Nuestro acogedor apartamento de cuatro estaciones es perfecto para una escapada romántica para parejas, una expedición de compras con amigos a los puntos de venta y tiendas especializadas de North Conway, o unas memorables vacaciones familiares. Esta es una unidad de esquina de planta baja que duerme de 4 a 6 personas.

Tiene una ubicación central entre los pintorescos pueblos de North Conway y Jackson, con fácil acceso a todas las atracciones de la zona: Storyland, Cranmore, esquí y tobogán de agua de Attitash, Wildcat, Black Mt., Echo Lake, ríos locales y la pintoresca carretera Kancamaugus . Excellent views, everything you need!

We stayed at Joanne’s condo for four nights on a family ski trip and it was just what we were looking for. There was loads of space, the beds were comfy and a well stocked kitchen had everything you would need. It was great value compared to other options for the weekend we stayed and it was great location for skiing and going into town. The only unfortunate thing was a recent condo board decision meant we could not use the wood stove during our stay. We had been looking forward to the heat of the fire but I understand it is out of Joanne’s control.

Great two weeks. The unit was comfortable, clean and very well stocked. The views were postcard perfect with fun snowshoeing near the property. Joanne was responsive and accommodating. The only not glowing thing I would say is that it could use an updating. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant get away and hope to return.

Excellent Location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We skied at Cranmore and the condo was in excellent proximity to the mountain. Super convenient to be close to the mountain and close to town. The condo had everything we needed and was bigger than we we expecting. The beds were very comfortable, even the pull out couch, to our surprise. Hope to be back!

Very pleasant stay

We've stayed in this condo on several previous trips and we are always eager to return. The condo is beautifully situated with a patio view of the mountains for watching sunrises and sunsets. There is an excellent supply of books in case you don't want to watch tv on the new 50+ inch smart tv. Plenty of reading light is available. We were able to log into our various streaming services while we were there and keep up with our shows and sports. It's a short distance from the condo to the local grocery store, which has everything you need for a nice long stay. The owners, Joanne and Richard, are excellent communicators. We're looking forward to a future stay.

Amazing location and comfortable condo

We had a great time at Joanne and Richard's condo. Highlights included the view (sunsets, fog hovering in mountain valleys), heated pool (especially popular with my 3-yr old), and well-equipped kitchen. There are tons of games and books to keep you busy on a rainy day. We had a wonderful stay and hope to visit again next year!

Great family vacation spot

We had a wonderful vacation while staying on this property. The views from the condo were amazing. It’s a great location close to everything in North Conway. It was very well stocked with everything you could think of - even umbrellas. Would stay here again.

Had a great time here! Beautiful views and cozy space were perfect for our family. Very easy to get settled as well as pack out. Location is hard to beat with natural beauty and proximity to shops and restaurants. Would love to return here.

Christmas week with family

We had a lovely week in this condo in NH with our small children. Despite a lot of rain on Christmas which left little snow, we enjoyed skiing and lots of family time in the condo enjoying the AMAZING views. The views of the white mountains are breathtaking. We enjoyed morning coffee looking at the mountains as well as relaxing sunsets. Our children played endless hours of Monopoly as there are some board games in the kids room as well as looking through some of the books on the large bookshelf in the living room. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the tools that we needed to cook all of our meals. The owners were responsive to all of our questions prior to arrival. First floor made it easy with ski equipment with the kids. We look forward to our return to this condo this season! Thank you for sharing it with us.

Lovely home with amazing view

The Arnaud’s home is a beautiful space with a gorgeous view of Cathedral Ledge off the deck. The home is well equipped for the stay with plenty of towels and all the things you will need to cook meals and stay in a few nights. The pillows were a bit flat and only 2 per bed, so you may want to bring your own. The house was well kept upon our arrival. The pool was great and the heater was fortunately broken so the water was quite refreshing. The deck on the back has peeling paint so don’t venture out barefoot. The home had some board games for the kids to keep them busy which was great! The couches were comfy and the kids fell asleep on them almost every night! It was a very quiet, relaxing place to stay and we very much enjoyed it. The home stayed cool despite the hot temperatures outside and the fans helped keep it that way. The Arnaud’s provided all needed instructions and even a fantastic list of restaurants to visit. The keypad entry made the visit simple too! We will definitely stay here in the future!

Great Experience!

We stayed for four days and couldn't have had a better experience. The property is is in an ideal location and has everything you need to feel at home. The hosts are wonderful and made our experience very easy and welcoming. We would recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit the Mt. Washington Valley.

Weekend escape

Beautiful winter retreat

Our family of 5 enjoyed four nights in this lovely condo with easy access to N. Conway. Beautiful view and really nice property. Extra nice that we could bring our pup with us! The rooms were larger than the pictures appeared. With 3 teenagers that wouldn’t share a bed, we brought a cot and had plenty of room for it in one of the bedrooms. We also brought a large crate for our dog and had plenty of room in the master bedroom for that as well. The fold-out couch was used by one teen and it worked fine for her. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and everything was very clean! The washer and dryer were much appreciated for all the wet ski clothes we had! We definitely will be back!

Third stay at this property

We really enjoy staying at this condo. It is clean and well supplied with paper goods, towels, and mystery stories. We appreciated the new stove, washer/dryer, and big screen Roku tv. We didn't use the wood stove or grill. Neither of us is experienced with those items and didn't want to interrupt our stay with an unfortunate occurrence. This property is conveniently located to just about anwhere you would want to visit in the area. Parking is a breeze! The only difficulty for me was that the sofa and chairs are very cushy and low. With my arthritic knees (one recently replaced) I had great difficulty getting up from them. This may be a consideration for older folks, but not for younger ones, children, or pets.

Peaceful

We enjoy coming here every year. The view is amazing and the condo area is quiet and peaceful. We always meet good people on the tennis court or in the pool. We enjoy cooking our meals and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils. We also really like having the grill available too! The new washer/dryer, refrigerator, oven, and Ruko TV was a great addition this year, but it all comes back to the view! Best view out there!

Good location but dated

Good points include great mountain views, comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower and close proximity to town. However, unit is in need of general upgrades, from stains on carpet, uncomfortable sofas and vertical blinds that kept dropping panels. We also had the misfortune of having mice in the unit, leaving droppings on all kitchen counters.

Second stay here just as good as the first

This is our second stay at this lovely condo and we hope to come back again next year. It has everything we needed for a nine night stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee grinder, and any cooking equipment you need is right there. A market nearby supplied all our needs. We would stop by there on the way back from the day's activities and pick up whatever we needed for dinner. The condo is well lit, with reading lamps on both sides of the beds and lots of lighting in the living/kitchen area. Lots of books are available for that rainy day when you just want to stay in by the fire. The woodstove looks very sturdy and there is ample wood available, but being cityfolk we decided to just admire its appearance rather than risk smoking up the condo. (The individual room heat works just fine.) The view from the deck is just as pictured. The washer/dryer on hand is very handy. The owners are responsive to questions and a delight to deal with. Oh... the wifi worked quite well.

Great Stay

Lovely setting in the white mountains. The home was stocked with all of the essentials for the bath and kitchen. Only criticism would be the amount of hair from animals in previous stays and some cobwebs/dust build up.
