Este condominio del piso 11 tiene un gran balcón con vistas a la piscina con una hermosa vista del golfo. Puede caminar desde su gran sala de estar o dormitorio principal hacia el gran balcón. Este maravilloso condominio de vacaciones tiene un dormitorio principal rey, un dormitorio con cama King y un dormitorio con dos camas queen. También un sofá cama queen size en la sala de estar. La unidad tiene una cocina completamente equipada, con cocina de chef con encimeras de granito y todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable de Samsung. Puede disfrutar del gran juego o de una noche de película familiar en el gran televisor Vizio Smart TV de 55 'en la sala de estar. Hay una pantalla plana de 32 'en el dormitorio principal y TV de pantalla plana de 26' en las otras habitaciones. Lovely place!

We really enjoyed our stay. There was enough room and we celebrated Christmas at the beach. Our hosts were wonderful people and left some nice touches, especially the card and gift. We could never thank them enough.

Great Location

Great Condo right on the beach. Nice location close to restaurants, shopping and the toll road (which is nice to avoid summer traffic). Large pool was nice for kids when they tired of the beach and sand (or, in our case when there were jellyfish). Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Great condo

We have stayed at this condo for 6 or 7 times. Always clean and close to places we go to eat and buy food. Beach is super nice and pool is great. Try it, you will like it!

Very nice , clean and nicely decorated

Enjoyed our stay very much. Condo was very clean and very roomy. I appreciated owner calling to check to see if everything was ok with our condo. Condo was very centrally located to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Would love to stay there again and would highly recommend to family and friends.

The condo is exactly as pictured. It has everything you need for a week at the beach. The property is beautiful and the beach is so nice. We were all sad to leave!

Family of five with three teenagers!

This is a very comfortable condo. And, as other reviews state, in an excellent location. The balcony is wonderful! Ample space and seating with a lovely view. No complaints from anyone...everyone had a great time!

Always Good

Spacious, clean property with a view - great value!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our vacations at Summerhouse 1103A. The listing pictures did not do the space and view justice. Absolutely beautiful! My family was comfortable, enjoyed the beach and both pools. This property is convenient to everywhere we wanted/needed to go. Dyan set clear instructions and made our stay enjoyable/ easy check-in and out. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Perfect vacation for two families

We had 10 people stay here and we absolutely loved it! It was a perfect place for us with plenty of space, close to good restaurants and stores, and a beautiful view from the balcony! We enjoyed hanging out on beach and had plenty of space for our big group! The owners were so nice, helpful, and quick to respond to questions. The condo had good elevators that were fast. The condo was very clean and we felt good about the way it was taken care of as well! Thanks for a great week spent with our best friends!

Awesome Family Vacation

Three generations had a wonderful vacation!! Perfect location! Beautiful condo! Well stocked with everything you could need while on vacation!! Very clean! Very comfortable furniture and beds. Plenty of space to rest and relax after time on the beautiful beach. We got quick responses from all of our questions about the condo and area. We enjoyed the beach, outdoor pool, indoor pool and hot tub! We will return to this condo! ❤️

Amazing views

The condo is great and the views are amazing. The hurricane caused issues in the building and neighboring buildings (not this unit) but the host were upfront about it, so it was expected-Mid May 2021. There is still a lot of construction in the area and didn’t allow for either pool to be open. We did have an issue with the door lock but the host took care of it within 15 minutes. (Always important to know how issues are handled). The beach has easy access, the elevators are very fast, close to shopping for groceries and beach gear. We would stay here again and look forward to seeing all the improvements.

Cleanliness

Poor housekeeping , dirty floors and windows . Paint and trim needs attention . Couch bed needs replaced !! Bars in the bed make the bed almost unable to sleep on . Looks like a rental! If I were the owner I would hold maint and housekeeping, Maint , and renters accountable for the room!

The renters after you made us aware of the situation while they were actually in the unit and we immediately sent housekeeping back in to clean for them while they were there. We also have made new arrangements going forward. I wish we had known about these issues while you were there instead of finding out in a review.

Beautiful views! Calm and relaxing .

Our stay was great ! Condo was spacious and in good condition. House cleaners could of done a better job before our arrival. Nothing I couldn't clean up myself. Area had everything I needed close. Noisy neighbors and had to crawl over their beach toys to get to our door. That however does not reflect anything on the owners of our condo . They cannot help who stay next door. Overall once inside we lived on the balcony , great views and the condo itself is extremely nice. 'This condo was equipped with everything we needed and more. I would definetly stay again.

Thanks for the nice review. Sorry about the neighbors noise and toys. Thanks for the heads up on house keeping. We just sent her a $50 gift certificate for not having any complaints this summer. We will bring it to her attention. Dianne and I try to have everything a family would need in the unit such as cooking tools, TV's, blue ray players, balcony furniture and etc.
