Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, Kelly. We truly appreciate your detailed review and are glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and views from your room, as well as the newly built interior. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. Your comments regarding the upkeep of the property and the kitchen supplies have been duly noted, and we will be taking immediate action to address these concerns. It is disappointing to hear that the condition of some of the kitchen utensils did not meet expectations, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Rest assured, we will be inspecting and replacing any damaged or missing items to ensure a more comfortable experience for our future guests. Additionally, we apologize for the oversight regarding the maintenance issues such as the hole in the front door and the dirty HVAC filter. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will work diligently to rectify these issues promptly to enhance the overall quality of our accommodations. We are also grateful for bringing to our attention the lack of clear instructions for operating the fireplace keypad. We will ensure that clearer instructions are provided for the convenience of our guests in the future. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We hope that you will consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with a more seamless and enjoyable experience in the future.
