case and a piece of long hair inside the pillowcase. They sent someone to change the sheets. Also the vacuum didn’t work. When she came to change the sheets I asked her to vacuum and I told her about the light. She was extremely nice. She did mention that they as the people cleaning the unit have told the owners multiple times that the light needed changed. Then the fire detector started going off beeping in the night so they had to come replace that. Mind you we got there on Sunday the kitchen light wasn’t replaced until Tuesday and it was extremely dark in there. We had to go to Walmart and purchase a light for the kitchen. I was extremely disappointed. When I reached out to them they told me they could assure me they had a nicer units but basically it cost more so you kind of get what you pay for. Remind you it was five nights and it was almost $1200. That was right before memorial day. So the prices were very good everywhere. I was getting a drink at the StarbucksThe manager asked me how I might stay was. I proceeded to tell him it was not good but I understood that they had nothing to do with that unit. When I sent a message to the owners they told me please don’t talk to the manager bring the concerns to them. Which I thought was very rude because they didn’t know how the conversation even got started. At no point did I try to complain to the hotel at all. I would just say don’t stay there unless you book it through Patricia grand then don’t stay at a private owners unless you are sure the pictures are what they say they are and that the unit is clean.

Not what we were expecting looking at pics Best part of stay was the view And the eaze of checking in The carpet need replaced The couch is badly worn and uncomfortable to sit on The fridge has rust on front of door and on the top and side The kitchen light never worked the whole time we were there ,they said they would fix it but never did while we were there Kinda hard to do anything in kitchen with no light The furniture old and outdated and really beat up The best part of room was the balcony And ocean view

This private one-bedroom suite on the 16th floor of Patricia Grand Resort. may sleep up to four people. It has granite countertops in the kitchen, a private master bedroom with a city view balcony, and a window overlooking the beach. From that bedroom, you can see the ocean as well as the sunset. The second wide balcony has a fantastic angled seaside view. we have a full-size murphy bed in the living area for additional guests. Is it possible to get any better than that? So don't put it off any longer and book this location for your next vacation!
