¡Hermosa y tranquila parte de la comunidad en una comunidad de campo de golf con vista al campo de golf! Fácil acceso desde la interestatal. Fácil acceso a las tiendas y a San Agustín para hacer turismo y la playa está a unos 20 minutos. Genial para vacaciones familiares. Esta es una casa de dos pisos con otra casa disponible al otro lado de la calle para grupos que no pueden caber en una sola casa. Parrilla está disponible para barbacoa.

House needs upkeep. Carpets were dirty, bedroom upstairs has no smoke alarm and water on bathroom is reversed for the hot and cold.

Family Wedding

The property was the perfect size for our family. It was exactly as described in the listing. The location was very convenient to our wedding venue. Communication was good with the host. Unfortunately we could not ever get the coffee pot to work which was an issue for my 86 year old father who wanted his coffee in the morning.

Family Golf trip

Total of 9 family members stayed here for a golf getaway from January 12th through 17th. To a person, all were pleased and satisfied. Property was clean and spacious and fit all our needs. Would definitely book again for a return trip to area.

Nice, larger home in golf course neighborhood

This home has plenty of space for our group of 9 older women. The neighborhood was lovely and safe for walking.

Great location and value

Our daughter and family moved to St. Augustine in June and we wanted a place to stay while helping them move in. This property was perfect! It was 2 miles from their new home and had plenty of space so we could keep the kids over for a few days while the unpacking process began. The golf community neighborhood was wonderful! The backyard faces the golf course, what a view! Communication with the owner was no problem, we needed to extend our stay for 2 nights, that was done with ease. Great value! We can't wait to stay there again when we come back to visit!!!

Great place

I was a great house to stay with family. Neighbors were really nice. Neighborhood was a great quit. The only thing was TV in front room didn't work. Check out wasn't to clear of expectations. We are lucky we have stayed in other places. I would recommend staying at this place. Would also like to return

location, home, great. a few minor things need to be fixed, I have sent a list to the host and hopefully he will address them. he did not respond to my list or even say thanks. Nothing that would stop me from renting again.

Great for large families

We were in town for our son’s wedding at St. Johns Golf and Country Club. The house was super spacious and had more than enough room for the six of us. It was just a few minutes from the venue so it was very convenient. My only suggestion is to bring your own paper products. Some of the bathrooms had no toilet paper and there were no paper towels or extra trash bags.Besides that very minor inconvenience, everything else was great!

Nice place but communication with owner is lacking.

Four golfers staying in the house. Great location, clean and comfortable. Nice beds. Did not receive check in info until one and a half hours before check in. We traveled from out of state and were concerned that we may not be able to get in the house. Emailed, texted and called owner and was never able to connect. Thanks to VRBO who were able to communicate with owner we received the check in info. No info for WiFi, TV or check out one.

The biggest reason for the 3 stars is that I think the description intentionally leaves out additional fees. We had 12 people in our party and booked the house because it is listed as an accommodation for 12 people. There is a little blurb in the listing that says "charges may apply for additional people." We had 12 people and the listing is for 12 so obviously I didn't think this applied, as we had no "additional" people. I mistakenly did not pay attention when I made the first payment to the "extra host fees" and did not click on the drop down itemization. I figured the host fees were the service fee and cleaning fee. When I made the next payment I noticed they charged us 300 for "4 extra people." I messaged them and said we had 12 and there were no extras. The house manager said they charge for any extra people over 8. No where in the listing does it state and the house is advertised as a listing for 12 people. The only thing that mentions anything at all about extra people is what I mentioned above, which I did not believe applied because we did not have additional people. They offered to take off half of the extra person fee, but never did. I think this was intentional, otherwise why would you not clarify in the listing? Otherwise, the home was nicer than the pictures. Lots of space. Cleanliness was so so- the primary bathroom downstairs had not been cleaned and the toilet was very filthy and the carpets need to be replaced, but overall we liked the house and neighborh

Golf trip with the guys

Nice house on a golf course. All was good with some minor exceptions. The coffee pot was broken (wrong carafe) and we couldn’t get it to work. The owner did respond and provided a replacement. When we arrived, all of the garage cans were full and had not been put out for pickup. Probably not the owners fault. The owner did respond and it was emptied. One bedroom room (on the first floor) was a converted office/den. It had no bathroom. The user had to use the facilities in the other first floor bedroom.

Beautiful home terrible communication

The house was a perfect size for our large group that traveled down for a wedding. We loved the location, neighborhood and the community center. However, the AC was not working when we arrived and the owner eventually responded and sent someone to look at it but it still took an additional day to get AC in the house. We ended up having to go three days without AC and o e of the bedrooms was very stuffy. Also one of the bathrooms toilets was broken and the owner never responded to my texts about that. Some of the kitchen appliances listed do not work like the coffee maker so be ready.

St. John/St. Augustine

This property offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. There is an additional bedroom on the main floor, however, it does not have a full bathroom or a closet. New carpet on the stairs and upstairs and fresh interior paint could dramatically update and refresh this house. The property owner was very responsive to any request. Several minor maintenance requests (e.g. burned out light in kitchen) were quickly addressed. The location is convenient to I-95 and Mickler Beach is a 20-25 minute drive. Several excellent restaurants are nearby. The community has a fitness center and community pool with a kid's splash pad. The pool deck has several gas grills and a larger outdoor seating area. For a golf getaway, this house would be great since the back patio looks out on the South Hampton Golf Course and there are several other courses nearby, including TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach.

Graduation Gathering

The house itself is stunning. I'd say that is even better than the photos. There was plenty of space within the 3000plus square ft property. My issues are not with the property. I read the amenities list well before I came, even double checked it..The coffee pot on the property was not working and most of us expected to be able to have fresh brewed coffee in the morning, it's' a pretty basic appliance that is found in almost all rental situations. It wasn't working, so I reached out right away to the host who answered pretty quickly that we could use the one across the street, (which is apparently also his property) he gave us the code to get in. We retrieved that coffee pot and was able to make our cups of Joe. The next morning.... that coffee pot didn't work either. There was a coffee bean grinder mentioned in the amenities. I don't normally see this, so I was excited that they had one and that I wouldn't have to use mine. The was no grinder on site. The amenities also mentioned a blender, which we had absolutely planned on using, but there was also no blender....so we went out and BOUGHT one. My complaint isn't so much that they didn't have these things, it was moreso that they are listed as things that I would find on the property that were just not there. If there is no intentions of replacing these items, please do everyone a favor and remove them from the list. We did need to replenish our own paper towels and napkins ,as we did cook a lot.

HERMOSA CASA, EXCELENTE COMUNICACIÓN

Una casa muy bonita, amplia y limpia. Nos sorprendió y encantó que estuviera decorada de Navidad. Gene respondió todas nuestras dudas en minutos. Mi único comentario a mejorar sería el que arreglaran la cama king que está en la recamara a la entrada de la casa (recámara gris) pues la base está rota y que dejaran más papel de baño. Sin duda la recomiendo, tuvimos una excelente estancia. Muchas gracias,
