The Arbor House se remonta a 1903 cuando un ebanista suizo construyó estas casas de campo para él y su familia. Nos enorgullecemos de ofrecer a nuestros huéspedes una auténtica estadía en San Antonio. La nueva gerencia está entusiasmada y emocionada de brindar nuevas experiencias en el centro de SA. Convenientemente ubicado a una cuadra de La Villita y River Walk y a dos cuadras de Henry B. Centro de Convenciones González.

Su suite cuenta con un dormitorio con una cama queen y una sala de estar con un sofá cama de tamaño completo. Además, su espacio tiene su propio baño y área de cocina con microondas, fregadero, vajilla, refrigerador pequeño y cafetera.

Asegúrese de disfrutar de la zona del jardín y el patio con porche.

It was my second time staying at this perfect location for a conference. Close to everything. Very comfortable bed. Welcoming, fun decor. Lots of space. Great communication with the host. Had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend it!

Property was as advertised and in a great location. Easy check-in and check-out process. Parking was also convenient, but spaces are a little small if other guests are sharing the property. Would consider staying here again in the future.

Arbors on the River Walk…Simply Magnificent

Arrived at the quaint Blue House suite on Friday night. Walked over to Dean’s Steakhouse for dinner. Excellent food, atmosphere and vibrant and fun wait staff. Loved the suite. Very cozy yet contemporary at the same time. Excellent coffee left for us. We entertained a long time friend in the sitting room. It was a wonderful place to chat and reminisce about our younger days. Bed was very comfortable, area was extremely quiet and tidy. Everything was close by and many choice activities to choose from. Thought being so close to the River Walk that it would be noisy with non stop bustling. Very serene. Lovely court yard with a magnificent fountain. It was lit at night and it was completely charming. Layout of and amenities in the bathroom were so convenient. Makeup table with mirror, full length mirror and lots of light. The entire place was perfect. Much character and charm. Cannot wait to book there again!!

Wanted to love it but had some hiccups. First I never got check in information so had to wait outside for a while to be answered and let in. If you want any AC adjustments you have to let them know as there’s one unit per floor so hope that everyone wants the same temperature. He changed it quickly for us and we kept fans on hi. The building needs electronic lock access updates for sure. The regular key to get in and out kept jamming and I had to call to be let in. The door handles are old. Landscaping needs taken care of, bit over grown. Parking needs updates also. Manager was nice overall apologized for my inconveniences and inside rental was nice and supplied good amount of towels etc.

Beautiful Gardens & Cozy Cottage

Just 2 of us stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed it. The gardens out back were a beautiful place to sit with a cup of tea. Everything was clean, worked, and host replies fast. The only drawback for me was no microwave- only a mini fridge and coffee maker, so be prepared to eat out entirely.

Great location for us

Property was clean, comfortable and as described in listing. We appreciated how conveniently located it was in proximity to the riverwalk and local businesses (restaurants and shops) which we walked to. We wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

Blue House was a great spot for a weekend getaway with my spouse. It's in a convenient location—walking distance to the Riverwalk and easy to get to overall. As Dallas Stars fans, we would’ve appreciated larger TVs for watching the playoff games, but that’s a minor detail. Everything else was excellent. We’d definitely recommend it and would stay again!

Super Cute and Convenient

This place was great! We like to walk, a lot, and were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see. Riverwalk access is easily a 5 minute walk away and in the other direction there were come cute cafes and coffee shops we were able to walk to in about 8-10 minutes. The unit itself was quite and cute.

Very nice apartment. Clean and close to so many attractions. I had hoped for more of a kitchenette. The mattress may need replaced soon. The patio area was not ready for guests, but otherwise a very nice stay.

Loved the place. Very clean and comfy and extremely easy to get to the River Walk, restaurants, and historic venues by foot. The owner was very responsive to my messages and flexible with our needs.

Excellent accommodations and location

I stayed at this location alone during a conference at the Grand Hyatt which was about a 15 minute walk away (which I enjoyed through the nearby park). Outside the apartment was well lit which felt important because it did feel like I was just starting to get on the outskirts of the main action in the area. Cleanliness, decor, space, amenities all felt great. The bed was very comfortable. Location was excellent. I walked to the conference, to the River Walk, to downtown, to restaurants nearby and to the park with an awesome ice cream spot called Lick. It was a very fun trip! One note is the construction that is going on nearby. Another heads up, when people come in and out of the building, my locked apartment door would crash loudly, scared me the first time but then I knew what it was. First time to San Antonio. I will be back next year for the same conference and plan on staying here again!

Excellent Location and Price

I've stayed all over the riverwalk area, but this place is among one of my places. It's perfectly split between La Villita and King William, and it's on a quiet street. I plan to stay here again.

Quaint Downtown San Antonio stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much at this property. It was so quaint, clean, and well appointed. walking distance to many restaurants downtown, the Riverwalk, convention center, it was perfect for my husband and I during our two day stay! Would certainly book again!

Nice and convenient spot

It is exactly how it looks in the pictures - no problems with the property and very easy walk to the Convention center. The neighborhood is transitional, I don't recommend walking alone late at night. Keep your vehicle locked; I guess I didn't and it got rifled through, but no damage and nothing of value to take. Overall I still highly recommend this listing!

Great Place, Great location

Stayed here for a convention. Takes about 20 minutes to walk to the convention center & river walk. The courtyard is a nice place to have coffee or just relax. Highly recommended!!

It was… ok.

The place was charming and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was convenient, but there are a few negatives. The courtyard doesn’t look anything like the pictures. It definitely needs some work - dead plants everywhere, it was overgrown with weeds, messy and filthy. The listing lead us to believe we would have a balcony, which was one of the main reasons we booked this particular house, but it didn’t, so there was no comfortable place to relax outside and that was a big disappointment. The water pressure was very low so I recommend giving yourself some extra time if you have thick hair to wash. One of the main things we didn’t like was that the front and back entry doors and every guest room uses the same exact key, so someone could potentially walk into your room when you’re not there. There was a door chain, however, so at least we felt a little safer while inside the room. There were a few times we found the main entry doors to be unlocked. The host controls the air but responded right away when we arrived and told them the room was a bit on the warm side. They had no problem turning it down for us. All in all, if you’re just looking for a place to lay your head that’s within walking distance to the river walk, etc., and you don’t mind the other stuff, it’s a cool little place to stay. For us personally, we would’ve been more comfortable in a hotel but enjoyed experiencing something different.

Stay at blue House.

The location was convenient for seeing the Alamo & Riverwalk. We arrived after 10 pm. Security and or safety was a little concerning, because the vehicle next to where we parked, had its passenger window broken out. We did not have any issues.
