I have stayed at several VRBO’s, this one is at the top of the list. Spacious, modern with great pool area. Other VRBO’s say they are close to this parks, this one actually is!!!

The kids loved the game room and used box everyday. We all loved the pool and spa. The open floor plan was excellent. The community pool and water park were a great addition.

Wonderful, safe area

Multigenerational family of 6… mimi, daughter, son-in-law and 3 boys (15, 8 and 6) had a wonderful time in this home. Although it was close to parks, the kids would’ve been happy to spend the whole vacation between the pool and the community water park and arcade. The house was very clean, the layout worked well for us and the beds were comfortable. It’s a stones throw to Walmart and restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Great Place to Stay

Great place to stay...close to everything, nicely appointed and nicely laid out. Pool is exceptional. Management company is the best we've ever dealt with. George and Sheila are fantastic hosts/hostess............everything we wanted. nine of us stayed for the week and two for the month. most comfortable. More serving dishes would be nice but I guess most people stay for a week. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great owner, great house!

The home itself was very nice and had everything we needed and then some! There is tons of baby/toddler equipment if you are traveling with little ones, lots of pots and pans and Tupperware, new appliances, and lots of linens. We had some minor issues during our stay and the owner was very responsive. Communication was so easy and she went out of her way to address any concerns we had. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing property, close to everything, best place ever

Check in was such a breeze with the property owner and the main gate check in. We felt very safe in Windsor Hills and the main building has lots of weekly activities for the kids plus the main pool and water slides are a bonus. The house was amazing, everything we needed was in the house, the pool and hot tub were great and was used every single day. Beds were great, lots of towels, it was the perfect place for our family of 9 to relax and take in all of our vacation. Quick response from the host whenever we had a question, we will be back again for sure. This property is so close to all the shops and gift shops, Walmart is a 2 min drive away, very good location!!

Family Vacation

We loved the house! It very nicely accommodated our extended family of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids ranging from age 10-5) plus 2 additional adults for 2 of the nights. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is great. Kids loved the game room and pool at the house. The house is a close 5 min walk to the club pool and clubhouse. Very close to Disney and Universal. My only recommendation for improvement would be better cooking equipment/stove. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Glad we made the decision to stay here!

Our family of 6 stayed here for one week in February 2018. We were very happy with our choice of accommodation. Upon arrival we found the house to be very clean and comfortable and it didn't take us long to settle in. The location is super close to the parks and Publix and Walmart were a very short distance for groceries. Booking arrangements made with Sheila were easy and she was very pleasant to deal with by emails. We only enjoyed the clubhouse pool on our last day and what a great day that was! The kids loved the pool, slide and showers were available for our use also. There were a few options on the menu to purchase for lunch. The house was stocked with lots of towels, dishes, pots and pans and everything you need. At the end of very long days of walking around the parks we throughly enjoyed the use of the barbecue and pool. We definitely would choose this accommodation again if we decide to visit Orlando in the future. Thank you Sheila for a wonderful week!

Well-maintained property close to Disney parks

The interior of this property was well-maintained, attractively (and neutrally) decorated and appeared as reflected in the provided photographs. The owner provided many household items such as dishes, pool towels, trash bags and some cleaning supplies. This property was also located extremely close to the Disney parks--it took us no more than 15 minutes to reach the Magic Kingdom gates. It is also close to many restaurants, a grocery store and a SuperTarget on Route 192. We did not use the community pool and clubhouse but these amenities appeared popular among other Windsorhill residents and guests. The only negative aspect of renting this property is the community check-in procedures, as it took almost 30 minutes when we first arrived to receive a gate pass. Some days the community check-in line was so long it reached the main road! However, we did not have any trouble with the community gates once we received our pass.

Excellent location, comfortable furniture, warm pool, lacking in some details

We love Windsor hills, and this home is located very close to the clubhouse, a short 10 minute walk to the water slides- we enjoyed them thoroughly. Have stayed at a few different properties at Windsor hills and this one was lacking in some details. Positives were comfortable beds and furniture, and a very warm pool with morning and early afternoon sun. Property owner was very quick to reply to concerns, but property manager was slow- took 3 days for them to deliver soap which was supposed to be in all of the bathrooms upon arrival. Dishwasher bottom rack was broken- functional but very frustrating- not sure timeline on getting that fixed. There were only 10 forks which is not enough for a 5-bedroom place, and no sharp knives in the drawer- we actually bought one and left it there so now there is one! A nice addition would be fans in each room (owner says she is working on this), the main floor master bedroom fan squeaks. The price is less than a few other places we have stayed, but maybe because of the lower price, it lacked some of the nicer details.

GREAT pool and lots of indoor family space.

First, the communication from the owner was great. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips to be able to get through gate security and into the house. This was our second time staying in the Windsor Hills development and it was great to not have any surprises when we arrived. The house presented very well outside and when we opened the door - just like the photos. Smelled clean and the first floor furnishings were attractive and welcoming. We had 3 adults and 3 kids during our stay. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The TVs/cable/internet (really good speed/service) were great (missing one set of remotes in a bedroom we did not use). Lots of comfortable family seating in the living room. The pool area was PRISTINE. Clean patio, perfectly heated water that did not smell strongly of chlorine, and lots of comfortable patio furniture.We spent hours out there. Pool maintenance came the third day of our stay, but did not get in the way. They also left the pool and patio sparkling again. The only reason this rental does not get 5 stars for our stay is that the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen maintenance was lacking. These rooms are great sizes and outfitted with what you need, but need some updating. Also, we planned to grill twice during our stay and purchased food for that purpose, only to learn that the gas tank on the grill was empty. When we called the maintenance company, we were told that they don't provide that service and that it is up to the renter to purchase gas and leave some for the next renter. That was disappointing and we ended up cooking inside. Regardless of the comments above preventing the 5 star rating, we would stay in this property again and would highly recommend it to friends/family.

Nice but needs repairs

We stayed for one week while attending Disney. The home is very nice however it needs some repairs that should have been taken care of before we arrived. The bathroom faucet in the detached bath downstairs is completely broken. Anytime my 5 year old daughter would turn the water on it came off in her hands which resulted in her yelling for us to come put it back on. The bed headboard in the one room is not attached to the frame at all. It is standing up about 3-4 inches from the frame which results in some banging when the bed moves. My husband tried to fix it but it clearly has been broken for some time and would need screws. The blinds going outside to the pool was broken and fell on my husband's head as soon as we got there. Also, the dish washer is in very poor condition and often left our dishes as dirty before we even used it. The bottom cleaned well but the top didn't. We didn't care for the "Please help the staff by starting the laundry before you leave." Yet, there is NO laundry detergent for us to do this. I am not going to the store and buying some just for this purpose. If there were detergent there we would have done so. It would have been nice if we had control of how warm the pool would get as it was not warm enough for us to really enjoy. Overall I would still stay there but wish that we didn't have to deal with these issues while staying there. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable.

This property met only some of our expectations, but was sufficient. In the kitchen, there is no pizza cutter available, a knife would suffice but the knives were all as sharp as a butter knife so it was a challenge. There was also no ice cream scooper, not a big deal we could use a spoon, but the quality of the silverware did not match the strength of the ice cream. Again neither of these a big deal, but honestly I would expect these two items to be readily available in even the least stocked kitchens. On to the biggest issue in the kitchen, the stove top. The right side of the electric range had one large and one small burner both individually controlled by their own knobs. However when turning the knob for the front right large burner, if you turned it on from high to low it turned BOTH burners on. If you turned in on from low to high it turned only the wrong burner on. This is a major safety issue. The in house game room. Again everything listed was present, the condition was sub-par. I brought my 7 and 4 year old so we were looking forward to using this room. The air hockey table worked, but the air supply was dismal therefore the puck barely glided. The game systems were all present but they were not hooked up properly, the memory was full and games could not be played, and there was a lack of working controllers. The bathrooms upstairs, the far one ran constantly, we tried pushing the flapper down, but it needs replaced. The toilet closest to the steps was a complete mess. Every time you flushed it the handle flew off and the flapper did not shut at all. We had to reassemble the toilet every time it was flushed. The water bill must be through the roof. One of the bathrooms on the first floor had a sink with a stuck stopper. We didn’t realize it before running water so we had standing water in the sink all weekend. The information binder has not been updated in several years because we spent a half hour looking for a recycling dumpster in the overflow lot that hasn’t existed for 2 years. Big issue, pool. We arrived and it was too cold for pool heat, um what? It couldn’t be turned on until Monday and the water wasn’t warm until Thursday. We left at 5AM Saturday. Pool heat was the one thing we communicated about ahead of time and the one thing that directly impacted our stay. Being from the northeast we use our pool/spa heat when it is cold so this made zero sense to me and we were very disappointed.

Just check out our availability calendar ,so many of our guests are repeat business, that really says a lot to us ,and possibly to you when deciding where to stay, there is nothing you need do more than arrive at the Villa and enjoy yourselves with no hidden extras anywhere to be found ,we use a key code for Home Entry and Simon & Alli the Management are only a phone call away

Just Added (2014) USB Ports to every room,and also Kitchen area,Which is very useful for charging phones and lap tops Etc and most Rooms Now Have SMART TVs instlled 2015 Also A Smart Tv has been installed on the Lanai at the pool area
