Wonderful stay!!! Will be repeats!!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Having the option to park in a garage in the shade is a bonus worth every bit of the extra cost! Being on the first floor was much easier to access the beach and the pools by just using the stairs, which is amazing! Having an ice machine there was also excellent not having to run to the store. The splash pad for the kids was very useful. Any of the staff we ran into were pleasant and helpful. The indoor pool was a relief from being out in the hot sun.

Excellent time and condo

The condo was very clean. The host was very responsive to my message about issues and took care of all of our needs. The location was amazing and very convenient with my 2 children. I would def recommend this condo and would rebook it again. Only complaint I would have but doesn’t really have anything to do with the actual condo. The door leading out of the building was very loud and would slam. It was very loud and it was right next to my children bedroom. I did point it out to the front desk lady and maintenance was supposed to look into it.

Loved the condo but not a fan of the phoenix v

The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated with an amazing balcony that we ate all of our meals on. It wasn’t overly packed full of furniture like we feel most condos are. I wish there were more rugs so I didn’t have to use my towels to wipe the sand off my feet, the floors stayed very sandy but that’s normal for beachfront condos. The Phoenix V needs improvement. Someone threw up in the pool and they fished it out with a net, threw some shock in the pool and let everyone back in within an hour or two. The splash pad stayed full of kids too big for it and they would bully the smaller kids. I spent too much time defending my children and having to move them back and forth from the overcrowded pool to the splash pad. The beachfront chair service was wonderful. The parking passes are extremely expensive in my opinion. We frequent the beach and just feel for the amount we paid for the condo and the overcrowding, the parking fee was ridiculous. Liquid life was very responsive in all concerns we had throughout our stay.

Great condo

The condo was clean! One of the two blue swivel chairs is broken. The owners may not be aware. The patio is huge and has great patio furniture! We ate breakfast out there every morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. My mom has hip issues so this was a great spot, without her having to do a lot of walking. Overall we would definitely stay at this same unit again.

The Perfect Condo

We absolutely loved this condo from the moment we stepped through the doors. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. We loved being on the 1st floor and not having to take the elevator. The balcony was huge and perfect for the rainy days we had. We would definitely stay here in the future!

Many issues

Anne was rude when we called when we arrived a few hours early. She said our condo was not ready. We sat in our car for 3 hours- no one ever came out of our condo for cleaning. I called back bc I knew our room was ready and spoke to a nice lady. She said we could check in but what the hold up was that the handle on the refrigerator was broke. She allowed us to check in and told us that the handle would be fixed. It was NEVER fixed the entire week. A week later when we checked out- still broke. The condo smelled horrible. We went the first night and bought 2 air fresheners. The air vents on the ceiling were extremely dirty. Behind the door there was green and blue and it looked like mold.

Great stay overall

Overall we had a great stay. The splash pad and pool were fantastic! The only downside was the cleanliness of the condo. The fridge door was broken and the air vents looked very dirty. Apart from that, we loved it!

From Boston to OB

We traveled to OB from Boston, after a stop in Tuscaloosa to visit UA for our daughter. We had never been to Orange Beach before and had relied heavily on VRBO for our stay. Our first impression of the building was great - location was close to restaurants and Publix, and the view of the beach was great! Our unit had a large outdoor area and was in line with both the pool and beach. HOWEVER, although the listing said there was a “for purchase” parking pass, it failed to mention the pass was $55. Outrageous. Then, we assumed the owner would have beach chairs as it is a unit on the beach - we were wrong to assume; the unit had no chairs. The property charges $45 a day for 2 flimsy chairs. I thought that was equally as outrageous as the parking. The most disappointing part was being alerted that our unit was not rented for the last night we were there and although we couldn’t stay the whole night, we asked for a TWO hour delayed departure. We were flatly denied, and told that it was peak season. There were never more than 6 people at the pool at a time and the parking lot was never full, so “peak season” was a surprise to us. Then, at 10 am on the morning of our departure, a representative from the management company was letting himself in as we were departing! We (I) was very disenchanted w/having someone there as we were trying to leave - it wasn’t a good look for the company. The unit itself is very nice and comfortable for families or couples. We will likely not go back

This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Was very clean, had everything needed. Was easy to access and 1st floor. Would like to stay here again. However, at least one parking pass should be included. Maybe could see charging for a 2nd one. I also did not have Liquid Life as being the one to book with and did accumulate extra charges that I was not aware of until bill came in. Those things would have been nice to know ahead of time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time staying at Phoenix V in this unit. It is our favorite as unit 110 has a large covered balcony/porch, great Gulf view, and easy-no elevator-access to the pool and beach. One issue came up with our stay and compliments to Liquid Life on handling it. When we arrived we soon discovered the AC wasn't working with the furnace blower unit literally frozen. Texted Liquid Life and a maintenance person was there within a couple hours. The repair was completed the next day.

Condo is nice and clean and updated! Very light and airy. I have a long list of positives including the most important-great location within the condo. Only negatives are the mattress and bedding quality. They can really use an upgrade. But otherwise, we enjoyed our stay! Thank you 110!

Beach Bachelorette Trip

We had a great time. The property was big enough for the 6 of us. The beach was right there and easy to get to. Check in was a breeze. I did not love that I didn't realize parking was $50/car and we could only have 2 there. The balcony was very large. There could have been more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for our stay, but that was an easy fix. Overall, we had a great time.

Great location

Our favorite part of this condo was the convenience of staying on the first floor with no need to wait in the long lines for the elevators at the end of a beach day. Everything was as expected. We had a great time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was perfect ! Loved being on the 1st floor, no elevators to contend with ! The only disappointing event was that housekeeping came as we were walking out, we left some things in the dryer and called . I was told the items were not found. So unless he didn’t check the dryer as part of his duties, he should have found them - also I think $50 for parking is high - at least 1 space should be included

Nice girls trip

Check in was delayed by an hour. Beds were comfy. Necessities were all there. Property was noisy in the morning due to the pool guys so if quiet coffee on the balcony is the plan, don't count on it. Beach is closer than most. We would visit again, just not on the first floor of this condo.

Great location- Customer Service Terrible

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visit Orange Beach 1-2 times each summer and absolutely love the area. Phoenix resorts typically do not disappoint. We’ve stayed at most of them over the years and V is in a great location. The unit was outdated but within expectations of what we rented. The first floor location was fantastic and easy access to parking/lobby and beach. Little to no elevator use needed for this unit. We are extremely disappointed with our overall visit sadly. When we arrived in the unit, it was immediately apparent that the guest before we arrived smoked cigarettes heavily in the room for their stay. The entire condo smelled of smoke our entire stay. It was awful. We addressed it right away with Liquid Life. They sent someone the same day to spray a solvent that was supposed to take away the smell. It did not work at all. We contacted them again that night and the next morning without response via phone, vrbo message and e-mail without response. We called again and spoke with an agent at the office. She was rude, seemed annoyed that we were asking for assistance. We asked for a air purifier system to be put in room. These can be found at the local hardware store for less than $100. They refused to do this and instead sent another guy with a deodorizer spray back to the room. We aired out the condo daily in an attempt to control the odor but it made little difference. We are home now and are having to wash everything we brought due to the smoke smell. It’s outrageous that this was not handled and I will never rent with Liquid Life again and absolutely not recommend them to friends and family. We traveled with a group of 12 other baseball families who will also not be using these services again due to poor service. The Phoenix V is wonderful but Liquid Life is the issue here so do not rent from them if customer service is important to you.
