This villa, one of the oldest Bastides in the area, offers a breathtaking view over the wooded residential landscape. It was in this picturesque neighborhood that Marcel Pagnol himself used to pass through on his way to his vacation home in the hills he loved so much.
Located close to the protected Garlaban estate, our Bastide is a haven of peace, where historic charm meets comfort. The terrace, shaded by an arbour covered with vines and wisteria, is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the unobstructed view. Directly in front is the private swimming pool, lined with travertine and inviting you to relax and swim.

Inside, you'll discover several interconnecting volumes, creating a spacious, welcoming living space. The living room, study, dining room and open-plan kitchen coexist harmoniously, while plants, books and decorative objects bear witness to the history of its owners.

On the second floor, halfway up a half-level, you'll find a charming bathroom with bath and toilet. On the second floor, two bedrooms await you, with the large windows typical of Provencal country houses, providing plenty of light and an incredible view.

The second floor houses the bright master suite, with a small, rounded balcony offering breathtaking views. The adjoining bathroom, with its shower featuring parquet flooring, creates a unique ambience. A fourth bedroom with futon bed and velux window brings natural light and simple yet elegant decor.
