Dear guests,

Our Bed & Breakfast is located just steps from the beaches and local restaurants, in the heart of the city's historic center. It is a residence that will allow you to breathe in the scents of the past, an ancient house where historic charm blends with modern comforts.

Breakfast, with delicious hot drinks (such as cappuccino, coffee, milk, and tea) and fresh drinks (such as fruit juice), is kindly served directly in your room or on your private patio between 7:30 and 10:00 am. You can enjoy delicacies such as Ligurian focaccia, brioches, bread, jam, and Nutella (pre-packaged).

Guests staying with us can take pleasant strolls along the shopping streets, admire the creations of our artisans, enjoy the magnificent local views, and discover the local flavors through the numerous food and wine trails. They can participate in cultural events and unmissable exhibitions, and lose themselves in museums and exhibition spaces.

Near our Bed & Breakfast, you will find culture, sports, leisure, shopping, events, and relaxation—everything that enriches a vacation. Our property is perfect for travelers who will feel right at home, whether traveling for business or enjoying a romantic getaway in a quiet and private setting.

Our guests enjoy a private bathroom, patio ,air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, fridge , daily cleaning , indoor bike storage, heated rooms in the winter and the freedom to enter and exit independently

There is no elevator or TV. There are two flights of stairs and internal stairs. Not recommended for little children or elderly guests.

Wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr herzlich begrüßt und mit dem Gepäck unterstützt! Die Wohnung ist aufgeteilt in zwei Abteilungen, für uns passte das super. Die Klimaanlage ist da, kann/darf aber nicht selbständig gesteuert werden. Nach Aussage der Vermieterin seien die gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen 24-25 Grad voreingestellt. Sie kam auf Nachfrage direkt und stellte sie runter, nachdem wir über das Babyphone 28 Grad im Schlafzimmer feststellten, wir fanden das trotzdem etwas umständlich. Für Kinder gibt es vor allem den Strand und das Meer, darüber hinaus nicht allzu viel. Bei Regenwetter wird's also schnell langweilig. Das Städtchen ist super schön, alles ist von der Wohnung fußläufig erreichbar und es gibt viele leckere Bars, Restaurants und alle waren sehr freundlich. Es scheint eine Gegend zu sein, in der vor allem Einheimische Urlaub machen, wir haben ausschließlich Italiener:innen getroffen :)

Super zentrale Lage

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und wurden von Astrid hervorragend betreut. Das Ferienhaus liegt super zentral, es geht nicht besser! Da viele Treppenstufen im Haus zu bewältigen sind, geben wir den Hinweis, dass es für Familien mit Kleinkindern sowie bei Gehbehinderung nicht optimal ist. Für uns war es kein Problem, wir haben die Abende auf der Dachterrasse genossen.

Qualche giorno a Borghetto in tutta comodità.

Siamo stati molto contenti del soggiorno, per un motivo fondamentale: la casa era esattamente come descritta dall’annuncio, niente “sorprese”, era tutto come ci aspettavamo; l’elemento di forza è decisamente la posizione, davvero a un passo da tutto (mare, stazione, panetterie, supermercato). L’unica cosa che potrebbe essere un problema per qualcuno (non nel nostro caso) è che ha un po’ di scale da fare, perché ha tante stanze e si sviluppa in verticale, ma per il resto tutto perfetto. La camera da letto attaccata al terrazzo è stata la parte più apprezzata, molto luminosa e accogliente. Astrid è stata molto gentile, flessibile con gli orari e sempre disponibile per eventuali domande. Per chi vuole fare qualche giorno al mare senza doversi spostare è l’ideale, soprattutto per il prezzo che chiede!

Maison agreable, tres propre, pas de clim, mais ventilateurs. Il manque un four micro ondes. Tres proche de la mer, dans le centre historique, typique. Astrid est une hôte tres attentive avec les locataires.

optimaler Erholungswert in idealer Umgebung

sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wir haben zu viert in dem Haus gewohnt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gasse mit sehr liebenswerten Nachbarn. In ca. 5 Gehminuten ist man am Meer mit schönen Strandbars und Restaurants. Frühstück haben wir bei Gente di Mare eingenommen und zum Schwimmen/ Aperitif sind wir bei Bagni Torino gewesen. Bei bieten einen sehr herzlichen und aufmerksamen Service. Wir können mit bestem Gewissen und aus vollster Überzeugung das "Objekt" weiter empfehlen.

Stilvolle Unterkunft in altem Stadthaus

Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis! Großzügige gut ausgestattetes Haus mitten im alten Stadtzentrum. Leider ist borghetto nicht so schön wegen der vielen AppartementHäuser. Astrid ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Belle expérience

Nous avons apprécié de passer une semaine dans ce grand et typique appartement du vieux Borghetto. Tout était conforme à la description, Astrid la propriétaire nous a très bien accueillis et nous a fait confiance. La proximité de la plage a été très appréciée ainsi que les quelques commerces du quartier. En vacances avec deux petites filles adolescentes, nous avons apprécié de n'avoir la WIFI que sur la place à 30m et pas de télévision ce qui nous a motivés à profiter des jeux de société mis à disposition. Schöne Wohnung, Top Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön in der Altstadt von Borghetto, sehr nahe am Strand mit Promenade, mit Kleinkindern drei steile Treppen ist ein wenig heikel, kein TV/Radio und leider auch kein Internet.

La casa è bellissima, grande, organizzata bene, c'è tutto il necessario. Astrid è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile, e ci ha accolti con calore e cortesia. Torneremo di sicuro, ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene.

Super gelegene Altstadtwohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich und war mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet. Die Lage war super - in 5 Minuten am Meer, noch weniger Zeit benötigte man um am Morgen zum "Panificio" und "Maccellaio" zu gelangen. Die Altstadt (Centro Storico) ist sehr schön und lädt ein einen Espresso unter Italienern zu geniessen. Touristen sieht man sehr wenige, was uns äusserst gefallen hat. Die Leute sprechen auch fast nur italieneisch, was sehr angenehm ist, wenn man die Sprache beherrscht. Astrid war sehr offen und freundlich und wir können sie nur weiterempfehlen. Grazie mille, abbiamo goduto tanto le nostre vacanze. C&A

Perfekte Unterkunft

Es war die perfekte Unterkunft für unsere Ferien (2 Erwachsene / 2 Kinder). Die Zimmer waren gross und die Vermieterinn sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Terasse war super für das Nachtessen und am abend einen Wein zu geniessen. Auch die Nachbarn waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war schön, dass man das 'Italienische leben' so erlaben konnte. Der Strand ist 50 Meter entfernt von der Unterkunft (Schön für die Kinder). Zahlreiche Einkausfläden und der Beck waren in der Nebenstrasse. Ein guter service, den ich gerne wieder machen werde!

A relaxing break

Astrid is the most friendly and helpful owner we have met. She made arrangements to meet us and help us to park, she insisted on carrying our luggage up the stairs (there are a lot!), she showed us around and left a bottle of wine with plenty of tourist information in English. On our departure, she arrived to help us load our car. She felt like a family friend - thank you Astrid. The house is roomy - we only needed to use one half of it. We particularly liked stepping from our bedroom onto the rooftop terrace - lovely for breakfast and aperitifs! It is well equipped and Astrid had even thoughtfully provided soap in the two shower rooms. Borghetto Santo Spirito is not an international tourist destination. It is a small resort for Italian families. The old town is still inhabited by local people and the shops reflect that. The house is very convenient for everything - the beach is a five minute walk, the shops are around the corner and will provide all that you need. Although you cannot park your car in the old town, it was never a problem as there are car parks and spaces within a few minutes walk. Lots of nice places to visit by train or by car, especially Albenga and Noli. A very relaxing stay!

Das Haus liegt zentral in einer ruhigen romantischen Gasse in der Altstadt von Borghetto . Der Strand ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Auch Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bäckereien, Metzgereien, Bars und Cafés, Restaurants und Eisdielen findet man gleich um die Ecke. Das Haus selber ist sehr sauber und mit allem Nötigen und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Dazu hat die Vermieterin sehr viel beigetragen, die durch ihre außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit, Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft beeindruckte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen.
