Great stay!

Beautiful house on a canal in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Robin was great to work with and took care of our stay. I’d definitely be back!

Excellent vacation home

We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful home. The canal had Manatees, stringrays, lots of fish. The pool was just fabulous we really didnt need to leave. It was so relaxing. We definitely will be booking again

Beautiful home great for relaxation

We spent a week here looking for a little relaxation. This house is in a great location with a wonderful outdoor area. The home owner was great to work with and very helpful. We will definitely be back.

First Time in Punta Gorda

Beautiful property. Oasis for senior couple like us. Great neighborhood, very quiet. Well supplied kitchen and amenities. Owner very responsive and personable. Would love to come back.

Quiet place for refreshment and vacation

From our arrival we appreciate clear communication from Robin who was more than ready to help answer any questions we might have. This was a great place for rest and relaxation with family and friends who were staying nearby. Our dog Lilly enjoyed sunbathing out on the lanai. We enjoyed the heated pool, playing games, and even had a chance to fish in the canal. The neighborhood was quiet which we like and the neighbors we met were also friendly.The kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals. Lots of sitting areas. Overall we had a great time and would certainly visit again.

Robin was a pleasure and the stay was peaceful.

Clean home, heated pool, fully stocked amenities/supplies to enjoy the home as well. The pictures match the home you will walk into. The neighborhood felt safe. We were comfortable to work and to play. You will enjoy your stay here.... book it. We hope to come back soon. :-) (Washer was not working when we got there, but Robin sent out an appliance repair man and did get it fixed and working fine for us.) Thanks Robin!

Beautiful Getaway!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Robin was great at making sure everything was perfect. The pool was super clean and furniture in Lanai very comfortable. Location of home has easy access to 41 and I-75!

Absolutely perfect!!!

This rental ranks at the top of our list. It is a beautiful home located in an outstanding subdivision. Everything you would want is close by. You couldn’t ask for a better host. She follows up from beginning to end to make sure your stay is perfect. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested and hope to go back again sometime in the future.

Es ist ein fantastisches Ferienhaus mit einem schönen Pool in ruhiger Nachbarschaft! Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir zum urlauben und entspannen brauchten. Robin war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit, sollten wir noch einmal in der Gegend sein, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder hierher.

This is an amazing property! Quiet neighborhood close to everything, the beds were comfortable, and Robin the owner was a phone call away. This was our 3rd VRBO rental & by far the best! We can’t wait to stay here again! Our son lives nearby, so we definitely want to stay again.

Wonderful getaway

We stayed here from 08/21/2020 through 08/28/2020. The residence is in a beautiful well-kept neighborhood just a short drive from the airport. The owner of the property contacted us upon arrival to walk us through getting to the property and turning off the cameras so that we would have complete privacy. The residence is equipped with all the comforts of home to include; a strong wi-fi connection, cable television, cookware, cleaning supplies, etc. The pool is amazing and the canal behind the residence is a great place to kayak with the manatees.

House was better than the pictures! .

Pool and Lanai were fabulous! Great view of the water. Neighborhood was quiet and relaxing.Great location.Owner was wonderful, very welcoming.House was clean had everything that we needed! Great vacation and will stay again.

Water Access

Clean, well equipped, vacation rental. The water access was nice. It was about a 20-30 minute ride through minimal wake zones to get to open water. The boat lift was well suited for a boat under 25 ft. There were several cameras located outside and inside the home (including the pool area). There was a switch labeled cameras on and off. My preference would have been to be notified of the cameras in the listing as it may have impacted my booking decision. Overall, it was a good stay and the owners were friendly.

Great location!

Everything we needed plus more in a location that was perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool and fishing in the canal and we loved the spacious layout of the house equipped with all our needs. Could not of asked for a better rental! Robin was open and friendly, and very easy to communicate with. We cannot wait to go back!
