Kentucky Straight Wilderness Cabin es un chalet de nueva construcción en Deer Water Lake en el área de Cliffview Resort de Red River Gorge, Kentucky, y se encuentra a minutos de Natural Bridge State Park, la oficina de Zipline y algunas de las mejores rutas de senderismo y escalada en roca en el región.

Very beautiful and well thought out. I had a few questions before and during our stay and host was very responsive and knowledgeable. The house itself is very well accommodating and one can see how much thought was put into the fine details of accommodating guests. We loved going to the pond and utilizing the available kayaks along with the relaxing views off of the back deck. Very well done!

This place was PERFECT for our 3 families. Everyone had a bed and there are plenty of bathrooms! The kitchen and house is the most stocked of any rental we’ve ever been to. They have everything you can think of. The hot tub decks are perfect for outdoor hanging. The pond was our favorite part! We fished, swam and kayaked multiple times over the weekend! 10/10 and we will def rent this place again

We’ve done a lot of VRBOs and this was among the best. The hosts were responsive to the few questions we had. The cabin was quite clean inside and also on the spacious outdoor decks. We had most of our meals at the cabin & there were ample dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. to cook for the 10 of us. Beds were comfortable. All of us enjoyed the proximity to hiking, creek stomping, rock jumping, zip lining, miniature golf and a Gorge Underground excursion. But our days always included enjoyable “cabin time”: an air hockey tournament, a streamed movie, lots of card games, fishing off the dock, kayaking, swimming and hot tub time. The fire pit satisfied the grands’ S'mores cravings and their favorite meal was steak on the grill. Kentucky Straight Wilderness Cabin was a hit with the Collins clan.

Nice cabin- easy to get to and get around to all highlights. Lake was nice to fish and kayak. Had everything we needed, but as they mention, bring extra towels or just wash yours. Plenty of sleeping room and seating on deck! Owners were super responsive and helpful! Definitely a great stay and will be back!
Kayaks are great but not the easiest to get into and out of! They do have a kayak ramp tho to help!

The house was amazing! So clean, so well kept up, amazing location. It was just what we had hoped. The deck was very nice. Sounds weird but we really appreciated that. It had a great view and very well taken care of. I’ve been to vacation rentals that you couldn’t walk on without shoes because of splinters. This one was so nice. The hot-tub was very nice. Kids loved fishing for bluegill off the dock. The location is excellent for that area. YouTube tv at the house was a very nice perk since it was elite 8 time! Very quiet, secluded, safe area. Overall just a very enjoyable experience.

The cabin was wonderful - had everything we could need for a weekend stay. It was clean, comfortable, and the views were spectacular. Great stay overall! The house was cute, big enough to fit our group comfortably, and provided lots of extra things which was nice. The only concerns we had were with a large amount of lady bugs (15) in the master bathroom that seemed to be coming in from a light, and some rats in the grill when we attempted to use it. Neither of these things were a super big deal for our group, however they rose a little concern, but overall the pros definitely outweighed the cons of this cabin!

The cabin was perfect for a long weekend with our children and grandchildren! The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The boys loved the campfire every morning and evening. The 14 yr old girls loved the hot tub.

Great little getaway

We needed space big enough for 7 adults and this was perfect for us! Great location to the activities we wanted to do, and the BBQ place just around the corner was also amazing! We would definitely book this place again.

Great Vacation!

We had a wonderful time at this cabin! Everything was as advertised and perfect for the 10 of us! The walk down to the lake is steep but well maintained and the kids loved the kayaks and swimming in the lake. The area has wonderful hiking and great things to do. If you love the outdoors, you will love it here!

Kentucky Straight Wilderness cabin is one of the newest, largest, and nicest cabins in Red River Gorge KY. Also one of the easiest cabins to drive to with flat roads that make it accessible for any vehicle. Enough parking for 9 vehicles.

* The only rental cabin in Red River Gorge that offers two primary suites each with a king bed and en suite private bathroom.

* One additional full bathroom (2nd floor) and two half bathroom. Five bathrooms total.

* Very easy to drive to (no hills) and plenty of parking for your group.

* Private dock on 5-acre lake.

* Conveniently located to everything Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge have to offer.
