Location

The location of the property was excellent, you can walk everywhere. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The only issue we had if we were being nitpicky was the ottoman was ripping and we were afraid to sit on it, the toilet paper holder was broken and kept falling off, there was not enough pillows, and the iron board was falling apart. The communication with Javier was excellent and we would definitely come back.

Good stay!

This place was quite spacious, with lots of storage in the bedroom to allow for optimal comfort during our stay. Good location, very well equipped kitchen, and nice shared pool area. The bed, pillows, and linens could use an update, but overall good stay.

Great experience. The property manager was very easy to work with and provided very clear instructions on everything for our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Great complex

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the condo and complex with its pool and two hot tubs. Javi provided great communication and accessing the unit was easy. Would definitely stay again.

A great stay in Palm Springs

I really enjoyed my stay in Javier’s apartment. It was both the perfect location and property for me. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and I felt very safe. Javier was a delight to deal with, very prompt in replying. I’m afraid I wore him out with some of my dumb questions which I could have figured out myself if I had just taken the time. :-) The only problem I had was adjusting the thermostat but that was resolved in five minutes. I rarely cook so I can’t speak to that except there seemed to be a number of pots and pans as well as cooking implements. I recommend this apartment.

Location, location, location!

This property is is perfectly located to Palm Canyon Drive. It’s a quick walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The mid mod decor of the condo reflects the vibe of Palm Springs. Access is via a security gate, so it felt safe. The unit is on the second floor. There is an elevator for convenience. The condo has a balcony off of the bedroom, perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The pool area was quiet and clean. The washer and dryer is located off of the parking garage. You will need to download an app to pay to operate them. Overall, I would recommend this property for a single traveler or a couple!

The condo could be so so cute but it’s tired. I went and purchased pillow and a throw pillow for the couch. The ones there were awful. The toilet roll holder fell off the way….I didn’t do it. And a curtain rod is gonna fall anytime soon. Fill the nail holes and paint the place. Clean the carpets. I also bought a rug to cover by the bed. Never walked in the place without slippers on. I was gone slot…which was pry good. Sorry….

Noise blocked out charm

We really wanted to like this place, the pictures made it look sweet. The reality was a little different. Pros - close to downtown Palm Springs - cutely decorated, nice grounds - inexpensive Cons - very noisy -on a street that is busy 24/7, we had to wear noise cancelling headphones to sleep -there is no insulation from street noise or neighbor dog barking or even low level music from neighbors -constant noise made sitting outside (or inside really) untenable - tiny spas were not heated, nor was pool in Feb and March - condo is dark and cavelike, few windows and they all look out into neighbor’s windows, so not really comfortable to have drapes wide open, so much for enjoying lovely desert light. This is the kind of place that makes one not want to use VRBO since it can be difficult to assess a property from photos and it is essentially impossible to get any money back if you leave. The manager claimed hundreds of good reviews, but only 3 were posted on VRBO when we rented. One said it was quiet!

Old and tired

The place is ok but quite worn out. Several things did not work. No plug in bathroom sink, no remote for ceiling fan in bedroom, no garbage bags, even had to ask where garbage cans were hidden. Furniture in poor shape, quite worn. Kitchen was small but fairly well equipped. Bedroom has lots of storage but we had to ask for more but we had to ask for more than the 8 or 10 hangers that were there. The manager did get us hangers and sunk plugafter being asked. We told him dining room light would just go off and on randomly but this was not repaired

Location, location, location!

Javis place is Palm Springs was in the perfect location for us to be able to enjoy Palm Springs during our Coachella trip! It was less than a five minute walk to the main strip and was about a ten minute walk from our Coachella shuttle. The amenities were great, and Javi was super communicative! I know some of the other reviews had said it is noisy, so I wanted to address that. The condo is off of a main road, which is busier during the day. However, we found in the evenings (especially between like 10-7) that it was very quiet. Would definitely book again!

Excellent location! Walking distance to downtown.

Javi was an awesome host! We had a problem getting into the gate because the prior guests accidentally took the gate key. Javi immediately got the problem fixed by having a remote control brought to our room. The condo is clean and very comfortable. We stayed 5 nights and had a relaxing time. The pool is a few steps away from the condo. Thanks again Javi!

Amazing!

My partner and I stayed at this property for two weeks in March. Javi was amazing, always reachable, helpful and extremely courteous. The condo was in the perfect location, within just a few minutes of walking to downtown and a few minutes’ drive to many golf courses. We loved the pool and met lots of nice people too! Location, location, location!!

This second floor condo is perfect if you’re looking for something close to downtown (5 minute walk). Bed was comfy, kitchen was well stocked, nice little patios front and back. Javier was fantastic to deal with - even managed to let us book an extra night at the last minute. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the pool and found everyone very friendly.

Great location. Walking distance to city center. Quiet complex as far as residents but a bit of traffic noise. Great bed and lots of storage. Javier is a great host. Great communication in a timely fashion.

Beautiful condo

Condo was beautifully furnished, all amenities needed for our short stay were there and working. Host was very detailed in the directions to the site and on access procedure. We would definitely stay there again.
