Brisa de la playa! Increíble familia amigable Beach House! Se admiten mascotas también!

¡Nuestra casa de playa le permite tener todas las comodidades de un hogar en la playa! Con 3 dormitorios, 2 baños completos, una ducha al aire libre, con mosquitero en el porche delantero y el patio trasero que permite el acceso a Silver Lake, es un excelente lugar para divertirse y relajarse. Ubicado a 3 cuadras de la playa y el paseo marítimo (a unos 10 minutos a pie o 5 minutos en bicicleta). Disfrute de todo lo que Rehoboth Beach tiene para ofrecer a una corta distancia a pie de Rehoboth Avenue, que ofrece muchas tiendas y opciones de comida increíbles. O con un corto trayecto en coche, puede disfrutar de los establecimientos libres de impuestos, el golf, el minigolf y el famoso parque acuático Jungle Jim’s.

El espacio

Relájese en nuestra sala familiar de concepto abierto con televisión por cable / televisión inteligente e internet inalámbrico. Las puertas de vidrio del patio conducen a nuestro enorme porche con mosquitero, donde puede sentarse y relajarse o disfrutar de una agradable comida familiar. Nuestra cocina comedor está totalmente equipada con platos, vasos, cafetera, tazas de café, ollas, sartenes. Hay 3 dormitorios grandes con camas cómodas (un rey en el dormitorio principal n. ° 1, un rey en el dormitorio n. ° 2 y 3 dobles en el dormitorio n. ° 3). Hay 2 baños completos recientemente renovados. Nuestra casa tiene una cubierta trasera que conduce a la propiedad del parque y Silver Lake, y a un sótano sin terminar con lavadora y secadora y una gran ducha al aire libre. El sótano también almacena muchas sillas de playa / juguetes / sombrillas para su uso. Y para aquellos que disfrutan de una aventura al aire libre, nuestra casa también ofrece 2 kayaks y chalecos salvavidas para usar en Silver Lake.

Great stay at this wonderful house. It is the perfect location with a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants and shopping. The host was really responsive and helpful. We had a rainy day and enjoyed sitting on the screened in front porch watching the rain. Highly recommend this house.

Great kitchen gear. Quiet neighborhood. Wonderful park backyard. Kayaks were great to have. Beds were big and very comfy. Parked my car and didn't move it for 5 days, walked everywhere! It was great, a real break from the rat race.

I have stayed at this propety multiple times before but I've been unable to visit for the last two years due to my late husband's illness. As bittersweet as it was to come as a widow, this property still feels like coming home. It is very comfortable -- well appointed with everything you need to settle in.The large well furnished screened-in porch immediately became my small dog's favorite spot (its mine as well). I ate most meals on the porch and its a great spot to read.I also love the combination of traditional beach cottage with updated kitchen and baths -- its the perfect combo. The whole property is very clean.The owner is excellent at communication -- very prompt and friendly. Check-in was very smooth. Perhaps the strongest thing I can say is that I've already booked the cottage for next year.

We loved the location of this house and it was very well equipped from kitchen supplies to bikes and beach chairs. We have rented within a block of the beach in the past and my only concern was that this was a little further from the beach than we were used to...but the bikes and close proximity to town more than made up for that. Would definitely return! Also loved the spacious front porch.

Beach House

Very welcoming and thoughtful beach house for visiting Rehoboth Beach! The location is wonderful and in a safe and walkable neighborhood. Would definitely recommend Beach Breeze!

Great house and perfect location!

Rehoboth in the offseason is great and so is this house. It's an easy walk downtown for dinner and an even shorter walk to our favorite section of beach. House has plenty of room and everything to make you feel at home. Our pup enjoyed her 4th Rehoboth trip and the great oorch was her favorite spot, and ours. Cant wait to return.

Perfect location, lovely home

4 adults, two pups had a wonderful 3 day weekend at this beautiful home. Kitchen better stocked than my own. Comfy furniture and great TVs with all the channels! Bikes and beach chairs galore. Beautiful front porch and lovely view of the lake in back. Easy walk to beach and boardwalk. My only complaint is the height of the two king size beds, higher than my waist which made it hard to get in and out of. Otherwise, perfect.

Beach Breeze

My family of four stayed at Beach Breeze with our pup. The house is in an excellent location within walking/biking distance to town and the beach. The house provided plenty of room, comfortable beds and a terrific front screened in porch. It also came with beach chairs, bikes and kayaks for our use. The host, Whitney, was very responsive to our questions prior to our stay. We highly recommend staying at Beach Breeze.

Let's Do It Again

We think the highest compliment from guests is to say that they liked a place so much they want to return. Well, we've already booked another week for next summer. Whitney was an excellent host. Had a cleaning problem that owner quickly resolved. Well appropriated and excellent location. House is very musty but got better after airing out a few days.

Quiet, wooded get-away

It's always a challenge to find a place that lets you bring your pooches. We were happy we found this place in a quiet corner of Rehoboth off Silver Lake. The house is a great size with a breezy screened in front porch, deck off one of the bedrooms, and walking distance to everything Rehoboth has to offer. We really appreciated the bikes and beach equipment that added even more fun to our stay. Wendy was very responsive to any questions and a great house.

Nice quiet location, close to everything

The house was the perfect size for our family of 4 and dog. It was on a quiet street and spent a lot of time in the large screened in porch. We walked and biked to the beach and local restaurants daily, and at times just drove our car down and parked a little closer using the provided parking pass. The included amenities were very helpful like the beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, and the bikes. That saved us a lot of room in the car. We even took the canoes out a couple of times. We explored the area with quick trips to Lewes and Dewey beach. It’s an easy quick drive or 20 minute walk to Dewey to let the dog play on that beach in the mornings or evenings. Wi-Fi worked well for us to work remotely a couple of the days and laundry appliances were useful. Host was always quick to respond whenever we had a question. Would recommend to stay.

Beach Breeze

We stayed at Beach Breeze with our two dogs and it was a wonderful experience! The cottage is fabulous and would comfortably house two small families! It was perfect for our trip. The beach is an easy walk - far enough to tire out the pups but not too far to make the trip twice a day. Very well appointed, a quiet neighborhood and just cozy. We may have to make this an annual destination!

Amazing Beach Home

This is a great home - fully capable kitchen, comfy beds, and a lovely screened in porch. We spent hours relaxing on the porch drinking coffee with a peaceful breeze. We managed to pick a weekend where there was a tropical storm, and we still enjoyed the trip in part because of the pleasant home owners and house. We would definitely stay here again. Awesome neighborhood.

Fantastic place!

This is our second time staying here. We absolutely love it. Location is great in South Rehoboth very close to Silver Lake. Beds in all 3 bedrooms are very comfortable. Very nice kitchen and spacious living and dining areas with comfortable furniture. Highlight of the place is screened front porch! Spent a lot of time sitting there enjoying everything. My daughter dog Remy especially loved it. We hope to return again soon.

Fabulous location. Amazing screened porch.

Loved this house! If we weren't at the beach or strolling through town, we were on the screened porch. So relaxing! The house is VERY well equipped. Has pretty much everything we needed, even things we didn't know we needed.
