Everyone had their own space. The five year old cried when it was time to leave, she wasn’t ready to say goodbye to her cousins. Adults were able to sit and talk while the kids spent time outside collecting treasures on the shore.

We booked this home for a girls' trip, and it could not have been more perfect. There were three of us, and having three master suites was such a luxury-everyone had their own comfortable, private space.The living room was huge, open-concept, modern, and spotless, with plenty of seating for us to relax and hang out together. Everything felt updated, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed.It truly made our trip perfect. We can't wait to come back!

My family and I were extremely satisfied with our stay and the condition of the home and the dock! I honestly don't think I’ve staying in a cleaner rental- even the dishes and kitchen cabinets were spotless. I would highly recommend this property and we’re already considering booking again for next year.

Great location at Lake of the Ozarks. Rained all day Saturday but didn’t mind much because there were so many great spaces to enjoy indoors. Comfortable bedrooms. Wish we had time to enjoy all the great outdoor spaces.

Great place! The home was very clean. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and all have their own bathroom. The downstairs is one bedroom with 2 beds and a futon. There is also a bathroom downstairs. This area was great for the 4 teenage girls. Pullout couches up stairs in a very large living space. One pullout in a small room off the kitchen with a small table and bar. The ice machine was wonderful. Special accommodations made for checkout without charging us extra. This was a shining star for me. Room for parking for 2 trucks hauling bass boats and an SUV. There was plenty of parking and we were able to park our trailers on-site. There is also a boat ramp on-site. This ramp is shared with 2 other properties. The ramp and ability to park our trailer on-site was key for us as we always travel to the lake with our boat. Three boat slips on private covered dock with electric! Paddle board, kayaks, and floats available. A very large deck with ample seating. minimal amount of steps and can walk around to avoid stairs down small incline. Fire pit available as well as games. We travel to LOZ at least twice a year and have for several years. We have always chosen different locations trying to find the perfect fit for our needs. We will be returning to this one. We finally found the one that fits all of our needs.

Couldn’t have been a better spot for our get together! Water was calm off the dock which made swimming quite relaxing. There was a paddle board and kayaks for morning adventures and plenty of space for our group of 16 people. Host responded quickly to questions during our stay.

Wonderful week of relaxation

We had a lovely week staying at the house. There were 4 adults. It was a partial working vacation, and we found it very easy to find space for all 4 of us to work without impacting the others. Beyond the work side, the house was excellent. We enjoyed sitting on the dock. We had two boats, which were easily handled by the dock. A favorite activity was going to the far end of the cove and just floating. The cove was also solid for some short wakeboard runs. The ice machine was a home run, as we brought a margarita machine :) Speaking of the two boats, the property easily handled our vehicles and boat trailers. Having a boat ramp right on property was gold! There was also a covered space for one trailer and tuck and a gravel location for the other trailer. The location relative to the lake is solid. We boated to dinner a drinks a couple of times (Gators and Dockknockers), which is quite fun. I guess the summary was that it was very easy to stay at the house and have a relaxing time. We would definitely stay there again.

Fun Family Getaway in Ozarks

Took my family and parents for a long weekend to the Lake of the Ozarks. Great location in a large, protected cove close to H Toads and Shady Gators. Home was very nice! Very large kitchen with cooking supplies and big living area for the family to hang out in. There are TVs in almost every room in house. The property has a very large dock with three slips if needed and plenty for room for fishing and relaxing. Would definitely go back to this property in the future.

Beautiful House and Great Location

The property blew us all away with how impressive it was! So much space, beds, rooms, etc for all to stretch out. I would highly recommend this property to anyone spending a weekend at the Ozarks with friends, family, or any group!

Great Family Vacation Spot

The house was set up perfectly for our family reunion/vacation. The main living/eating area is perfect for large groups. We cooked all week and were able to be part of the family time. The deck and outdoor area was great! One of the reasons we selected this home was for how leveled the home and property was. We are traveling with a family member who has limited mobility. The single level of the main living spaces made it easy for joining the family activities. There were some small steps to navigate but wasn’t an issue for us. Such a nice area to visit and stay.The lake cove echoes and can be loud. The neighbors were quiet, we felt like we were the loud ones when talking and laughing on the patio outside. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again if visiting the area. The host was great, very kind, responsive and helpful.

Meet me in the middle

Great spot for a halfway meet with some Wisconsinites and Texans. Lots of sitting areas, plenty of places for cards, puzzles, eating and visiting. Master room gets a little chilly so add layers. Sometimes there is a stinky egg smell coming from the pipes- but run some water and that dissipates. Beautiful location, beautiful home, would love to come back sometime.

Nice lake house get away

The swim dock was the best amenity of the property along with the large deck. If you want a good night sleep however, look elsewhere. I could literally feel the coil springs in the bed and ended up sleeping in another room.
