Cabina de 3 dormitorios / 2 baños con sala de sol con vistas al lago Weiss. La cabina incluye una sala de estar (futón en esta habitación) con sala de estar / cocina separadas. La sala de sol tiene un salón de persecución que se puede convertir en una cama individual si es necesario. Calefacción central / aire, así como calefacción de gas adicional y un aire acondicionado y calentador de gas adicionales en la sala de sol para una temperatura más cómoda.

La cocina incluye lavavajillas, microondas y la cafetera más importante.

La cabina está equipada con lavadora y secadora para su conveniencia. (Se proporcionan toallas y ropa de cama)

This lakefront cabin is my new favorite! The home was very clean and well appointed. The front bedroom/bed was very comfortable and from that bed we caught the most beautiful sunrise ever! We enjoyed the den and kitchen very much. Everything we needed for quick meals and hearty breakfast. The all season room provided a stunning view of the lake and surrounding mountains, best view ever! We plan to book another stay soon.

Loved the lapping of the lake and peacefulness of the property, inside and outside. House was very well equipped with everything. And very clean. Susanna stayed in contact with us and let us know what events were going on during our stay. Nice touch! Would absolutely go back to this property.

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 dogs and we had a great time. The view cannot be beat. The place has been here a long time but it has been loved and cared for. There are lots of extras in case you forget anything..

Peaceful getaway

Secluded and serene. Lake house was so warm and homey. Enjoyed kayaking, fishing and cooking with family. Definitely booking again~ Thank you Susanna!

Inside cabin was nice and clean, everything we needed, loved it was on the water with a dock and chairs provided. Outside needed to be cleaned and upkeep of decks and furniture. There was debris all over could have been blown off and somethings needed just a little TLC.

Old friends go fishing!

It was a great place for 3 couples to be together and play games and cook in a great kitchen and to go fishing off the dock and with a guide, Tim Pentecost, who filleted all the fish for our dinner that night! The sun room gave a perfect view of the sunrise and a place of quiet to read and share stories away from the guys. While they fished nonstop, we went to the antique shop, and had pedicures, etc. The home was just perfect for us to enjoy! Thanks to the owner!

Perfect place on the lake

Charming cozy home directly on the lake. Only a few steps down to dock. The view is amazing from the sun room, back porch and side yard. There is a gate on the back porch so very safe for relaxing and having my dogs out with me on the porch. We relaxed completely. Got to see the strawberry moon rise over the lake, awesome sight.

Communication with owner was excellent, property was as advertised. Only things found wrong was no toilet paper and property not kayak friendly, but would rent again.

House was good, but property needs some work. Steps, dock

Everything was easy. Would rent again if I knew steps to dock and dock were repaired. Over all had a good time with a beautiful view from inside house and outside

Lovely Lake View

Very clean and well stocked house. Owner was exceptionally nice. Private location. Not a far drive for anything you need. Perfect for us, we want to come back!

Comfortable and relaxing

We so enjoyed this comfy home! It is like visiting an old family member that makes you feel nostalgic. Plenty of room to spread out and find a cozy spot. The deck is great and wonderful for an afternoon of lounging and relaxing or fishing from the dock. The sun room is so comfortable and you feel like you are in a boat because you are so close to the water. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the view is everything you want it to be. Ms. Jennings is responsive and quick to help! We will certainly be back again very soon!

Like stepping back in time..

We have stayed in 11 different cabin/lake homes over the past few years. Some were very upscale and some were not. This lovely large lake home by far.. has been our favorite. Once we arrived it was as if the rest of the world and ALL OF ITS MESS, simply disappeared. We loved the entire piece of the very private and secluded property as did our Sadie Pie! She had such a good time with the water and chasing the squirrels. Our hostess was terrific in answering all of our questions about the area. The weather by most peoples standards was terrible.. Cold, windy, freezing, rainy and to top it off SNOW! We loved it! I am not sure how Susanna pulled off our weather but we thank her! Her little part of Alabama heaven is so centrally located to so many of the surrounding cities. As it turned out that was good and bad.. Good in the fact that we were not more than an hour from several cities. Bad that we were not more than an hour away from several cities which had several thrift stores! So many in fact that we had to rent a small Uhaul trailer to take it all back to Florida. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Susanna and thank you Alabama for all of your kindness! Christmas get away

This property was all that we were told in description it would be! It was the perfect get away to spend Christmas Eve and day. Although we didn’t get outside much due to the weather, this place would be even more enjoyable in better weather I imagine. We really enjoyed the views from the sunroom and kitchen of the lake and the birds. The only complaint I have would be that the mattress in the upstairs bedroom is way to soft and I wasn’t able to sleep on it. Overall, we had a great time and would love to visit again!

Peaceful and private refuge

This property is very spacious and exactly as advertised. It’s the best stocked home we have ever stayed in as far as kitchen cooking supplies and bedding. We took our two large dogs who are older and it was perfect. The sunroom is fabulous. This place is only about 30 minutes from Little River Canyon falls and about 50 minutes from Desoto Falls. We are at Decks and Docks and it was good. There were mixed reviews online but it was good food food and service. You won’t be disappointed if you rent this place. It was a perfect place for some much needed down time.

Cleanest vacation rental ever

This is the cleanest vacation rental I've ever stayed in, very important during a pandemic. Great views from the sunroom and deck make this enjoyable whatever the weather. Well equipped kitchen. Only suggestion, one bedroom could use a newer mattress. Overall, great stay.

Lake Weiss house Rental

This is a great place to stay. The views are great both morning an evening. If your looking for a quiet place to get away this is it. The owners are very helpful and take care of any problems that may arise during your stay.

Great getaway

Perfect place for our Covid vacation. Enjoyed the lake front view, incredibly clean cabin, and nearby hiking trails.

The original part of cabin was built by my Dad and some friends prior to Weiss Lake being filled in the early 1960's - so it's one of the original cabins on the lake. After my parents moved there full time the rooms up the stairs were added for a little more room. My dad passed away in 2007 but, my mom continued to lived there until the summer of 2019. I grew up on the lake and continue to live in Cherokee County, AL. My family and friend have shared lots of good times there - we all played on the lake and learned to water ski at very young ages. We were so small we learned behind an old wooden boat with a 30 hp motor. I hope the cabin will be a great place to visit and keep creating memories for years to come.

The cabin is located on year round water with no close neighbors and very private. Bay Springs Marina is just a few miles away - If your looking for a boat ramp or maybe a fishing guide. There are also 2 public boat launches on the causeway between Centre and Cedar Bluff (about 6 miles away).
