Lo mejor de Westgate Lakes es que está a pocos minutos de Disney. Si lo desea, puede quedarse allí y jugar al golf en miniatura, o ir en botes de remo, pescar, jugar al tenis. Great experience overall! The place does need some updating but location on the lake and lota of pools were fantastic

Great Place

If you are looking for something that has it all- this is definitely the property. Close to major attractions such as SeaWorld, Universal, and Disney. Conveniently located to grocery stores and the Orange County Convention Center. Tons of stuff to do on property with excellent dining options. Would highly recommend! Will stay again!

The property met our needs. Overall it was clean and staff on the property was very responsive any texts we sent. The rentals on the other side had a much nicer view and were quieter.

Great time!

The checkin process was very easy, we just had to pay a 50 dollar refundable deposit and that was it. We got to our trip early and they upgraded our room for us at no charge! The resort is very beautiful and really close to things in Orlando! Would definitely rent again! We were very pleased.

The complete package.

The resort has everything you need if you are interested in never leaving the property. The resort market has a great variety. Many pool options. Many treat options. The rental is spacious. Only thing missing in the rental was a pizza cutter. Super comfortable bed and great pillows. I hate crappy pillows, lol. Parking can be an issue if you arrive at the same time the amusement parks close. Unfortunately that is when we arrived. Check in went smooth, but then we didn’t have parking by our unit. We had to drop all of our stuff on the curbside, then park in the overflow parking ramp and then walk back to our unit. We had a ton of stuff. Thankfully I ran into a bellboy who had a big cart and was so helpful. By the time my husband got back from parking the car all of our stuff was in the rental. The bellman was so, so nice. We had just driven for two days straight and he could see I was at my tipping point and said “it’s okay, just breath.” We’d definitely stay here again. Close to everything!

Great vacation!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We spent a week at the resort and never left the property. We enjoyed time at multiple pools and walks on the walking path along the lake! We ate multiple meals at Drafts and shopped at the on site store. We also had groceries delivered from Publix…delivery was very quick and shoppers did a great job! The only negative was the kitchen supplies were a bit limited…no colander or pizza pan. This wasn’t a big deal though because we didn’t make anything too fancy. John was great to deal with! He responded very quickly to any questions I had which made the trip stress free!

Resort was great, this unit wasn’t.

Not a good experience. When we checked in, it was nighttime. The door to our unit was at the top of a very dark, very steep set of stairs. The unit was stifling hot, we opened windows at night, mostly were outside during the day. After a couple of days we realized the a/c just wasn’t working at all. zero. Maintenance came, it was a major repair needed. They also replaced the bulb in the stair light fixture. Also, pictures of our unit showed a balcony, which we did not have. We were not told it was a second floor walk-up with no elevator and steep stairs. It was in an older building, we didn’t think to ask about that. Our bad there. The resort offered to move us, we gratefully accepted. The second unit was great. It was nice and cool when we entered, had an elevator, and a nice screened balcony. Probably the newest building. The resort itself was great. Definitely going back, next time with our grandkid. Lots of stuff for kids to do there. You wouldn’t even have to leave the property all week.

A exceptional experience

Our condo was beautiful and very comfortable and clean. The king bed was especially comfortable, the shower and jacuzzi tub were very nice. The outdoor porch area was fully screened from floor to ceiling, making it very nice to sit outside any time of day. It was a time share rental from the owner. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The Westgate property was very responsive and accommodating, they actually treated us like we were an owner. The pools were beautiful and heated. We would rent again.

This was by far one of the best experiences that I have ever had with a hotel or resort. Amazing customer service, absolutely gorgeous room and view and that's not even mentioning the amenities!!! Thank you for an absolutely wonderful stay in Orlando!

Outstanding stay in a resort like setting

The condo was top notch, as soon as we walked in we knew we booked the correct place! Water park, bowling, great sports bar all right on the property. The host was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. With all the choices out there this one proved to be the right one!

Great time!

Rented it because it was a great value. Loved the pools and the gym and the parking. Hope all the good reviews and expansion don't price this place out of the running for us in the future.
