Lindo y pequeño nido con vista, WIFI gratuito, aire acondicionado, terraza en el corazón de Piran

Sun and the Sea Apartment es el único en la casa con terraza. Para el apartamento hay 44 escalones, es pequeño (solo 20 m2), pero está muy bien equipado y cada cm se 'usa' para su comodidad. La mayor ventaja de este apartamento es una bonita terraza (12 m2) con mesa de comedor, sillas cómodas, sol umberla. Sun and the Sea Apartment Piran fue primero renovado y amueblado para nosotros, los propietarios, por lo que es lo más cómodo posible. Bonito dormitorio pequeño con cama de matrimonio (160 x 200 cm) está separado de la sala de día. Si habrá 3 de ustedes, la tercera persona puede dormir en la sala de día en un sofá cama muy cómodo (90 x 200 cm). Sun and the Sea Apartment Piran tiene aire acondicionado, TV LCD con 120 canales que también se pueden ver desde el dormitorio y una conexión a Internet (internet por cable y WiFi gratis) para los días sombríos. Queridas damas: la cocina es muy linda y está recién amueblada. :-)

El Sun and the Sea Apartment Piran se encuentra en el edificio de apartamentos Kristina, que se dice que es la casa más antigua de Piran y está bajo el cuidado y la preservación de los monumentos. Puedes identificarlo con una exuberante palma alta frente a ella. Además de las paredes exteriores, fue completamente restaurado en 2004, equipado con muebles nuevos y aire acondicionado para que no haga calor en los días calurosos ni frío en los días fríos.

Este es nuestro segundo apartamento de vacaciones, tenemos mucha experiencia con los huéspedes, viniendo a Ljubljana en los últimos 9 años (3 apartamentos en Ljubljana, 2 aquí en Piran en la misma casa), aunque algunos de ustedes no podremos encontrarnos ya que vivimos 1,5 horas en coche. Great property and location in the heart of Piran. Had to watch for the sloped ceiling as you can hit your head. Otherwise would stay there again.

Piran ist eine wirklich tolle kleine Stadt. Es hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist klein aber hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wichtig zu wissen ist, das man mit Auto nicht bis an die Unterkunft kann, sondern mit Gepäck über Kopfsteinpflaster laufen muss. Gut wenn man einen Bollerwagen oder andere Karre dabei hat. Piran ist fast Autofrei. Zum Ausladen kann man ein Stück in die Stadt reinfahren, kostet 6 die Std !!! Man muss Ticket sichtbar ins Auto legen. Sonst gibt es ein Strafzettel.Man kann nirgendwo sein Auto kostenlos parken. Günstigster Parkplatz ist in Fiesa, ein Schotterplatz und Straße runter. 18 pro Tag über EasyPark App. Dort ist ein Strand mit Wiese am Campingplatz. Dadurch ist ein WC da, Pizzeria, Eis usw.Tagsüber ist deshalb Parkplatz sehr voll. Abends kein Problem, dann ist genug Platz. Am besten Strandsachen im Auto lassen ( Liegen, Sonnenschirm usw) da man bis zur Unterkunft sind es ca 20 min Fußweg.Am letzten Tag haben wir den Strand in Strunjan entdeckt. Der war richtig toll. Mit Schattenplätzen unter Pinien, Duschen, Inseln im Wasser und mit Badeaufsicht.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Piran. Alles ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar: Hafen, Meer, Stadtmauer, Tartiniplatz. Enge Kopfsteinpflasterwege, mediterranes Flair. Man hat das Gefühl, mittendrin zu sein. Von der Dachterrasse aus blickt man auf die Dächer der umliegenden Häuser. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht für einen Kurztrip.

Kleine Wohnung mit Terrasse

Das Apartment liegt im Zentrum von Piran, sehr zentral. Es ist klein, aber es gibt genügend Möglichkeiten zum Verstauen von Sachen. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne große Terrasse. Leider waren das Bad und die Küche sehr angeschmuddelt. In der Dusche ist Schimmel. Der Boden und die Treppe in der Wohnung waren sehr schmutzig.

Excellent apartment in great location.

We loved this apartment. It was small but very well designed. The terrace was a bonus and we enjoyed meeting Ziga beforehand. Would highly recommend it. Particularly appreciated the detailed info provided by Mirjam in her emails. Thank you Mirjam and Ziga for a unique and memorable stay.

Very nice!

I stayed in this apartment at the end of June. The apartment is located in the center of Piran and you can quickly reach the sea, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped and have a beautifull terrace, because is in the middle of the roof and this makes it particularly fascinating.During the holiday I did not need the car, everything is immediately reachable, the town is full of resources and restaurants around have great fish!

Tastefully appointed roof top apartment in heart of Piran

I stayed here with my wife and teenage daughter for 3 days in July. We loved the apartment and the views of the rooftops and Church of St George from the terrace. We took mornings swims along the waterfront and enjoyed wandering around the streets and squares of Piran and walking along the coast. We used the bus for a local trip and a car to explore further afield. We plan to return at another time of the year as the climate is quite gentle and there is more to explore.

Wonderful apartment in beautiful historic town!

The owner, Mirjam, was VERY honest about the shortcomings of this apartment. Yes, it is small, yes it is up a lot of stairs, and it is not easy to access! However, it is clean, well furnished, it has good facilities including WiFi, it is very near to a market and shops, and above all the lovely roof terrace which was hard to leave! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would wholeheartedly recommend both the apartment and Piran! And don't be put off by the unusual booking system; Mirjam takes your booking on trust, and you have to trust her to honour it and give you the access arrangements on arrival. Mirjam clearly takes pride in her property, and she (and her family) are very likeable. Piran itself is beautiful, with lots of narrow lanes to explore, a charming seafront, and interesting Venetian architecture. A gem! It is also a good base to explore the area. Croatia is but 15 minutes drive; we visited Pula and Rovinj, both recommended. Trieste in Italy is just 45 minutes drive away, again well worth going to. Nearby Koper and Izola (both on the Slovenian coast) are also well worth a visit. The local fruit and vegetables are wonderful, as is the wine from the Koper wine region! English and Italian are widely spoken in the town and the area. It is about 2 hours drive from Ljubljana Airport, and could be reached easily by public transport. Cars are not permitted in most of Piran, so you have to use the multi-storey car park on the edge of town. Free buses ply between the main square and the car park. There are also plenty of local buses to nearby towns.

Lovely and comfortable appartment

We had a wonderful and relaxing week in this small but comfortable home in a worth seeing little old town at the shore of the beautiful mediterranean sea. It is just perfect for a couple. The service was great, thanks to the lovely owners. Most of all we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace in the morning shadow.

nice, cosy apartment in beautiful Piran

We've been to lovely Piran many times. This apartment was one of the nicest and most comfortable places we stayed at. It is located in the atmospheric and charming old town in a fully renovated old town house. The apartment is small, but very well equipped and has everything advertised, including a portable induction cook field that can be used on the terrace. We liked the central location - easy to find, near Tartini Square, a few minutes distance from the sea, cafes, bakery, market and food store are in a few meters' distance - great for getting croissants, fruits, vegetables... for breakfast on the comfortable terrace!! The apartment has no sea view, but its terrace is amid the roofs of the old town, which is a very nice view! Though central, this part of Piran is quiet. The kitchen is small, but has everything one needs. For non-cookers, Piran has very good restaurants!! The owners are very professional, helpful, and friendly. They provided us with valuable information, e.g. concerning parking around Piran (no cars in Piran), places to go, etc. They don't live in Piran, but are constantly available via phone, if questions or problems should occur. Paying is arranged 1,5 hours away from the apartment, in Ljubljana, which was perfectly o.k. for us. The meeting point was easy to find, the meeting itself was pleasant. We rented the apartment for a very good price and highly recommend it!!

Cosy and Cute – perfect for 2 and a half :-)

We have spend a lot of our summer holidays in Piran, so we knew how difficult it will be to find a nice apartment with a separate bedroom and a terrace in the center. Luckily we found this one! The apartment is comfortable, clean, very cute and perfect for families with a little child. Our daughter is 2 years old and enjoyed it as well as we did. The terrace is beautiful and big, very sunny through the day and cosy in the evening and the only lack is the missing sea view (and it takes only a 5 minutes walk to the Punta to watch the sunset :-) If you are not in cooking, you have several very good restaurants nearby. We can really recommend this apartment for a beautiful stay in the beautiful Piran!

Ziga (44 yrs) is mechanical engineer, he is technical director in a company which produces professional kitchens for hotels, schools,... I, Mirjam, (38) work in marketing on catholic radio station (on maternity leave). Renting out the apartments is our “after-job work”. This is the only property we have in Slovenian Istria, but we have "some more" in Ljubljana. :-)

We are blessed with 4 healthy and vital kids: daughter Marusha (6 yrs), Lovro (Lawrence - almost 4 yrs) and twins Jerca and Jost (born on March 23rd 2015). Yes, we have busy days ... and nights ... :-)
